Abstract

Seeing the important role of entrepreneurship in the Indonesian government's economy, universities in Indonesia have provided education on entrepreneurship for their students. It is intended that their students can become entrepreneurs after graduating from college. However, becoming an entrepreneur is not easy, because it requires strong motivation from within a person to start their own business. The decision to become an entrepreneur is also not popular because of the large responsibilities that must be borne by business owners. Therefore this study wants to see the meaning of entrepreneurship for an alumnus of Business Administration Education. This research was conducted using a qualitative phenomenological method. The results of this study state that several attitudes must be owned by an entrepreneur, challenges that must be faced by an entrepreneur, and the benefits of entrepreneurship. The subjects of this study were alumni of the Universitas Negeri Malang Faculty of Economics and Business Commerce Education who already have their businesses. This research is also expected to be able to provide additional contributions to material about entrepreneurship

Abstract

Business performance is an effort made to maximize company profits obtained from providing value to customers by innovating to serve customer needs. Involving customers in an innovation process can be a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Entrepreneurial Attitude on business performance. The sample in this study was 250 entrepreneurial students in Malang. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. This study found that there is a direct influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial attitude towards business performance. An indirect influence of entrepreneurship education on business performance through entrepreneurial attitude. There is an indirect influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance through entrepreneurial attitude

Abstract

Universities as centers for the development of science encourage students to carry out entrepreneurial activities. As happened in the Business Education Study Program, State University of Malang, where Bachelor of Education graduates not only work as educators or employees, but also as entrepreneurs. Becoming an entrepreneur, especially for Business Education graduates, is influenced by various motivations. Therefore, this research aims to explore in depth the motivational phenomena that encourage Business Education graduates to become entrepreneurs. The subjects in this research were 5 Business Education graduates from the State University of Malang. Research was carried out in depth using interviews, observation, documentation and audiovisual. Based on research, two main keys to motivation were found, namely internal stimulus and external stimulus

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial promotion melalui entrepreneurial mindset. Dimana dalam penelitian ini entrepreneurial mindset ditempatkan sebagai mediator hubungan antara entrepreneurship education dan entrepreneurial promotion. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Malang yakni SMK Negeri 1 Malang, SMK Negeri 11 Malang, dan SMK Negeri 7 Malang yang telah mendapatkan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan telah memiliki usaha yakni siswa kelas XI dan XII. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 350 siswa yang mengisi survei menggunakan google form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 model perhitungan PLS, yaitu Model pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Model Struktural (Inner Model). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap promosi kewirausahaan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mindset kewirausahaan, promosi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap mindset kewirausahaan, serta mindset kewirausahaan memediasi secara signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap promosi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti terhadap penelitian yang masih diperdebatkan bahwasannya pendidikan kewirausahaan dan mindset kewirausahaan mampu mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi kewirausahaaan. Temuan ini juga menjadi bekal untuk calon wirausahawan dalam memahami dan menerapkan ilmu yang sudah diajarkan dalam berwirausaha

Abstract

The phenomenon of technology integration in higher education is growing, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) being the main highlight in supporting the teaching and learning process. This research aims to develop a strategy for implementing AI in business education in higher education to improve students' computational thinking skills. The novelty of this research lies in the innovative approach that combines AI with interactive teaching methods and data analysis for learning personalization. The urgency of this research is driven by the pressing need for a computational thinking workforce in the digital era. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting relevant previous research through publish or perish then analyzing the articles and narrowing them down with keywords. The results showed that the effective use of AI can improve students' analytical and problem-solving skills. The implications of these findings include policy recommendations for universities to adopt AI as an educational tool, which is expected to better prepare students for the challenges of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen generasi milenial dalam memilih produk berkelanjutan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, data diperoleh dari survei yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran lingkungan, nilai sosial, kualitas produk, dan informasi produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk berkelanjutan. Koefisien regresi untuk kesadaran lingkungan, nilai sosial, kualitas produk, dan informasi produk masing-masing adalah 0.35, 0.20, 0.30, dan 0.25, sementara harga memiliki pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan dengan koefisien -0.10. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa generasi milenial lebih cenderung memilih produk yang memiliki dampak positif terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat, serta kualitas yang baik. Oleh karena itu, produsen disarankan untuk fokus pada strategi pemasaran yang meningkatkan kesadaran dan memberikan informasi tentang manfaat produk berkelanjutan untuk menarik minat konsumen milenial

Abstract

In the era of competitive globalization, MSMEs face pressure to improve their performance to compete in the domestic and international markets. In Indonesia, MSMEs are expected to be the backbone of the economy towards a Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kualitas pendidikan, dan salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut adalah komunikasi yang efektif serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 pegawai di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan, sementara itu lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara keseluruhan, kedua faktor ini terbukti saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen sekolah untuk memperbaiki kualitas komunikasi internal serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Digital entrepreneurship is increasingly becoming the main focus of economic development, especially in the era of rapid digitalization. The training aims to explore strategies and best practices in the Shopee affiliate program to support entrepreneurial success with presentation methods, interactive discussions, and case studies. The training results show that Shopee's affiliate program not only increases the revenue potential for affiliates but also contributes to improving entrepreneurial skills among students and business startups. The conclusion of this training emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of digital marketing and the development of entrepreneurial skills to take advantage of the opportunities offered by platforms like Shopee. In the future, it is expected to guide individuals who want to maximize their business potential through affiliate programs.

Abstract

The implementation of sustainable business models is increasingly considered important in the business world which focuses on environmental, social and economic sustainability. This study aims to review the existing literature on the application of sustainable business models in management with a focus on the approaches applied and solutions adopted by organizations to address sustainability-related challenges. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) , where relevant articles are collected through searches in several leading databases. The research results show that sustainable business models are more often implemented with the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) approach , which includes economic, social and environmental aspects in business strategy. The main obstacles faced by companies are limited resources, uncertainty in measuring impact, and organizational cultural resistance to change. Solutions identified include collaboration between the public and private sectors, the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies, and training to increase understanding of sustainability among stakeholders.
