Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of personnel placement on performance at the Gowa Branch of Baranti District. Both qualitative and quantitative data are utilised, and both primary and secondary data sources are used. 37 employees made up the study's population and sample. The technique is a combination of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Y = 0.20 + 35.124 X, where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.37%, and the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.1369 or 13.69%. The t-count test value is 2.21, where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 2.21 > 1.306, so it can be said that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the findings of the research and discussion. According to this, with 90% confidence, it is accurate that employee placement has a good and significant impact on employee performance in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri rumah tangga (home industry) gula aren merupakan bentuk usaha pengolahan skala kecil sebagai mata pencaharian beberapa masyarakat di Dusun Pasangridi, Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pendapatan home industry gula aren d di Dusun Pasangridi, Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survey/ observasi (pengamatan secara langsung) di lokasi penelitian, kemudian wawancara pada responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner juga melakukan dokumentasi selama penelitian. Data primer diperoleh dari pengrajin gula aren di di Dusun Pasangridi, Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan data sekunder diperoleh dari Kantor BPS dan Kantor Kecamatan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu, keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 10 orang pengrajin home industry gula aren. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Produksi gula aren yang dihasilkan oleh pengrajin rata-rata sebanyak 4.379 kg per tahun dengan harga jual di pasar sebesar Rp. 20.000/kg, total penerimaan sebesar Rp. 87.580.000,-/tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata usaha home industry gula aren di Dusun Pasangridi, Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sebesar Rp. 22.808.843,-/ tahun atau Rp. 1.900.737,-/bulan Kata kunci: Home Industry, Gula Aren, Pendapatan. ABSTRACT The palm sugar home industry is a form of small-scale processing business as a livelihood for several people in Pasangridi Hamlet, Leppangeng Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of the palm sugar home industry in Pasangridi Hamlet, Leppangeng Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data collection method used a survey/observation method (direct observation) at the research location, then interviewed respondents using a questionnaire as well as carried out documentation during the study. Primary data were obtained from palm sugar craftsmen in Pasangridi Hamlet, Leppangeng Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and secondary data were obtained from the BPS Office and the District Office. Sampling used the census method, that is, the entire population was taken as a sample of 10 palm sugar home industry craftsmen. Analysis of research data using a quantitative approach. The average production of palm sugar by craftsmen is 4,379 kg per year with a market selling price of Rp. 20,000/kg, total receipts of Rp. 87,580,000,-/year. The results showed that the average income of the palm sugar home industry business in Pasangridi Hamlet, Leppangeng Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was Rp. 22,808,843, -/ year or Rp. 1,900,737,-/month. Abstract

The Effect of Capital Structure Determinants on Stock Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, and company size on stock performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and classical assumption test with the help of the Social Sciences Statistics Program (SPPS version 21.00). The results showed that the profitability variable had no significant positive effect on stock performance, asset structure had a significant negative effect on stock performance, and company size partially had a significant positive effect on stock performance. Simultaneously the independent variables (profitability, asset structure, and firm size) have a significant and significant effect on the dependent variable (stock performance).

Abstract

The Impact of Internal Auditors' Work Experience and the Use of Accounting Information Systems on Fraud Detection at PT. Bank SulselBar Makassar's Head Office (supervised by Baso R and Surianto) This study aims to ascertain whether internal auditors' work experience and the use of accounting information systems impact fraud detection at the head office of PT Bank SulselBar Makassar. Primary data are collected using saturated sampling methods using surveys. The population consists of all 37 Bank SulselBar Makassar Head Office employees, and the sample size is 35 respondents. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire's results have been examined, and the traditional premises of normalcy, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity have also been scrutinized strategies for conducting simple regression analyses. The findings of this study suggest that the presented hypothesis is correct because the hypothesis testing yielded significant and favorable outcomes. This indicates that using accounting information systems and the internal auditors' professional experience positively and significantly impact fraud detection.

Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis at PT. Maha Properti Indonesia, Tbk. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Maha Properti Indonesia, Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The source of data is secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is financial ratios. The results showed the financial performance of PT. Maha Properti Indonesia, Tbk fluctuated. Based on the Liquidity Ratio, the current ratio decreased by 0.19%, the quick ratio decreased by 79.50% and the cash ratio increased by 0.18%. Based on the Solvency Ratio, debt to assets increased by 0.23%, debt to equity increased by 0.30% and long-term debt to equity decreased by 0.1%. Based on the Profitability Ratio, ROA decreased by (0.79%), ROE decreased by (103%). Based on the activity ratio, GPM decreased by 40.67%, NPM decreased by (20.86%), ARTO increased by 21.03 times, WCTO decreased by 0.84 times. FATO decreased by 14.83 times, TATO decreased by 0.037 times. The hypothesis in this study was rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation and work experience affect the productivity of employee performance at PT. Aman Sejahtera Global This data collection uses a quantitative approach and primary data sources in the form of questionnaires distributed to the entire study population using a purposive sampling method. The population is all employees of PT. Aman Sejahtera Global, while the sample is 30 people, has also been tested regression and correlation, analysis methods and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that there was no partial positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance productivity. However, there is a positive and significant effect of work experience on employee performance productivity. This shows that motivation has no effect on employee performance productivity but work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance productivity at PT. Aman Sejahtera Global

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and identify or review the literature using several academic journals taken from Google Scholar. This study is based on a systematic literature search to understand how the work environment affects employee performance. There are several limitations in the definition of the journals examined in this study, namely writing obtained through Google Scholar using research-related keywords, namely performance and work environment. This research is based on a national journal which discusses the relationship between the work environment and employee performance in a company or organization that publishes journal articles, articles from 2017 to 2023. The results of the study show that the work environment where the results have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer loyality at Café Finare, Palopo City. This study used a quantitative approach and sampling techniques using incidental sampling method descriptive analysis, validity and reliabillity tests and multiple linear regression analysis ware used as multiple analysis techniques. This study uses multiple analysis techniques. This study uses multiple linear aggression analysis with a significance level of 55% using SPSS.20 data processing techniques. The results of the study partially explain that while the price variable and place variable have no significant effect on customer loyality, while the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer loyality, at he same time the service quality, price, and place variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Makassar Research and Development Center for Environment and Forestry. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using saturated sampling techniques. The population is all permanent employees at the Makassar Research and Development Center for Environment and Forestry with a total of 51 people. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and the classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions have been tested. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant results of hypothesis testing. This means that Training and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

At the work, stress work is required in order to increase employee’s work. However, if a person chases the ambition and having an over pressure at work, it will cause distress to appear which causing an employee has a desire to search for a new job that has correspond with their ambition and workload. Comfortability, and inconvenience of an employee to their working environment will show desire to search for a new work. This research was arranged to explain the definition of work stress, turnover, what is turnover intention, and the correlation of turnover intention with work stress. The type of data used to create this research is qualitative data by amassing scientific researches which the source was from Google Scholar and Garda Rujukan Digital or GARUDA. This research showed that there was a positive impact between work stress with employee’s turnover intention.
