Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the material activities in developing children's physical motor (fine), describe the application of assessment techniques, and the results of the impact of the assessment of physical motor development (fine) at Putra 1 Kindergarten. The data sources in the study are divided into two categories, namely human and non-human categories. The human category data source is the Putra 1 Kindergarten class teacher, while the non-human data is the result of the child's assessment. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers, namely semi-structured interviews recorded and documented in the form of fine motor development assessments conducted which were carried out for three days, namely Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Regarding checking the validity of the research results, the researcher used an interview technique with one of the teaching teachers. The results of this research show that the activity material in developing children's fine motor skills is in the form of drawing, coloring, cutting. The assessment techniques used are observation, checklist, and work. Assessment has a positive impact on the achievement of physical motor development (fine), both for teachers, students, and parents

Abstract

In this modern era, information and communication technology. it has grown very fast. Everyone often uses technology, the technology they often use or always use, whether morning, noon or night, is always used, never forgotten, namely, cellphones. Mobile phones are related to the development of Social Media. The more people use cellphones, the more people use social media. In this day and age, one of the most popular social media applications is TikTok, because TikTok is an application that is easy to use, not only as an entertainment application but also as a marketplace that is very helpful in promotion and selling. However, besides the many uses of TikTok, there are definitely impacts. to everyday life. Tiktok is an application that offers unique and interesting special effects, which are easy for users of this application to use to create cool short videos that can attract the attention of many people who watch them. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is research whose research procedures produce descriptive data in written or oral form that can be understood. This research uses interview techniques. In carrying out the research, an interview test was carried out by interviewing several UIN Raden Fatah students, the sources concerned were the students themselves. Based on the findings of interviews and observations carried out by researchers with the four informants, the results obtained by all four were similar, the reasons for using TikTok, namely because they needed entertainment, got information about TikTok from friends, and sought new understanding. Abstract

In this research, the author wants to convey that archive digitization is very useful in accelerating management in a service agency. The purpose of this writing is to tell how important digitization is today. The research method used by the author is qualitative with the literature study method. With the digitization of this archive, it will be easier to be able to overcome all obstacles related to the preservation of the physical form of the archive, efficiency for storage, archive movement and archive retrieval. With this form of digital archive, all matters relating to institutions, organizations and agencies will become easier. the conclusion obtained is that digital archives are needed now to help speed up services in an agency, because it will make it easier for an agency to retrieve information.

Abstract

Starting from parents to children, excessive use of gadgets can disrupt various nerve functions, because gadgets usually contain radiation which is harmful to health. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the use of gadgets has on the social development of children aged 5 to 12 years, especially at Al-Hikmah Palembang Kindergarten/TPA which is located in the 36ilir sub-district, Gandus District. This research method is qualitative, descriptive, with a sample of approximately 30 Al-Hikmah Palembang Kindergarten/TPA students. According to the proposed hypothesis, devices can influence children's social development. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The advantage of this research is that it is hoped that parents and teachers can always guide their children and students in using devices.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the utilization of green beans as a substitute for soybeans in making tempeh. The method used in this research is the method used in experimental research, with materials and tools in the form of green beans, water, and tempeh yeast. For tools used such as pots, stoves, spoons, tampah, basins, cloth cloth, plastic, toothpicks, and scales. The results of the study provide options and solutions so that tempeh consumed is not only filling but also looks at aspects of its nutritional content, because mung beans are one source of high-protein legumes. The goal is to reduce the fat content of soybeans and replace it with mung beans which are rich in protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins. With the presence of Rhizopus olighporus fungus in the fermentation process of mung bean tempeh, a lactic acid reaction occurs which produces the enzyme amylase which aims to form glucose which is dioxide by microorganisms into lactic acid. This reaction plays a role in increasing the solubility of minerals and the absorption of nutrients by the body.

Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technology such as the internet, social media, and mobile devices, humans now have greater access to information and communication than ever before. This has changed the way humans interact. The digital era has brought about profound changes in the way humans interact. Rapidly developing information and communication technologies, such as social media, mobile devices and the internet, have influenced various aspects of social life. Human interaction is no longer limited to face-to-face meetings, but also via digital platforms. This brings a number of social challenges that need to be understood more deeply. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, namely the literature study method. Data collection techniques are based on various journal literature. This research intends to explore data through research journals and analyze it simultaneously. Information technology has an impact on people's lives, especially in society, resulting in many changes that will occur at any time and is a dynamic process. Information technology as a tool to help solve existing problems in society is expected to become a facility that can be useful or helpful. Information technology is also very important in society in terms of socializing and interacting. Information technology causes significant changes in people's lives in all their civilizations and cultures. Currently, technological advances such as telephones/cellphones and the internet are not only enjoyed by city people, but village people can also enjoy them. However, it cannot be denied that the presence of information technology has had an impact on people's social lives. The impact of information technology on social dynamics has several factors that influence the occurrence or elements that cause the social dynamics referred to above, namely in society.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the role of counseling guidance and Islamic Religious Education (PAI): Application and Solutions at MAN 2 Palembang. Islamic religious education supports knowledge about religious science while counseling guidance is tasked with perfecting it by shaping a person's personality by understanding himself first. This article uses qualitative research methods that are complemented by observation research techniques where the author interviews directly combined with library techniques, the author searches from sources in the form of books, articles and research results that have related titles. At MAN 2 Palembang there are several negative activities that are often carried out by students in the form of arriving late, using cellphones while studying and skipping class hours all of this is due to the influence of advances in technology and science. Islamic religious education and counseling guidance which acts as a direction giver makes decisions in the form of first reprimanding students, secondly conducting personal meetings with students, and finally consulting with student guardians, students and counselors. The method used is quite effective seeing the many changes that can be seen

Abstract

Guidance and counseling and islamic religious education are good collaborations in forming character in students. In this article the author uses a qualitative method where the author seeks information by distributing a questionnaire and interviewing several people. Because of the problem, namely the absence of counseling guidance in some schools and teachers ignorance about the relationship between counseling guidance and Islamic religious education, the author wrote this article so that readers can take a lesson from the relationship between counseling guidance and Islamic religious education carried out at Ethika High School. The conclusion in this article is that currently quite a few Islamic religious education teachers and guidance counseling teachers understand that they have a relationship with a responsibility to shape the charater of a student. Islamic religious education is the best complement or collaboration in forming student character. Islamic religious education itself is an effort made by educators towards students in forming and instilling faith, devotion and creating a good personality in each student in the form of teaching and learning, training.

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of Counseling Guidance (BK) and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in dealing with problems arising from social media trends among teenagers. This study uses interview and observation methods to explore the opinions and strategies that have been used by BK and PAI teachers in dealing with issues that arise due to the use of social media. The findings show that collaboration between the two teachers provides a holistic approach in solving problems, starting from managing stress, understanding the impact of online behavior, to strengthening spiritual values. The results of this research provide an illustration of the need for an active and collaborative role from BK and PAI teachers in creating a healthy and supportive learning environment amidst the influence of social media. This article also underlines the importance of integrating psychological approaches and religious values in efforts to prevent and handle problems arising from social media trends among teenagers. It is hoped that this article can provide guidance and inspiration for other educational institutions in facing similar challenges.

Abstract

This article was created based on research carried out in order to determine "the influence of public knowledge on interest in electing regional head candidates in the 2024 simultaneous regional head elections (pilkada) (case study of the people of RT.11/RW.01, Sekarjaya sub-district, Baturaja City)". The dependent variable in this research is interest in voting while the independent variable is knowledge. The sample used in this research was 77 (seventy seven) people. This research uses a questionnaire as the main (primary) data, then the data results are analyzed using multiple regression by carrying out a simultaneous test (F), determination test, and partial test (t) with a significance level of 5% (?=0.05) which is processed using the tool is SPSS 23. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence on knowledge on people's voting interest in regional elections as seen through the F statistical test with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the t statistical test indicate that Knowledge has a positive and significant effect with a significance level of 0.000.
