Abstract

The phenomenon of technology integration in higher education is growing, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) being the main highlight in supporting the teaching and learning process. This research aims to develop a strategy for implementing AI in business education in higher education to improve students' computational thinking skills. The novelty of this research lies in the innovative approach that combines AI with interactive teaching methods and data analysis for learning personalization. The urgency of this research is driven by the pressing need for a computational thinking workforce in the digital era. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting relevant previous research through publish or perish then analyzing the articles and narrowing them down with keywords. The results showed that the effective use of AI can improve students' analytical and problem-solving skills. The implications of these findings include policy recommendations for universities to adopt AI as an educational tool, which is expected to better prepare students for the challenges of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago with abundant and beautiful marine resources. This is due to the underwater ecosystem that is still maintained. In order to maintain the underwater ecosystem, it is important to instil awareness to protect the environment from an early age from things that can damage the underwater ecosystem. Therefore, it is important for children to understand the underwater situation so that children know how beautiful and rich in benefits to be enjoyed by the Indonesian people. This makes learning about underwater life necessary for early childhood to enrich their knowledge and understanding. Children cannot yet be invited to think abstractly, so the use of concrete media in order to be able to channel children's imagination into more real things. The learning media used to study underwater ecosystems mostly only use two-dimensional visual media, so children do not feel the real sensation of being under the sea. Therefore, this research aims to develop two-dimensional visual media into virtual reality media. The existence of Virtual Reality learning media is able to provide real information and can interact directly with the marine environment. This research uses design research methods with qualitative analysis that discusses how to design Virtual Reality applications suitable for children aged 5-6 years that can simulate underwater ecosystems. Virtual Reality which is used as an alternative media in learning about marine biota for children is an effort to preserve marine biota in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the era of competitive globalization, MSMEs face pressure to improve their performance to compete in the domestic and international markets. In Indonesia, MSMEs are expected to be the backbone of the economy towards a Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Digital entrepreneurship is increasingly becoming the main focus of economic development, especially in the era of rapid digitalization. The training aims to explore strategies and best practices in the Shopee affiliate program to support entrepreneurial success with presentation methods, interactive discussions, and case studies. The training results show that Shopee's affiliate program not only increases the revenue potential for affiliates but also contributes to improving entrepreneurial skills among students and business startups. The conclusion of this training emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of digital marketing and the development of entrepreneurial skills to take advantage of the opportunities offered by platforms like Shopee. In the future, it is expected to guide individuals who want to maximize their business potential through affiliate programs.

Abstract

This research examines how digital marketing helps SMEs in the industrial era 4.0. Seeing the phenomenon that is currently growing rapidly in the world of SMEs is very interesting and unique, the strategy for SMEs with technology needs to be studied in depth, hence the need for this research to use a qualitative descriptive method. This research examines the actors in the clothing business (distribution). This survey covers six owners and staff distribution. Observation, documentation, and participant in-depth analysis of data. Based on the results of research that has been interpreted with relevant previous research, that apparel SMEs in the industrial era 4.0 require conventional to digital growth strategies. Tokped, shopee, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram show that merchandise distortion has grown. Distortion works with small or independent bands with fans to create a selling environment. Distortion Merchandise band support pressure, goods and shipments, as well as buying and selling. On the other hand, Awesam is active in marketplaces and social media, from tokped, shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp Business to the Awesam website which is at the top when it comes to "poor plain clothes". One account can publish two to five stories a day with interesting material. Consumer privacy hinders digital marketing. Most internet shopkeepers mark pictures or make product offers to all clients without the owner's consent. Customers sometimes get annoyed with the photos sent. The HR soft skills-technology balance is another issue to address.

