Abstract

Beras memegang peran utama sebagai kebutuhan pokok bagi mayoritas penduduk Indonesia, dan setiap varietasnya memiliki perbedaan dalam ciri bentuk dan tekstur. Keanekaragaman jenis beras di Indonesia membuatnya semakin sulit dibedakan hanya dengan menggunakan penglihatan manusia karena setiap jenis memiliki ciri bentuk dan tekstur yang relatif berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis beras melalui pemanfaatan pengolahan citra digital. Sebanyak 200 citra digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan melalui teknik augmentasi citra, jumlah data diperluas menjadi 1200 citra. Metode pelatihan yang diterapkan adalah CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) dengan memanfaatkan nilai bentuk dan tekstur citra. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi testing tertinggi menggunakan metode CNN mencapai 98,06%.

Abstract

The administrative services for higher education have been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This has also impacted STT-NF. Services to students, such as handling documents that previously required physical presence on campus, now transitioned to an online method. STT-NF has utilized the G-Suite service to facilitate online administrative services for students. However, G-Suite has its limitations, necessitating the development of a Document Submission Information System. The chosen development method for this system is a website employing the Waterfall methodology. After conducting observations and interviews with relevant stakeholders, we identified five issues that the document submission information system had experienced. There are three actors involved. From the previously identified issues, we derived eight solution analyses. Testing was conducted using the Blackbox method for the 11 document submission information system features. The testing results indicate that all features are functioning as intended and have passed successfully.

Abstract

This review delves into the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning, particularly leveraging convolutional neural networks (CNNs), to enhance dental diagnostics and treatment planning. The primary focus is on the detection and classification of caries as well as the identification of teeth in diverse dental images. A thorough exploration was conducted across databases, including PubMed, IEEE Xplore, and arXiv.org, leading to the identification of 29 pertinent studies. These studies employ various neural network models, encompassing different dental image types and employing diverse performance metrics. The review succinctly outlines the key characteristics and outcomes of these studies, underscoring the remarkable accuracy and the promising potential of AI-driven approaches in the realms of caries detection and tooth identification. Acknowledging the existing limitations within the current body of research, such as small or non-representative datasets, variations in imaging techniques, and a lack of interpretability in deep learning models, the review emphasizes the need for future investigations. It suggests potential research directions aimed at overcoming these challenges, thereby facilitating the seamless integration of AI into routine dental practices.

Abstract

Dalam rangka pelaksanaan akreditasi, BAN-S/M Provinsi Jambi bekerja berdasarkan jumlah kuota akreditasi yang ditetapkan oleh BAN-S/M. Dikarenakan jumlah kuota akreditasi yang diterima tidak selalu dapat mengimbangi jumlah sasaran akreditasi sekolah dan madrasah yang ada di Provinsi Jambi tiap tahunnya, maka BAN-S/M Provinsi Jambi perlu memilih sekolah/madrasah yang tepat sesuai dengan kriteria prioritas yang ditetapkan oleh pimpinan. Dalam menentukan prioritas asesmen pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria, yaitu nilai akreditasi sebelumnya, tahun visitasi terakhir, jenjang, dan rentang jumlah siswa. Metode yang dipakai dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan bahasa script PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Prioritas Asesmen Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Pada Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah Provinsi Jambi bertujuan untuk membantu pimpinan dalam menentukan sekolah/madrasah yang layak diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan asesmen terlebih dahulu. Hasil analisis perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi penerapan metode TOPSIS pada aplikasi ini sangat baik, sehingga aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi prioritas asesmen sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

The problems that are often faced at aesthetic clinics are managing drug data and checking the availability of the drug stock itself, which is still less effective and product sales transactions differ between transaction notes received by customers and goods coming out of the warehouse. Because in one day if several patients buy drugs in sufficient quantities, thus the stock in the warehouse will also be running low. Often there is a shortage of medicine stock because they don't check and count every medicine in the warehouse.

