Abstract

This research aims to partially test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. BANK DANAMON Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch and to find out the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. BANK DANAMON Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using the Slovin sample. The population is all employees at PT. BANK DANAMON Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch had 119 employees, while the sample taken was 54 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and also tested for classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The research results show that the first and second hypotheses are accepted because they show positive and significant hypothesis results, this means that Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment have a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT BANK DANAMON Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch. The third hypothesis is accepted because it shows that the Organizational Commitment variable has a dominant influence on Employee Performance at PT. BANK DANAMON Tbk Ahmad Yani Makassar Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of service quality dimensions, namely Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangibles (X5), on customer satisfaction (Y) in the Limited Liability Company (PT) Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Satellite Sidenreng Rappang. Through the distribution of questionnaires to 65 respondents, the study found that all service quality dimensions both partially and simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. Service quality emphasizes meeting customer needs and delivering services accurately as per expectations. The correlation analysis results indicate that the Reliability dimension (X1) has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction, reaching 86.8%, while 13.2% is influenced by other factors not investigated in this study. The F-test confirms that collectively, service quality dimensions significantly influence customer satisfaction. With an F-value of 85.194, far exceeding the F-table (2.37), the research supports that these variables have a significant simultaneous impact. The second hypothesis, stating that the Reliability dimension (X1) has a dominant influence, is substantiated with the highest t-value of 6.429 and a significance of 0.000. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. In this series of findings, it can be concluded that the Reliability dimension is the key factor in enhancing customer satisfaction at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance in Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the Financial Performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. and PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. experienced a decline after the implementation of Government Regulation Number 109 of 2012. Data analysis used in this research used quantitative descriptive methods by comparing financial ratios consisting of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The research results show that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. and PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. tended to decline after the implementation of Government Regulation Number 109 of 2012.

Abstract

A restaurant is a place or building organized commercially, which provides good service to all its consumers in the form of food and drinks. Where customer satisfaction must be able to meet customer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction can be measured by comparing consumer expectations regarding the desired service quality with the reality received and felt. At this time, culinary development is seen very rapidly, because urban areas have many strategic areas for restaurants. This design plans a western food restaurant that focuses on Canggu regional culinary delights, strategically located near Batu Mejan Beach. The purpose of writing this research is to determine customer satisfaction at the Sensorium Bali Restaurant. I took 8 respondents who had been determined. The research method used is qualitative research, data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and observations. From the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction is determined by the quality of service shown in the aspects of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assumrance and Emphaty in restaurants.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of human resource development, obstacles, and efforts to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing human resource development at the KPU Jembrana Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis technique where data analysis is carried out interactively and continues continuously until completion. The results of the research show that the human resource development that has been carried out by the KPU Jembrana Regency includes: Recruitment of employees who are tailored to their work experience, education and training in accordance with organizational needs, and career development for all members by providing training, transfer and promotion opportunities in accordance with organizational capabilities and needs. Obstacles faced by the Jembrana. Regency KPU in developing human resources include: Lack of employees, not having definite HR standards, costs and time, and communication that is not running well. Efforts made by the KPU Jembarana Regency to overcome existing obstacles in human resource development include: Increasing the quality of productive human resources and their equitable distribution, Prioritizing HR capabilities that are in line with technological advances, Prioritizing HR standards that are in accordance with organizational culture and prioritizing communication and work with the team, and collaborating with the KPU Provincial to provide training and development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning adaptation Tecnology digitalization, professional competence and work commitment moderated by organizational culture on student achievement in several public junior high schools in Makassar City. The sample was teachers at several public junior high schools in Makassar City, which were determined as many as 49 respondents. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques using Regression Moderated Analysis (MRA). The results of the study obtained findings that learning digitalization had a positive and significant effect on student achievement. Professional competence had a positive and significant effect on student achievement. Work commitment had a positive and significant effect on student achievement. The results of the moderation test obtained findings that organizational culture weakened and significantly influenced learning digitalization on student achievement. Organizational culture moderated or strengthened and significantly influenced professional competence on student achievement. Then organizational culture moderates or strengthens and significantly influences work commitment on student achievement in several public junior high schools in Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan aplikasi QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran non tunai untuk mempermudah transaksi bagi pelaku usaha UMKM di Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendalami makna dan pemahaman subjektif dari perspektif individu dan kelompok terkait dengan adopsi QRIS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 5 informan yang dipilih secara purposif dari berbagai latar belakang dan lokasi geografis di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi UMKM, termasuk dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas akses pasar, dan meningkatkan transparansi keuangan. QRIS memungkinkan UMKM untuk menerima berbagai jenis pembayaran digital melalui satu kode QR tunggal, yang menyederhanakan proses transaksi bagi konsumen dan pengusaha. Namun, implementasi QRIS tidaklah tanpa tantangan. Kendala yang diidentifikasi meliputi ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata, keterbatasan pemahaman digital di kalangan pelaku usaha, dan kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan transaksi elektronik. Saran untuk meningkatkan adopsi QRIS di kalangan UMKM termasuk peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, edukasi intensif tentang manfaat dan penggunaan QRIS, serta perkuatan keamanan transaksi. Pemerintah perlu menginvestasikan lebih banyak dalam pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi, memberikan pelatihan teknis yang komprehensif kepada pelaku usaha UMKM, dan meningkatkan perlindungan data serta pengawasan terhadap transaksi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan adopsi QRIS dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM, memajukan ekosistem pembayaran non tunai, dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the challenges faced by Toko Buku Nusantara in the digital era. Technology has transformed how consumers shop and access information, requiring traditional bookstores to find innovative ways to stay relevant and competitive. The research employs a literature study method to analyze changes in marketing strategies in response to digital challenges, highlighting the importance of understanding the ever-changing consumer preferences. Innovative and creative marketing strategies are necessary to address changes in consumer behavior, industry dynamics, and technological advancements. The study found that Toko Buku Nusantara experienced a decline in sales from 2018 to 2023 due to consumers becoming more critical and savvy in price comparison. Intense competition with book producers and publishers, along with changes in government policies, pose additional challenges. It is recommended that Toko Buku Nusantara utilize online marketplaces and social media platforms to expand market reach and enhance customer loyalty. Digital transformation also demands a culture of innovation and collaboration with external parties. Future business success not only depends on technology but also on the ability to innovate, adapt, and understand market dynamics. With the right strategies, Toko Buku Nusantara can strengthen its market position, ensure business sustainability, and remain competitive in the ever-evolving digital era

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Human Resources Development on the Performance of Regional Financial and Asset Agency Employees in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 88 employees. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula with a magrin error of 10%, so the number of samples used is 46 respondents. Selected through random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance, with the calculated t value (3.420) which is greater than the t table (2.017). Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance can be accepted. With a coefficient of determination (r square) of 21.0%. shows that the validity of employee performance can be explained by Human Resources Development. While the rest is influenced by other factors outside the variables.

Abstract

Teacher pedagogical competence is not only essential as an effort to improve the quality of teaching, but also as a strategic effort in managing competent and responsive human resources. The purpose of the study was to determine whether Pedagogic Competence affects Teacher Performance at UPT SMK Negeri 5 Sidenreng Rappang. The research method used is quantitative. The data used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of this study was 60 respondents, sampling using saturated sampling, the data obtained was processed using the SPSS programme. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The results of the study interpret that Pedagogic Competence at UPT SMK Negeri 5 Sidenereng Rappang has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, so that the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