Abstract

Aspek perkembangan bahasa merupakan elemen penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini. Hal tersebut mengharuskan strategi yang tepat dalam membantu optimalisasi perkembangan anak usia dini, salat satunya adalah melalui metode mendongeng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat mendongeng terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini melalui pendekatan kualittatif dengan metode tinjauan literatur. Data diperoleh dari database Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “mendongeng,” “perkembangan bahasa,” dan “anak usia dini.” Aplikasi Publish or Perish digunakan untuk mendukung pengumpulan data. Hasil pencarian menunjukkan 200 artikel yang ditemukan dalam kurun waktu 2014–2024, sepuluh artikel dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, yaitu: relevansi dengan topik, penerbitan dalam 10 tahun terakhir, akses terbuka, teks lengkap, dan merupakan jurnal ilmiah. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan meninjau hasil penelitian dari sepuluh artikel yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan berbagi macam manfaat mendongeng, yaitu mendongeng memiliki berbagai manfaat terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini, yaitu meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak anak usia dini, meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan, membantu pemerolehan bahasa, meningkatkan pembendaharaan bahasa, meningkatkan kemampuan mengkomunikasikan sesuatu dan membantu anak berkomunikasi secara aktif dan efisien.

Abstract

Pendampingan pengembangan branding produk serjap berupa identifikasi mulai dari pack- ing kemasan dalam, packing kemasan luar, logo, pengetahuan dan sikap dalam memasuki dunia wirausaha yang mandiri. Di samping itu, peserta akan diberikan pemahaman yang meliputi pem- binaan fisik, mental, kemandirian, maupun pelatihan keterampilan. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan agar setiap pelaku UMKM dan anggota Pokdarwis dan organisasi lain sejenis di Desa Kandang Sapi Kecamatan Panggung Rejo Kota Pasuruan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga akan berpengaruh dalam perekonomian pelaku UMKM dan memberikan nilai lebih. Dengan target harapan memiliki motivasi, etos kerja yang tinggi, dan dapat menghasilkan karya-karya yang unggul sehingga mampu bersaing di dunia luar. Harapan dari pelatihan ini agar pelaku UMKM kawasan wisata religi dapat membentuk wirausaha mandiri dan menjadi bagian dari peningkatan ekonomi kreatif Indonesia.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: Entrepreneurial recognition is a pivotal but underexplored concept in entrepreneurship studies, particularly in understanding how individuals identify and act upon business opportunities. The current literature lacks conceptual clarity and systematic mapping of this domain. Purpose: This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map the landscape of entrepreneurial recognition research and identify key themes, gaps, and directions for future inquiry. Novelty: Unlike prior studies that focus narrowly on opportunity recognition, this paper provides the first systematic bibliometric overview of “entrepreneurial recognition” using co-word analysis to uncover structural relationships between key concepts and trends. Research Methods: A total of 198 publications from 2011 to 2021 were retrieved using the Publish or Perish software from Google Scholar. After applying selection criteria, 97 articles were analyzed using VOSviewer to conduct co-word mapping, and performance and science mapping approaches as suggested by Zupic & Čater (2015). Results: The findings reveal that scholarly discussions around entrepreneurial recognition remain in early development, with core themes including opportunity identification, entrepreneurial alertness, and the role of human and social capital. The visualization outputs identify five research clusters and highlight a need for further exploration into conceptual clarity, theoretical diversity, and the role of entrepreneurial alertness. Research Contributions: This study contributes to the entrepreneurship literature by providing a visual and thematic synthesis of entrepreneurial recognition research. It offers a foundation for scholars to refine theoretical frameworks, broaden methodological approaches, and investigate under-researched constructs such as entrepreneurial alertness and its impact on opportunity identification

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-family conflict on work motivation among employees of the PT Energized Electrical Work (PDKB) team. PLN Persero Malang. Employing a quantitative method with a census technique, all married male PDKB employees aged 27-36 served as respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that work-family conflict does not significantly impact work motivation (R=0.274, R²=0.075; F-statistic=0.813, significance=0.389). Work-family conflict only explains 7.5% of the variation in work motivation, while other factors influence the remaining 92.5%. These findings suggest that in high-risk technical professions like PDKB, the relationship between work-family conflict and work motivation may be more complex, potentially mediated by coping mechanisms, social support, and job characteristics.