Abstract

Unemployment is a situation where a person who does not have a job is caused by many factors, not only because they are lazy to look for work but mostly in this region of Indonesia unemployment is caused by limited employment opportunities, a lot of competition in the world of work, the large number of the labor force, lack of experience in the world of work, and also too choosy in working. The unemployment that occurs in Semarang is caused by the high number of labor force that makes the unemployment rate more and more. In this research, the author predicts the level of unemployment in Semarang. This research is a quantitative research whose data is taken from BPS Semarang. In this research, the author uses linear regression algorithm. The algorithm is widely used in cases to predict a problem, this research produces an RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) value of 0.07 with an R Square value of 91%. The results obtained can be used as a reference for the government to see the high unemployment rate in Semarang.

Abstract

Saat ini, tak bisa dipungkiri bahwa penyebaran informasi menjadi serba digital adalah hasil dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi contohnya adalah penerapan Website Sistem Informasi Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Rumah Inovasi Kesehatan yang telah berjalan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Namun, dalam implementasinya sistem yang digunakan belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik dan memiliki beberapa masalah yang menyulitkan pengguna dari segi tampilan, fitur, dan penyampaian informasi, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan desain antarmuka. Strategi yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD) yang bertujuan untuk membantu peneliti merancang sistem yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan user dan memastikan penelitian dilakukan sesuai target. Hasilnya, perancangan dengan pendekatan UCD terbukti mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan usability sistem. Dengan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), didapatkan nilai rata - rata sebesar 87,625 dan dinyatakan bahwa website inovasi pelayanan publik berada pada Grade A, Best Imaginable pada kategori Adjective, Acceptable, dan Promoter pada kategori Net Promotore Score.

Abstract

Integration between Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) 3.0 and ISO 9001 can provide several significant benefits to organizations seeking to improve the quality, efficiency, and maturity of their processes. CMMI and ISO 9001 can be integrated framework as guidance and evaluation. ISO 9001 promotes a risk-based approach, while CMMI helps in measuring process capability. Literature review conducted between 2018-2023 that indicates five researches regarding ISO 9001 and CMMI for software development. This study aims to integrate the ISO 9001:2015 standard with the CMMI 3.0 model. Selected CMMI 3.0 Practice Area PLAN, EST, CM, RDM, SAM, PQA, and MC are mapped in clause 8, while only RSK is mapped in clause 6. This study can be developed by mapping other Practice Area of CMMI and other standard.

Abstract

Agile Project Management (APM) has developed throughout industries for years. Many companies chose APM for their initiatives. APM has been shown to help those who use it. Many APM adopters innovated and tailored the methodology. Innovation improved project agility. Innovation includes life cycle and development approach selection, processes, involvement, tools, methodologies, and artifacts. This study performed a Kitchenham-based systematic literature review in three steps: planning, conducting, and reporting systematic review. The 23 articles were chosen from ACM Digital Library, EBSCOhost, IEEE Xplore, Sage Journals, ScienceDirect, and Semantic Scholar. Journal articles or conference papers were possible. The findings of this study showed that PMBOK 7th Edition could map all previous studies into related innovation aspects. Then, the review demonstrated that each innovation improved the PMBOK 7th Edition performance domain. Finally, this study showed that organization-driven innovation could benefit the organization.

Abstract

Diabetes and cardiovascular disease are examples of non-communicable diseases with the highest prevalence. One way to prevent this deadly disease is by carrying out regular health checks. Blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid level detection devices on the market are invasive, causing discomfort with needles when drawing blood. The aim of this research is to design a tool to measure blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels non-invasively using the MAX30105 sensor. The MAX30105 sensor will read the infrared value on the fingertip which is then converted into a calculation of blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid values using the linear regression method. This method will compare the IR value from the sensor output with the results of invasive readings of glucose, cholesterol and uric acid levels to form a regression equation. The measurement data will then be sent via WiFi to the application for easy reading. Based on the experimental results, the accuracy value for glucose reading was 91.44%, cholesterol 84.94% and uric acid 84.91%. More sample variations are needed to map variables that can cause errors in reading values. Apart from that, the amount of light and finger placement procedures also need to be considered to get better accuracy.
