The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21. The results of the study indicate that the human relations variable does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value of -0.698 0.05. So based on these results it can be stated that Human Relations does not affect employee performance. So based on these results it can be stated that work peace can partially provide a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Human Relations and Work Peace variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the significant value of the f-test results (0.000) is less than 0.005.

Abstract

Based on observations conducted by the researcher on employees at the Department of Education and Culture Office in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, further examination is needed. There are still employees who lack work experience relevant to the tasks assigned by their superiors, including employees with less than one year of service. This poses a challenge to improving employee performance and has led to a decline in performance within the Department of Education and Culture Office in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The objective of this research is to determine whether work experience significantly influences employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. A quantitative research method was used. The research population consisted of 85 employees at the Department of Education and Culture in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Using probability sampling or random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula, the sample size was determined to be 46 employees. Each member of the population (employees) had an equal chance of being selected as a sample, with the selection process being random without considering the strata within the population. The analysis results indicate that work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value (3.297) greater than the t-table value (2.015). Therefore, the hypothesis stating that work experience influences employee performance is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.198 indicates that approximately 19.8% of the variance in the dependent variable (Y) employee performance is influenced by the independent variable (X) work experience. The remaining 80.2% is attributed to other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

In an increasingly dynamic organizational environment, transformational leadership has been recognized as a crucial leadership style for improving employee performance. This study aims to deeply examine the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through a literature review. The research method used is a literature review, which involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing various relevant scientific references such as journals, books, and research articles. The review results indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances employee performance. Transformational leaders can provide inspiration and motivation, and pay attention to the individual needs of subordinates, thus encouraging employees to contribute optimally. This leadership style is characterized by four main dimensions: idealized influence (leaders as role models of integrity and ethics), inspirational motivation (leaders inspire with a clear vision), intellectual stimulation (leaders encourage critical thinking and innovation), and individualized consideration (leaders provide personal attention for employee development). The implementation of transformational leadership has been shown to increase intrinsic motivation, work quality, sense of responsibility, and employee loyalty. Furthermore, this style also creates a work environment that is integrated, productive, collaborative, and adaptable to rapid changes. Challenges in implementation include the need for a supportive organizational culture. Overall, transformational leadership is a key driver in achieving sustainable productivity and work effectiveness, as well as strengthening organizational competitiveness. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of human resource management science.
