Abstract

Daily activities at PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk Regional Sumbagsel involve a lot of interaction with guests. This includes visits from interested parties who come to discuss the project, customer service, or tenant land issues. To manage guest visits more effectively, an organized system is needed. Without a structured system, the process of recording visitor data is carried out manually which can cause inefficiencies, errors in recording data, and difficulties in tracking and accessing visitor information. This research uses the design thought method because its approach focuses on the user (user-centered). To overcome this problem, this report designs a web-based Visitor System Application (VISA). This application is expected to replace manual methods in recording guest data, increasing efficiency, speed and accuracy in data management. The design of the Visitor System Application (VISA) application uses the Design Thinking method with use case diagrams and activity diagrams as a model for creating system prototypes. By implementing this application, it is hoped that PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk Regional Sumbagsel can increase productivity and provide convenience in carrying out its work activities, especially in terms of collecting and reporting guest data.

Abstract

This research proposes the development of a digital-based Internship Attendance Information System. This system is designed to make it easier to manage internship participant attendance data effectively and efficiently. By using this information system, it is hoped that the entire attendance recording process can be carried out automatically, attendance data is stored safely, and attendance reports can be generated quickly and accurately. This research will use a system development method (System Development Life Cycle, SDLC) with a prototyping approach. The stages in this method include gathering requirements, building a prototype, evaluating the prototype by users, refining the prototype, and implementing the final system. The data used in this research was collected through interviews with Perumda Tirta Musi staff, field observations, and study of related documents. It is hoped that the final results of this research will produce an information system that can be implemented and help Perumda Tirta Musi in managing internship attendance better, with a focus on meeting user needs through continuous iteration and feedback.

Abstract

This research on the UI/UX Design of the Inventory Information System uses the Design Thinking method. The goal is to understand the needs of users, namely admins and employees, produce intuitive solutions by creating an easy-to-use interface, increase user satisfaction and comfort, and minimize the risk of errors in design by utilizing the Figma tool. The use of tools is expected to provide convenience in the layout of the interface and user experience (UI/UX) that is in accordance with user expectations. The conclusion of this study is a computerized Web-Based Office Inventory Information System application to assist users in the process of creating available Office Inventories and incoming/outgoing goods, searching and monitoring and creating reports on goods data in PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a prototype IoT-based archive room monitoring system to enhance security and efficiency in archive management at the Village Office of Desa Pingit, Pringsurat District, Temanggung Regency. The system utilizes a UV Flame Detector for fire detection and a DHT11 sensor for monitoring temperature and humidity, with an ESP32 as the main controller connected via Wi-Fi. Integrated with the Telegram app, users can receive real-time notifications and updates on archive room conditions, facilitating remote monitoring. Testing results indicate that the system effectively detects fire presence and accurately provides temperature and humidity updates. This innovation is expected to aid in risk management and archive protection, offering a practical solution for modern archive room management.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the retail sector which is increasingly adopting computerized systems in the transaction process. Supermarket Salafiyah Syafi'iyah is one example of a supermarket that utilizes computerization to optimize product arrangement and analyze consumer purchasing patterns. Identification of purchasing patterns of hygiene products at Supermarket Salafiyah Syafi'iyah was carried out using quantitative methods. Data were collected through observation and processed using association rules to find patterns of association between hygiene products that are often purchased together. The application of the K-Means algorithm as a Data Mining technique can help improve business performance, such as making consumers interested in buying products. It was identified that there were certain items with high support and confidence values, which indicated a significant purchasing pattern for certain hygiene products at this supermarket.

