Abstract

Service is one of the tridharma that must be carried out by lecturers. This briefing was given to managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Cracker Pangsit in Baban Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency which aims to develop strategies for increasing sales and developing the business so that it continues to grow in the future. . This service activity is carried out using descriptive methods accompanied by information on internal and external factors on competitive advantages in the form of raw materials, legality, machines and tools, work methods / technology, packaging, promotion and marketing. The production activities carried out are relatively simple in terms of marketing. The product is packaged using plastic packaging and does not use a sales logo. The result of this service activity is an increase in sales of Dumpling Cracker products processed by MSMEs in Baban Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency

Abstract

The community of Pakamban Daya Village, Sumenep is an example of a community that highly values religious knowledge, this can be seen from the many Islamic boarding schools or Taman Pendidikan AL-Qur’an (TPQ) there. One of the religious learning processes at TPQ is reading the Al-Qur'an. Reading will support learning activities carried out both in class and at Islamic boarding schools. Learning to read the Al-Qur'an basically must pay attention to the main principles that every teacher needs to understand. This is because learning to read the Al-Qur'an is of course different from learning to read books, novels or other reading materials. The art of reading the Al-Qur'an is the tilawati method, where the method of learning to read the Al-Qur'an is with the basic technique of talqin-taqlid (imitation) as the Prophet Muhammad imitated the reading of the Angel Jibril. Thus, this service is carried out to help TPQ students read the Al-Qur'an with good and correct tilawati as an effort to improve the quality of the art of reading the Al-Qur'an. The program was held at the Pakamban Daya village hall with various strategies that had been implemented and received full support from the village head, village officials and the local community. This service is carried out as a form of the Tri Dharma of college, namely providing community service.

Abstract

TThis Community Service activity report regarding Strengthening the Spirit of Learning through Foreign Language Learning at the Al-Muniri Islamic Boarding School was conceptualized with guidance on strengthening foreign languages, namely Arabic and English, which is carried out every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The background is because the al- Muniri institution was founded under the auspices of the al-Muniri Islamic boarding school, where the students come from santri backgrounds who are not too familiar with foreign languages, especially Arabic itself, but to further improve students' mastery of foreign languages, it is carried out also guidance on strengthening other foreign languages, namely English, because Arabic and English are international languages. This Community Service Activity is carried out using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. This method aims to develop the assets owned by the village. Through the ABCD method, the assets developed are community assets, namely Al-Muniri Middle School and High School students. The foreign language strengthening guidance process goes through several stages, namely initial deliberations with the teachers, the general person in charge of Al-Muniri School, and the English teacher.

Abstract

The river problem faced by Mojosarirejo village, specifically in Pudo, is a problem for the last five years that has not been resolved properly. Rivers with lots of rubbish disrupt the irrigation process of rice fields. So it is necessary to carry out various analyzes to solve this problem. The method used is PAR, which includes several tools that are the focus of the discussion in this article, namely mapping, transectural, ranking, historical tracing, trend and change, and program strategy analysis. This Community service aims to facilitate community problems (in managing waste around rivers) which are obtained from the community and resolved by the community. With several analyzes and PAR methods used, program results were obtained consisting of four elements. First, there is cleaning of the river environment and education about waste management. Second, the existence of institutions or organizations and policies in waste management. Third, there is infrastructure such as trash cans as TPS. Fourth, there is literacy insight for the public regarding waste decomposition in the form of educational boards. The suggestion in this research is that the community can carry out the four programs initiated and have larger land as a landfill.

Abstract

The main activity in this community service is assistance to prepare UMK to obtain halal certification from LPPOM MUI. The government through the Ministry of Religion and BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Management Agency) launched the Free Halal Certification (Sehati) program for UMK to make it easier for UMK to obtain halal certification. The approach used in this service is descriptive qualitative research using field research. The method used in this service includes providing direct information regarding the urgency of informal halal certification for a product as well as direct assistance to UMK in the process of completing halal certification. The mentoring process went quite smoothly because UMK were very cooperative. The business actors involved were enthusiastic about the assistance and knowledge about halal product processes during the activity.

Abstract

Not many people are aware of the importance of halal products. When people use a product, people often pay little attention to halalness. People's behavior when buying products is sometimes only based on orientation towards the products they like. In line with the implementation of the Halal Product Guarantee Law (RUU-JPH) Number 33, 2014, one of the articles of which states that all products must be certified halal, halal awareness of food products and other products will be raised regarding the presence or absence of non-halal components. halal is absolutely necessary. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out outreach and training regarding halal awareness through community service programs. Community service activities followed by the KKNT program within the al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, Sumenep Madura have been carried out well. Even though various obstacles are still found in its implementation, this is a norm in human life. The level of success of this service activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the Kopontren managers in participating in this activity. Furthermore, it is hoped that halal awareness and literacy levels will increase among Kopontren managers and the surrounding community who provide various food needs for students and boarding school residents, so that all food and beverage products are guaranteed to be halal by submitting them to obtain a halal certificate.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide understanding, delivery and training to Mie Ayam business partners in aspects of marketing planning through digital marketing social media so as to increase their income. This mentoring activity was carried out by IDIA Prenduan students, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sharia Economics study program which has four stages of implementation, namely preparation and planning, implementation, evaluation and monitoring. This stage ensures that the objectives, targets, and outcomes of the program are achieved. This activity is carried out using participatory methods such as observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and joint decision making. The result of the series of 4 stages is an increase in business income of Podo Stopped Chicken Noodles, improved the quality of the taste of Podo Mampir Chicken Noodles marketed, and increased marketing of quality goods products.
