Abstract

This research was carried out in Temajuk Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency which raised the values of Islamic education in the tradition of abstinence 40 days after giving birth to the Sambas Malay community in Temajuk Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency. the approach in this research is qualitative. The type of research used in this research is a case study. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the values of creed education in the tradition of abstinence 40 days after giving birth to the Sambas Malay community in Temajuk Village, Paloh District, including a) a strong belief in obeying the applicable rules in abstinence for 40 days which is in line with the postpartum which is taught in Islam, b) belief in husband, parents, family and others in the implementation of abstinence 40 days after giving birth. 2) the values of worship education in the tradition of abstinence 40 days after giving birth to the Sambas Malay community in Temajuk Village, Paloh District, including a) obeying traditional teachings and rules that are in line with Islamic teachings and rules, such as not praying during the puerperium and unrelated husband and wife, b) get used to pray, glorify God and read religious books. 3) the values of moral education in the tradition of abstinence 40 days after giving birth to the Sambas Malay community in Temajuk Village, Paloh District, including a) obeying and following the rules of abstinence that have been passed down from generation to generation, b) obeying orders, teachings, and advice from parents, c) do good and be polite to family and others.

Abstract

This article aims to increase the motivation to learn Fiqh for class II Miftahul Ulumu Cempoko Limo, in learning Fiqh using the Card Sort method. this article is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 20 grade II students of Miftahul Ulumu Cempoko Limo. The results of the article showed that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II. The implementation of fiqh learning using the Card Sort method in order to increase students' learning motivation is carried out with the following learning steps: (1) Studying the concept of a subject matter, (2) Matching the material on paper A to paper B, (3) Discussing the results of compiling , and (4) Group presentation in front of the class. The average cycle motivation results increased, the average in the first cycle was 70 increased to 83 in the second cycle and the results of the learning motivation questionnaire in the first cycle was 66% with the category once enough to 86% with the very good category in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that the use of the Card Sort method can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data in this study are primary data obtained by giving questionnaires to employees of the T.U.K PG section. Malang Grand Garden. Data analysis used is linear regression and path analysis. The results of data analysis showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between the quality of work life (X) on employee performance (Y)., 2) there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of the quality of work life (X) on job satisfaction (Z), 3 ) there is a positive and significant effect between the variables Job Satisfaction (Z) on Employee Performance (Y) and 4) Job Satisfaction (Z) mediates the relationship between the quality of work life (X) on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has contributed a great encouragement for autonomous learners in using mobile learning to learn foreign languages, including English. Geared under qualitative design, the present study aims to find out the availability of mobile apps that most people use in learning English. It concerns to review and make comparisons among the top three most popular apps gathered on the Google Playstore list to investigate what they teach, how they teach, and what technology they use in order to figure out on which aspects they are distinct to each other and on which they are similar, where are they lacking, and what they do well. The results point out that the apps were developed in such easy and fun ways of learning with various materials, ie daily life situations, and stories. Though enriched with vast exercises in receptive skills, they are commonly offered limited practice in productive skills.

Abstract

This paper discusses what applications can be used by children with special needs in online learning. Some of the things in this paper are solutions for children with special needs in online learning because of online learning in almost all parts of the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Children with special needs in this case also really need learning media that are able to support these children in online learning. In this case, reading about children with special needs (Autism), as well as the law on the equal rights of children with special needs with normal children. And the role of parents towards children with special needs. This article also explained the difference between children who tend to have the right brain and the left brain. This article also explains the different student learning arrangements for each child. A child who learns in a kinesthetic way will not be able to equate his way of learning with a visual child. Every child has their own strengths, a child who excels in mathematics will not be able to equate his abilities with a child who excels in the arts. This is because everyone has different genetics and has a different way of working the brain.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes because most teachers teach by using learning methods that are less efficient. So the researchers conducted learning research using the mind mapping method. The results of this study indicate that based on the calculation of the ANOVA test, for learning outcomes obtained the value of Sig. of  0.009. Value of Sig. < 0.05 then is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the mind mapping method on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students on Economic Activities. from the test of student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class in social studies subjects on the application of the mind mapping method at MI Al-Abror Pandansili Mojokerto in the form of 25 multiple choice questions that have been tested for validity.

Abstract

This article aims to explain and understand the Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) technique and its development. This article uses the literature review method by discussing themes through relevant books and journals. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of this article show that the process of SFBT techniques and approaches need to carry Islamic values so that it does not only treat physically but also forms a kaffah Muslim by Islamic teachings. The reliability of a counselor is also needed so that this rapid counseling technique can run optimally. Islam-based SFBT not only helps counselors deal with life's problems but also helps them achieve worldly and afterlife happiness and peace of mind, by living life by the rules and instructions of Allah SWT. This method encourages counselors to focus on solutions and their potential so that they can overcome problems effectively and build a better future. The combination of the SFBT approach and Islamic values provides a powerful and holistic framework for counseling, helping individuals develop mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to determine the inhibiting factors of teachers in thematic learning in elementary school. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used is a literature study. The result of the research analysis shows that at the planning stage teachers have difficulty in preparing syllabi and lesson plans according to the conditions and environment of students, teachers also find it difficult to prepare appropriate learning media in thematic learning. Meanwhile, at the implementation stage, the teacher had difficulty in adjusting the time allocation with learning and the demands of completing one learning in one meeting, this had an impact on the basic competency adjustment with learning material in half a day, it was difficult to synergize the delivery of objectives and apply a scientific approach to learning. So as to better understand the concepts and implementation of thematic learning.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of mastery of students ‘English vocabulary, the teacher’s lack of creativity in using learning media, and students’ assumption that English lessons are difficult and ultimately ignored. Formulation of the problem “how the influence of the use of audio-visual media on learning outcomes of English vocabulary students in grade II MI Dwi Dasa Warsa. The study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual media on learning outcomes of English vocabulary material Pets and Wild Animals in Class II MI Dwi Dasa Warsa This study is quasi-experimental design research with one group pre-test design research. The population in this study was all students in MI Dwi Dasa Warsa with a total of 273 students, while the sample were all students of class II MI Dwi Dasa Warsa amounting to 37 students. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test formula. From the hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of audiovisual media on the learning outcomes of English vocabulary material Pets and Wild Animals.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the application of the values of the Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim book in the moral formation of the students of SMK NU Palang Tuban. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach with a single-case design. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques with internal validation, external validation, reliability and objectivity. The results of the study from the application of the values of the book of Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim showed that there was a change in morals towards a better direction in accordance with the concept of values in the book, the inhibiting factors for the application of the values of the book of Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim were internal and external factors. external. internal factors, namely the lack of student motivation and the existence of different backgrounds and characteristics of students. While external factors come from mistakes in choosing social friends. All of them have been tried to be overcome by the school with various methods and approaches.