Abstract

Umama Hijab Kaliwates Jember Shop is a shop that specializes in selling hijabs. However, of the various hijabs being sold, not all of them sell well, some are less popular. Data on sales, purchases of goods and unexpected expenses at the Umama Hijab Store is not well structured, so the data only functions as store archives and cannot be used to develop marketing strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to apply data mining using the K-Means method at the Umama Hijab Shop. Data mining is the process of collecting and processing data to extract important information that supports decision making. The K-Means method can be applied to find out which hijab sales are selling well, selling well and not selling well. The application of this method is carried out by grouping hijab stock data. The process begins by selecting 3 random groups as initial centroids. After the data in each group did not change, the final results showed that there were 24 products that were selling well, 59 products were selling well, and 17 products were not selling well. Then, the application of the K-Means method in RapidMiner is carried out by entering product stock data, namely initial stock, sold stock and ending stock, which will be converted into a database in Ms. Excel. The data is then connected to RapidMiner Tools and processed to form groups using the K-Means algorithm. After that, RapidMiner produces product groups with high, medium and low demand.

Abstract

Identifying high-achieving students is a critical step in evaluating learning outcomes to enhance the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the clustering of student grade data using the K-Means Clustering method to identify groups of high-achieving students. The K-Means method is utilized due to its effectiveness in grouping data based on value similarity. The data used in this study consist of students' academic scores across various subjects. The research stages include data collection, preprocessing, applying the K-Means algorithm, and validating the clustering results. The results show that the K-Means method successfully grouped students into several categories, such as high-achieving, moderate-achieving, and low-achieving students. The clustering analysis indicates that high-achieving students exhibit consistent performance across all subjects, whereas low-achieving students tend to show significant variations in their scores. This method also provides data visualization that helps schools make informed decisions to improve student performance. Thus, the implementation of the K-Means method in clustering student grade data can serve as an effective and efficient approach to support evaluation processes and data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Sales are an important aspect in the continuity of company operations, including CV. Hafas P2S2 which is engaged in the distribution of bottled drinking water products. In order to increase the effectiveness of marketing strategies and stock management, it is important to analyze sales patterns that occur. This research aims to implement data mining techniques using the K-means method to analyze sales patterns at CV. Memorize P2S2. The K-means method was chosen because of its ability to find associative relationships between items that are often purchased together in transactions. The data used in this research involves sales information recorded in the company system. The results of applying the K-means algorithm show that there are certain combinations of items that are often sold together, which provides valuable insights for companies in terms of stock management and marketing strategies. It is hoped that these findings can help CV. Hafas P2S2 in improving operational efficiency and maximizing profit potential by better understanding customer demand patterns. Thus, the implementation of data mining through the K-means method makes a significant contribution to data-based decision making in the company's sales sector.

Abstract

Implementation of the Naive Bayes algorithm for the classification of recipients of the Certificate of Inability to Pay (SKTM) assistance in Pesanggrahan Village. The classification process is carried out manually and using the RapidMiner application to validate the results. Manual calculations are carried out by calculating the probability of each attribute, such as occupation, age, income, marital status, vehicle, and asset ownership. The calculation results show that the probability for the "eligible" category is 0.097254, while the "uneligible" category has a probability of zero, so that the resident is classified as eligible to receive assistance. And, the calculation results using RapidMiner show results that are consistent with manual calculations. The Naive Bayes algorithm successfully classifies data with high accuracy, ensuring that assistance is more targeted to residents who meet the criteria. The implementation of this method provides an effective solution to overcome the problem of inaccurate distribution of assistance, increasing efficiency and transparency in decision-making by village officials. Thus, the Naive Bayes algorithm can be used as a tool in the process of determining recipients of assistance that is more objective and data-based.

Abstract

Data mining, or data mining is the process of collecting and processing data to extract important information. The stages in the data mining process are useful for finding a particular pattern from a large amount of assessment data. This goal is to find out and form student data clusters based on grades so that they become a cluster, so that the results of student clusters can be a reference in improving student grades in the next learning process. The results of the evaluation and assessment of students are carried out by teaching staff or teachers in conducting assessments during the learning process. In the learning process there are 2 assessment categories, namely UTS and UAS student grades. The results of grouping student grade data using the K-Means clustering method show that based on the results of student data clusters in one semester, cluster 0 is obtained with 7 students, cluster 1 is 3. The results of testing using rapid miner show that there are 7 students who have grades with a good average and there are 3 students with a poor average grade.
