Abstract

A productive mother can also be interpreted as a mother who helps the family finances by running a small business. Every additional income earned will help the family economy to be better. The small entrepreneur mother is able to take advantage of the available free time, and the resources she has for doing business. Mothers who run small businesses mean realizing economic independence which has a broad social impact, for example a mother who has her own income will not depend on her husband's income, that if something happens a husband cannot generate income anymore, then a mother will be ready to face life's tests the. By cooperating with this PkM partner, the Rempoa Community Empowerment Institute. The PkM implementation method includes providing socialization on financial management to mothers of small business actors in Rempoa Village, so that the mothers of small business actors have a good financial management strategy, before the socialization is given, do preliminary test (pre-test) to determine the level of knowledge about small business financial management, and at the end of the training, it is tested again (post-test) to determine any changes in knowledge about small business financial management. The service activities went well, and the participants stated that the knowledge and knowledge provided was very useful, and from the results of the implementation evaluation, the participants stated that they would try to implement the financial knowledge provided by the Yarsi University Lecturers

Abstract

This community outreach was carried out in Padabeunghar Village, Kuningan because most of the population there still depends on forest and agricultural products for their income eventhough there are potential income from tourism and culinary businesses. This activity aims to train residents of Padabeunghar Village to make product diversification in specialty culinary that can become village identities and tourist attractions. The villagers were also given cooking utensils to support the entrepreneurial activities in the culinary field. Product diversification with Durian-based ingredients was chosen because durian is one of the main commodities in Padabeunghar Village. Padabeunghar durian is used as the main ingredient in the making of Durian Pie and Durian Pancakes. The training method is structured in several stages; (1) an initial survey to determine potential culinary products, (2) planning and testing recipes, (3) making standard recipes, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of this activity are to help villagers to produce Padabeunghar specialty culinary products, increase product competitiveness (in terms of quality, quantity, added value, service, and product diversification), and introduce the application of multimedia technology to promote and sell products. Evaluation was carried out after the training, and the product diversification of Padabeunghar durians are marketed at food stalls in the tourist area of Padabeunghar Village.

Abstract

Community service as one of the pillars of higher education occupies a strategic position in drawing and educating the community to improve the quality of life of the community. The form of coaching that is considered the most realistic is none other than providing provision through skills training and mentoring that is considered useful for the local community audience. The low awareness of taxpayers to comply with taxes is the biggest problem faced by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) while the government's largest source of funds to finance development is obtained from tax collection, the mechanism of which is coercive in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations The desire to change people's mindset to be aware of taxes with early education requires systematic technical means, one of which is through inclusion in learning materials and training activities for various groups including private workers or private employees. The implementation method is the counseling method, by going through the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the results stage. Based on the results of the PKM team's observations during the activity, the interest from private employees towards the material provided was very high. The enthusiasm of the participants and the average participant were active in listening to the counseling material. This observation is shown by the high curiosity of private employees so that many questions are asked to the informants. The activity of the resource persons who also asked questions to the participants how far they knew taxation was shown by the many questions asked in the PKM counseling

Abstract

Participating in groups is a fact of life. One of the tendencies of every human being is to live in groups, get involved int the other people’s life. The teenagers are no exception. Our partners in this activity is students of SMAN 6 Tangerang who are aged 16-17 years. This age is included in the Middle and Late Adolescent categories. Middle and late adolescence is the age where at this stage individuals really need friends and a period of consolidation towards the adult period so they tend to live in groups. However, it is unfortunate that partners didn’t get education related to something that can control their emotional self as a teenager who is prone to conflict, anxiety, and influence. One of them is the conformity of the play group and its influence on communication behavior. In the implementation of this activity, the method used by the team to handle the solution was in the form of education or counseling related to Group Conformity and Behavioral Deviations. This training is carried out through Zoom Meeting media. This activity goes succesfully, participants assessed that all the delivery of the material was understandable, participants were also able to know and understand well what group conformity is and its influence on communication behavior.

Abstract

Crime is so real in everyday life. In fact, crime can be prevented if humans understand that crime exists in their lives. The College of Police Science (STIK) is trying to take preventive action by providing socialization on several crimes such as drug abuse in adolescents, driving safety for citizens and human trafficking in the jurisdiction of the Lampung Regional Police. With a good understanding of the citizens will of course prevent the spread of the pattern of crime in question. This community service uses the methods of discussion, outreach, hospitality to Muspida officials, counseling, social services, community service, visits there and visits to the community. The result is that the community responds seriously and enthusiastically to the socialization of these crimes and gains a better understanding of the patterns of action and the possibility of dealing with these crimes in the future.

Abstract

Temperature changes that occur on Earth due to human activities that cause pollution result in climate change in the hemisphere. The increase in climate has resulted in threats and risks of disasters, such as floods, landslides, droughts, and human health problems. The Climate Care Community Group for Our Earth One RW 01 is an organization that serves as a forum for communication and coordination for residents of RW 01 to realize the climate village program in Gaga Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City. Previous programs have been running and are continuing, such as farmer women's groups, waste banks, making bio pores, clean water channel programs, and climate village programs which aim to create clean, beautiful, green, and fresh villages. The need for fresh air and a green environment is critical now, as seen from the many city parks built by the central and regional governments. The importance of clean air and greenery makes many residents who are members of community groups concerned about the environment. The group makes greenery in the neighborhood to provide coolness and serenity. The Community Group Concerning the Climate of Our Earth One RW 01 was formed to create a clean, green, and relaxed environment so that a good climate for the health and development of its inhabitants will be formed. Many activities have been carried out, such as requiring every house to have at least 1 tree and planting gardens in every space in Larangan Village, Gaga. However, the problems faced by partners are the membership which is still tiny compared to residents in RW 01, and the need for more understanding of residents about how to present the importance of caring for the climate. Therefore we took the initiative to conduct training using power points to attract residents' interest to participate in the Community Group Concerning the Climate of Our Earth One RW 01.

Abstract

Community service activity (PKM) entitled "Improving Family Financial Management Skills: Training for Residents of RT.4/RW.4, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta" conducted by STIE IGI Jakarta lecturers on March 23, 2023. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills about family financial management to families in the RT.4/RW.4 area, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and simulations. The results showed that the participants experienced an increase in understanding and interest in managing family finances, and were able to plan a family budget according to their income and expenses. This activity is very useful for participants in managing family finances effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Abundant village potential that has not been developed into business potential that can contribute to village development and the welfare of village communities. The abundant village potential in Sambirata Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, includes abundant natural resources and human resource potential. For development to become a profitable business, it needs to be mapped out in depth in a business proposal. Therefore, one of the important roles of tertiary institutions is to provide continuous assistance and collaboration to realize independent village development. One way is by assisting in the preparation of business proposals and mapping business potential in the village.

Abstract

Financial Report is very important in the company because it is a fundamental thing that must be analyzed in the company for the continuity of the company. PT Sinar Hidup is a company engaged in the electronics sector. This company has prepared financial reports but needs a deeper explanation regarding the analysis of the results of these reports, especially to employees in the company. Employees also need the ability to analyze because it is fundamental and can be useful for decision making, including for decision making. Financial ratios can be used for making decisions in terms of profit, liquidity, cash flow, and also for debt. Employees are trained to be able to translate the meaning of ratios and financial analysis contained in the company's financial statements so that they can be precise in making Financial Reports, which are brief reports on a summary of financial results, including the financial position of a company. The financial statements of a company include balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flows from the company. Financial statements are very important because they are fundamental things that must be analyzed in the company for the continuity of the company.
