Abstract

Competition in the developing world of the MSME industry makes MSME businesses required to be able to compete to be in the best position among other MSME businesses that are increasingly popping up and maintaining their existence. Naisha Frozen Food is a business engaged in the field of refrigerated food using a freezer in order to preserve food so it doesn't go through a process of decomposition that is too fast. This study aims to select suppliers for Naisha Frozen Food. In addition, this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to analyze each data. In increasing profits, Naisha Frozen Food selects suppliers according to the criteria so that demand increases. Based on the research that has been done, the criteria for Naisha Frozen Food are price, quality, taste, service, and delivery. The priority for selecting the supplier with the highest value, namely the price and results of the supplier having the highest value, is supplier 1 (Pekarungan Village).

Abstract

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a method used to analyze the impact of a product on the environment during the product life cycle. LCA itself can also be said as an approach to measure the environmental impact caused by company activities, then the production process, and finally waste management. LCA aims to make a study of the impact of recycling a product on the area and provide detailed data for the consumption of materials and energy during the creation period. There are several benefits from implementing this LCA, namely saving energy and raw materials, cheaper distribution costs, and many more benefits from implementing this LCA, especially in companies whose products produce quite a lot of waste. At the LCA stage, the entire series in the product life cycle is always considered. In research activities, LCA is an added value to provide information on the environmental impacts that occur from the research process and then produce the product of the research itself.

Abstract

The activity of implementing the performance evaluation of study programs in tertiary institutions aims to improve internal quality in a sustainable manner. The performance evaluation process requires a gradual process, namely the performance monitoring process. Evaluation and monitoring of study program performance are generally implemented in the implementation of education, research, and community service to improve study program performance. Therefore, the priority of the main performance indicators of study programs in the Faculty of Engineering is determined by referring to the Chancellor's Regulation No. 03/PR/2022, classifies the main performance indicators of the Faculty of Engineering study program based on the dimensions of the balanced scorecard, and designs a work program monitoring spreadsheet to support KPI achievement. The research also aims to identify KPIs in four stages: customer perspective, financial perspective, business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The University has prioritized the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 7th performance indicators. Regulation of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering No. 143/UKDC.1/A.01/XI/2022 as a reference in setting KPIs, this document has succeeded in formulating 22 main performance indicators and 5 additional performance indicators. Prioritized performance indicators are then made into a spreadsheet-based performance form which is useful in implementing performance monitoring

Abstract

Shampoo is a human need that is used to clean the scalp and hair. Shampoo is usually used every 2-3 days to keep hair clean and healthy. It contains proplene glycol; diethanolamine; triethanolamine; sodium lauryl sulfate; parabens; sodium chloride. However, there are still many people who do not understand the importance of shampoo and measuring their level of satisfaction with the product. By measuring the level of consumer satisfaction, product/service providers can make changes to their products/services so that they can affect them effectively in people's lives. This journal will discuss the level of public satisfaction with Korean viral shampoo. The level of community satisfaction can be demonstrated using the Kano Model research method. The survey will be conducted with a sample of 64 respondents who come from different backgrounds but understanding the performance of Korean viral shampoos. The resulting data will be implemented in the required variable table by providing functional and dysfunctional questions. The results of the data show that Korean viral shampoo does not require overhauling in terms of quality, performance or characteristics because the level of customer satisfaction cannot affect it.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif dan efisien lintasan produksi yang digunakan pada proses produksi gasket. Dalam proses produksinya PT NRZ Prima Gasket dihadapkan pada permasalahan kesimbangan lintasan yaitu waktu yang tinggi pada prosesnya sehingga kurang efisiensi pada stasiun kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengukuran waktu kerja dengan jam henti (stop watch) dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung dengan mengambil sampel data. Data yang dianalisis adalah waktu yang diperlukan oleh operator untuk menyelesaikan produksi gasket dan jumlah output rate untuk produk rata-rata yang dihasilkan untuk menetapkan waktu siklus ideal. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa dengan penggunaan metode keseimbangan lintasan, perusahaan dapat mencapai efisiensi lintasan sebesar 83% dan mengurangi ketidakseimbangan (balance delay) sebesar 37% dari 54% menjadi 17% dan terjadi peningkatan pada produksinya sekitar 31,09 pcs yang diproduksi.

