Abstract

In my research in this article, I discussed SLIMS ACACIA as an information retrieval system used in the library of  University UIN Raden Fatah  Palembang. In this article, we will convey about the application of SLIMS ACACIA in helping to search for information at UIN Raden Fatah PALEMBANG. The research method used in the completion of this article is to use qualitative methods with interview and observation data collection techniques. Interviewing is an activity carried out to obtain information directly from informants, while observation, is one of the tools used in data collection. The results of this study show that the application of SLIMS ACACIA in assisting the search for information at  UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in accessing information about the availability of collections and data in the library can already help users.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are How are Social Emotional, What are the factors that cause Social Emotional Problems, How are the treatments? The research method is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach conducted. Children with social emotional problems at kindergarten age are 4-6 years old who have non-formative behavior seen from their level of development, or adjusting both at learning time and in play activities at school or at home. The results of the study are how to handle children who have social emotional disorders, namely the opportunity to mix with people of different ages & different backgrounds, children not only communicate with words that can be understood, but also can talk about topics that are understandable and interesting to others, children have motivation to get along, guidance, reassurance, getting used to children expressing their feelings through games or stories, Parents should strengthen themselves in dealing with a social environment that is full of various human traits, children need to be introduced to criticism. Social Emotional problems are important to know for three reasons, namely seen from the interests of kindergarten children, the attitude of teachers, parents and playmates.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation or assessment of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the Pembina 5 Palembang State Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method, namely a method aimed at describing or explaining the results of the research. Data collection techniques were carried out by examining the results of interview observations and documentation. In implementing teaching and learning activities at Pembina 5 Kindergarten, the K13 curriculum is used. The curriculum implementation program is the first learning plan, namely the preparation of the learning program, consisting of the preparation of the semester program. Weekly activity program and daily activity program. Second, teaching and learning activities consist of opening activities, core activities and closing activities. The aim of the curriculum and learning is to help children reach their developmental stages so it needs to be planned so that the goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Observations are carried out periodically and on a schedule, the results of group observations.

The National Library of Indonesia (Perpusnas) has been creating and developing the software and library automation program Inlislite since 2011. This study attempts to ascertain how librarians use the Inlislite system in the province of South Sumatra, as well as the challenges they face and the efforts they make. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology. The steps of observation, interviews, and documentation were used to gather data. According to the study's findings, Inlislite has been used extremely successfully for the collection material management system at the South Sumatra library service. Utilization of Inlislite (Integrated Library System), which comprises management of library resources, circulation services (borrowing and returning books), membership, and OPAC. Abstract

Language is a tool that humans use to communicate by conveying their thoughts and desires towards other people to the person they are talking to. In Indonesia, especially among teenagers, slang is very popular in their daily lives. This slang is a language that is only understood by those who use it, especially teenagers, because the most popular use of slang is in the hands of teenagers. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were teenagers at home and active students at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang and we took several respondents to be interviewed. We used two methods or techniques for collecting data, namely by observation and interviews with several respondents. From the interviews that have been conducted, researchers can analyze that teenagers nowadays often use slang, they say that slang can make it easier for them to communicate with each other and make each other more familiar. The answers from several respondents we interviewed sometimes unconsciously used slang and Indonesian at the same time or mixed up the two, for example "You are really SKSD, aren't you?" From the results of the analysis explained in the discussion section, the researcher can draw the conclusion that the use of slang which is currently very varied has a great influence on the existence (existence) of Indonesian itself as the identity of the Indonesian state, because teenagers are more accustomed to using slang than Indonesian. itself because it could cause the Indonesian language to fade and not be sustainable.

Abstract

Competition in the current work environment is increasingly fierce, this requires companies to continuously develop their businesses to be able to compete with other companies. Therefore, company management is needed, which is usually called Human Resources Management. This research aims to determine the effect of education and training on the quality of work of employees of Pt. Anugrah Mandiri Sejaterah which is located in Getem Village, Jember Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods sourced from internal data and external data that provide information about the company. Data collection methods include documentation and distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale used to determine the value of the answers given by respondents is a Likert scale with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the education obtained are that education partially influences the quality of employee work, training partially influences employee work quality, and simultaneously the two independent variables influence employee work quality)

Abstract

Telling stories is often done by teachers for preschoolers. Storytelling has many benefits for preschoolers. As such, early childhood education needs to keep developing storytelling skills. This qualitative descriptive study will address the many advantages and goals of storytelling for kids, supported by bibliographical research. The findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, storytelling is the act of narrating made-up stories that don't truly teach the greatest moral lessons from history or the worst. Second, the goal of storytelling for young children is to build moral principles and good behaviour so that they can grow up balanced and with developed cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor skills. Thirdly, the advantages of storytelling for young children encompass improving focus, honing recall, enhancing language proficiency, stimulating curiosity in reading, elevating critical thinking abilities, and fortifying emotional bonds between educators and learners.

Abstract

This study aims to apply information literacy as a form of self-expression and demonstration of literacy skills. Information literacy includes the ability to access, evaluate and use information that is currently very important to master. Information literacy has a great influence on the acquisition of other skills needed in everyday life. Information literacy consists of the ability to access, analyze, evaluate, and create messages in various forms, create an understanding in society, and build important skills from information resulting from investigation and self-expression and demonstration. This research uses descriptive method and focuses on case studies. Through a descriptive approach, the researcher will illustrate specific details regarding the circumstances, location, and social relations that take place in the research subject. And using triangulation techniques and for the process of collecting research data. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and documentation for the same data source simultaneously.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Nurul Iman Kindergaten, Kemuning District, Palembang. This research aims to describe the implementation precess of Kindergaten. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The research subject were 13 teachers at Nurul Iman Kindergaten, while the object if this research was the 2013 PAUD curriculum. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and document study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative with the miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the research data was tested using technical triangulation. The research results show that Nurul Iman Kindergaten implements the 2013 PAUD Currikulum which includes the process of preparation process of preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. The learning preparation process includes preparing the prosem, formulating the theme, preparing the RPPM and preparing the RPPH. The implementation process includes all learning process from start to finish. The evaluation process includes various evaluation technique applied by teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of urban consumption patterns and their impact on the environment. Urban communities have different consumption patterns compared to rural communities, which are often more goods-oriented and consumptive in lifestyle. High consumption patterns in cities often lead to environmental problems such as increased waste production, air pollution, and overuse of natural resources. The research method involves surveying urban people to identify their consumption patterns, as well as analyzing the environmental impacts resulting from these consumption patterns. The results of this study can provide insights into the extent to which urban people's consumption patterns contribute to environmental change and provide a basis for the development of more sustainable policies. This research is expected to help governments, non-governmental organizations, and urban communities to better understand the impact of their consumption patterns on the environment, as well as encourage changes in consumption behavior that are more environmentally friendly. The conclusions of this study will provide valuable information in the effort to maintain a balance between urban development and environmental protection.
