Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotional activities and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions in using delivery services at the J&T Express Graha Raya Serpong Branch, South Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that promotional activities have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is proven by hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (9.543 > 1.985). Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is proven by hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (8.824 > 1.985). Promotional activities and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 7.153 + 0.442X1 + 0.391X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.787 or has a strong level of relationship with determination of 62.0% while the remaining 38.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (78.337 > 2.700).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi Keputusan pembelian pada Indomaret Waru Sindang Jaya di Kabupaten Tangerang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji f, uji t, dan uji regresi berganda untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai F hitung (59,573) > nilai F tabel (3,090). Uji t variabel promosi menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai t hitung (8,770) > nilai t tabel (1,984). Demikian pula, uji t variabel kualitas pelayanan menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai t hitung (10,259) > nilai t tabel (1,984). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama dapat menjelaskan 55,1% variasi konsumen. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai konstanta adalah 4,141, nilai promosi adalah 0,305, dan nilai kualitas pelayanan adalah 0,587. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Indomaret Waru Sindang Jaya di Kabupaten Tangerang. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Indomaret Waru Sindang Jaya di Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 154 responden. Dengan populasi 250 dan Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,794 > 1,975). Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,299 > 1,975). Nilai F hitung > F tabel atau 135.387 > 3,90, hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis ketiga diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Bintang Maraga Lintas Media Cabang Depok.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months. So that on March 11, 2020 WHO declared this outbreak a global pandemic. Covid-19, all business management systems, businesses, entrepreneurship are paralyzed, also in education, the management managemen system must change the way it works and the system can be used and run according to the provisions so that quality can be met. Some governments have decided to implement a policy for student holidays and start implementing online learning methods (online) or online. for several schools in each region. These schools are not ready with an online learning system, which requires learning media such as mobile phones, laptops, or computers. Teachers must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design learning media as innovations by utilizing online media (online). The use of several applications in online learning is very helpful for teachers in this learning process. Teachers must be accustomed to teaching by utilizing complex online media that must be packaged effectively, easily accessible, and understood by students. In that case, how does managerial education in the education unit manage learning during the covid19 pandemic?, what kind of educational management is needed and must be developed? This research will be conducted at the locus at the Bhakti Kencana Health Vocational School in Subang which is a vocational high school with the health sector. so you can see what kind of management is being developed.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to improve students' ability to compile descriptive texts by developing learning strategies and learning models that are effective, efficient and fun and involve students actively in communication activities by expressing their ideas, opinions and feelings simply in writing. This research is a Classroom Action Research which is carried out by following the procedures of planning, action, observation, reflection or evaluation which is carried out repeatedly in the form of cycles. The results showed that through the describe pictures learning model, there was an increase in the percentage of student activeness in learning from 43.47% in cycle 1 to 71.73% in cycle 2. Student test results, the percentage of student scores below KKM from 89.14% in cycle 1 to 41.31% in cycle 2, this also means the percentage of students who have scores equal to or above KKM from 10.87% in cycle 1 to 58.67% in cycle 2. While the average result of the test writing score from 62.72 in cycle 1 to 70.12 in cycle 2. This means that the use of the Describe Pictures Learning Model can improve the ability of grade VII.6 students of SMPN 3 Tangsel in semester 2 of the 2021-2022 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent of coaching principals through academic supervision to improve teacher performance in the development of learning outcome evaluation. The method used is the Classroom Reasearch method (Action Research) which is carried out in 3 cycles, with each cycle consisting of problem formulation, action implementation, observation/data collection, and reflection. The results of the actions taken are proven to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. From an average of 62.02 teacher performance in cycle I, it can increase to 73.10 in cycle II, and 81.31 in cycle III.Teacher completeness is 28.57% in cycle I, to 66.67% in cycle II, and 100% in cycle III. These results show that coaching through the academic supervision of the principal can improve teacher performance in the development of learning outcome evaluation with completeness reaching 100%

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of research related to the theme Literature Review on Factors Influencing MSME Decision-Making in Tangerang in Choosing E-commerce. It seeks to describe and explain the determinant factors associated with and influencing decision-making factors in selecting e-commerce. This research employs a literature review method to examine the locus and discussion of e-commerce selection decision factors and their determinants over the past five years (2020-2024). Data are derived from secondary sources, such as nationally indexed journals. According to Vosviewer, mapping indicates that the keyword "e-commerce adoption" requires further exploration.

Abstract

Technology Service Post (Posyantek) is one of the Indonesian government's strategic programs which aims to empower the community through the application of appropriate technology (TTG). Posyantek functions as a center for information, consultation and technology training that can be accessed by the community at the village and sub-district levels. This program is designed to support local economic development, increase productivity, and strengthen community competitiveness through technological solutions that suit local needs. The establishment of Posyantek was based on the need to bridge the technology gap between rural and urban areas. The method for writing this literature review is library study, where the author obtains information from textbooks, articles, modules or the internet. Examining theories and relationships or influences between variables from online books and journals sourced from Mendeley, Google Scholar and other online media. Technology Service Posts (Posyantek) are still very relevant to be established and maintained at this time, especially with the challenges and opportunities faced by society in the digital era and increasingly developing technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Debt Policy (DAR), Financial Performance (ROA), and Company Age on Company Value in Property and Real Estate Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2021 period. This research uses associative quantitative methods with the data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, model estimation, model determination, classical assumption tests, panel data regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests with the help of the E-Views Serie 12 program, with a significance level of 0 .05 (5%) and the data source used is secondary data. The research results show that partially DAR has a positive and significant effect on Company Value which has a value of tcount > ttable (3.194114 > 2.0129) and a significance level of (0.0029 < 0.05). ROA has no significant influence on Company Value which has a value of tcount < ttable (1.817774 < 2.0129) and a significance level of (0.0772 > 0.05). Company age has a positive and significant effect on company value which has a value of tcount < ttable (2.152643 > 2.0129) and a significance level of (0.0379 < 0.05). The variables DAR, ROA, and Company Age together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Company Value of property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period with the value Fcount > Ftable (24.30597 > 2.81) and the value Prob (F -Statistics) 0.000000 is smaller than the specified significance level (0.000000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R-squared value of 0.887426 or 88.74% of the independent variables were able to explain the influence on the dependent variable and the remaining 11.26% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
