Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of price perception and quality perception on customer loyalty of Ojek Online “XYZ” with the customer satisfaction and customer trust as the mediating variables. This research model is developed from previous study Nafisa Choirul Mar’ati, Tri Sudarwanto, S.Pd.,M.S (2015), Lily Harjati dan Yurike Venesia (2015), Fanny Fibriyanti Salim dan Diah Dharmayanti, S.E., M.Si (2014), Ika Wahyu Wijayanti, Wahyono (2015), Woro Mardikawati, Naili Farida (2013), Muhammad Zaman Sarwar, Kashif Shafique Abbasi & Saleem Pervaiz (2012), Mai Ngoc Khuong and Ngo Quang Dai (2016), Afrina Yasmin, Sadia Tasneem, Kaniz Fatema (2015), Halizan Bin Haji Hamzah, Azli @ Meor Azli Ayub, Mohd Faiz Hilmi* (2015), I Gede Yogi Pramana, Ni Made Rastini (2016), Deddy Rakhmad Hidayat, Muhammad Riza Firdaus (2014), and also using preliminary qualitative research through in depth interview with five respondents, who were Ojek Online “XYZ” customers. There were six hypothesis that shows the relationship between variables. This research model is quantitative approach through a survey of 240 respondents using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis test results shows price perception and quality perception have a siginificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer trust. The managerial implications of this research were to gain customer loyalty,  the company have to increase customer satisfaction and customer trust by making sure the certainty of  fare that  shows on the application same with the customer payment, educating customer with  promotion that better and more frequent compare to competitors, create a workshop and training to rider, and do the join promo with other company or others brand products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cashback and free shipping on impulse buying through brand image of HMNS perfume products on the Shopee platform. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population of this study consisted of Generation Z consumers residing in Narogong Indah Housing Estate, Bekasi. A total of 120 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that free shipping has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, while cashback does not have a significant effect on impulse buying. In addition, brand image has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying and serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between cashback and free shipping on impulse buying. These findings suggest that free shipping is more effective than cashback in encouraging impulse purchases, particularly when supported by a strong brand image. The study is expected to provide valuable insights for companies in developing promotional strategies and strengthening brand image to enhance consumers' impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence students' interest in the decision to choose a school at SMKS 1 Jakarta (case study at SMKS 1 Jakarta). This study is a quantitative study that aims to analyze the factors that influence interest in the decision to choose a school at SMKS 1 Jakarta. The population of the study was 204 respondents among SMKS 1 Jakarta students. The data collection method is quantitative, with technical analysis using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of the study showed that there were 11 factors formed from 7 variables that had been analyzed; these were the main factors formed in the analysis. In this case, schools can develop socialization activities, motivation regarding SMKS 1 Jakarta, majors, and information from the school environment, as well as support from the family environment, which will lead children to become enthusiastic and confident individuals to be able to have great motivation to learn, and a great deal of interest will also arise for students to be able to make decisions to choose at SMKS 1 Jakarta.