Abstract

The most important asset a company needs is the role of humans. Without the human role, the company will not run as it should. Human resource management will be easy if it has rules. Rules and objectives will be given each entry into the organization for the first time. Therefore, using a Job Profile will provide responsibilities that should be owned by every employee so that work goals are clear and focused. PT X already has a Job Profile but it's still not as expected. All data is still done manually with the help of Ms Word. The research method used is a case study exploratory research. Primary data was collected by interviewing the recruitment and HRD. The secondary data obtained is the existing Job Profile at PT X, namely in the form of soft files and hard files. The results of this study will make it easier for recruitment parties to create Job Profiles automatically using spreadsheets. There are limitations to be used as report material because the Job Profile is confidential data owned by the company. Topics that can be used as reports are Job Title, Job Description, Job Specification, and Job Competency.

Abstract

Discrepancy is the difference in the number of stock spare parts between the actual number and the amount of stock in the system. PT. MI experienced discrepancy problems, especially in the spare part warehouse. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors causing the difference in the number of goods in the warehouse between the physical and the system and provide solutions in the form of efforts to minimize the data discrepancy. The research method uses DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) with fishbone diagram analysis techniques. From the measure stage with the p control chart, it is known that there are still many that are outside the UCL and LCL limits. In the analysis stage, use a fishbone diagram to analyze the causes and effects of the problem. From the results of the analysis there are 3 factors that influence the problem, namely the human factor, methods, and work environment. At the improve stage, several attempts are given to the problems that have been analyzed.

Abstract

Artap Cafe & Resto Surabaya merupakan salah satu cafe & restoran yang berada di kota Surabaya dan terletak di Jalan Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno No.34. Upaya dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi pelanggan selalu diusahakan oleh pihak Cafe. Namun, pihak Artap Cafe& Resto Surabaya belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kualitas pelayanan sehingga belum mengetahui apa yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan. Dalam proses peningkatan kualitas pelayanan perlu diketahui atribut mana yang tidak dapat memuaskan pelanggan, yaitu kesenjangan antara kepuasan yang diperoleh dengan harapan pelanggan, sehingga dapat diketahui apa yang diinginkan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui,dan menentukan atribut layanan yang menjadi prioritas dan mengetahui perbaikan yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan serta memberikan usulan perbaikan kepada pihak Artap Café & Resto Surabaya. Untuk mengetahui perbaikan layanan tersebut digunakan metode KANO dan QFD untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan Artap Cafe & Resto Surabaya.Berdasarkan analisis kesenjangan persepsi dengan harapan pelanggan didapatkan mengalami kesenjangan. dan kepuasan. Berdasarkan hasil integrasi metode KANO dan QFD terdapat atribut layanan yang diperbaiki dan dilakukan analisis perbaikan menggunakan metode QFD sehingga didapatkan rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk diperbaiki terlebih dahulu dengan melihat nilai tertinggi yaitu membuat standar baku dan laporan harian kinerja karyawan dengan.Usulan perbaikan untuk Artap Café & Resto Surabaya antara lain membuat standar baku dan laporan harian kinerja.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemborosan paling tinggi yang terjadi pada proses produksi dalam area coating pada PT NRZ Prima Gasket. Pada perusahaan tersebut ditemukan waste dalam area coating. Untuk mengurangi waste tersebut menggunakan lean dengan metode value stream mapping (VSM). Metode VSM bertujuan untuk menggambarkan aliran proses mulai dari masuknya bahan baku hingga produk jadi. Untuk memperbaiki pemborosan tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan presentase yang berdasarkan diagram pareto, yaitu proses pemindahan, proses berlebih, waktu menunggu dan Gerakan.

Abstract

The progress of the shoe industry in Indonesia has encouraged small and large shoe entrepreneurs to compete in terms of quality, because consumers are very dependent on quality, so good quality control is needed in order to make consumers loyal customers. UD. XYZ is a small company that has problems with quality control so it really needs quality control using the SQC method. And the result was that UD. XYZ that the P control chart data shows that none of the 30 points are outside the control limits, so it can be concluded that the process is under control, but UD. XYZ still has to improve product quality by evaluating 4 elements (machines, people, tools, and methods).
