Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on education, forcing learning to switch to an online system to prevent the spread of the virus. However, problems still persist, especially in elementary school mathematics education, students tend to think mathematics is difficult and not very interesting. This is due to the ineffective classroom learning approach, so that many students lose interest in learning mathematics. Therefore, innovative solutions are needed that can increase students' interest and understanding of mathematics learning, such as a gamification approach for students who prefer to play. The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile application that combines a gamification approach as a mathematics learning material for elementary school students. The system concept in this mobile application is that students can work on practice questions and see learning outcomes, choose an avatar on the edit profile, and access the discussion forum available in the application. This application is designed to create an interactive, fun and effective learning experience using the ADBO (Analyze, Design, Build, Operate) method which is systematic and directed to ensure that each stage of the process provides optimal results and according to user needs with the hope of overcoming complex problems faced by students. Through the modeling used in the preparation of this application, it is hoped that it will be in accordance with its purpose, namely to provide convenience to elementary school students, from grade 1 to grade 6, to become better at learning.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology in enhancing the efficiency of library circulation services. RFID technology offers an innovative solution for managing collections and circulation services, such as borrowing and returning books, which were previously done manually. Utilizing radio waves, RFID enables automatic identification, tracking, and security of collections, thereby improving data accuracy and operational efficiency. This study employs a literature review approach to evaluate the benefits, challenges, and optimization strategies of RFID adoption in libraries. The findings indicate that RFID can reduce service time, enhance user experience, and support self-service features such as self-check and book-drop systems. However, challenges such as high implementation costs and the need for librarian training remain significant barriers. This study aims to provide guidance for libraries looking to adopt RFID technology to improve their services and maintain relevance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology infrastructure at the Alfamart Sukarami Palembang branch, identify the main components of IT infrastructure used, and describe the challenges and obstacles faced in its management. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through direct observation at the store and secondary data analysis from various reliable sources. The results indicate that Alfamart has implemented an integrated IT infrastructure, including hardware (cash registers, barcode scanners), software (internal retail systems), communication networks (VPN, intranet), data centers, information security systems, and cloud computing technology. This infrastructure supports operational efficiency, transaction service speed, and data management accuracy. Based on SWOT analysis, Alfamart possesses strengths in providing facilities and customer-friendly services, but faces challenges such as intense competition and obstacles in goods distribution. This study recommends enhancing IT infrastructure, employee training, increased promotion, regular system evaluation, and maximizing the use of cloud technology to improve Alfamart’s competitiveness in the modern retail industry.

Abstract

Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI) plays a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and digital transformation in modern enterprises. PT Digital Nusantara, a technology-driven company, has implemented various IT systems to optimize productivity, operational efficiency, and business competitiveness. This study aims to evaluate the IT infrastructure of PT Digital Nusantara through direct observation of physical facilities, software systems, network architecture, data security protocols, and IT human resources management. The findings reveal that while the company has developed a solid technological foundation, it still faces strategic challenges such as scalability limitations, insufficient system integration across departments, and the need to comply with international information security standards. This article suggests reinforcing cloud-based infrastructure, developing a long-term IT roadmap, and improving IT personnel capabilities through structured digital competency training.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of IT service management based on the ITIL framework at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, a prominent Indonesian cosmetics company leveraging information technology across its operations. A case study method was employed to describe the actual application of IT infrastructure, the IT service lifecycle, and role distribution through the RACI model. The findings reveal that PT Paragon has adopted most ITIL processes, particularly in incident management, system testing, and cloud-based infrastructure monitoring. The RACI model has been effectively utilized to define responsibilities across departments. This study recommends enhancing information security systems and fully adopting the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) framework.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze the information technology infrastructure (ITI) utilized by the e-commerce company Tokopedia, in order to understand the role of ITI in supporting operations and business development in the digital era. The research method employed includes literature review and indirect observation through the analysis of secondary data sources, such as articles, company reports, and online publications related to Tokopedia's technology systems. The analysis focuses on hardware, software, networks, data, and human resources components within the ITI system. The results indicate that Tokopedia possesses a robust ITI, based on cloud computing and microservices architecture, which supports scalability, security, and operational efficiency. The implementation of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and API integration are key to enhancing user experience and internal effectiveness. The study concludes that Tokopedia's success in delivering reliable e-commerce services largely depends on its adaptive and integrated IT infrastructure, as well as continuous investment in technology development and human capital. This research highlights the strategic importance of ITI in enhancing competitiveness and innovation in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

 In this era of technology, to handle several obstacles in conventional ticket ordering such as long queues at the station, limited time owned by consumers, the process of delivering information about ticket prices for the day of departure or previous dates that cannot be processed, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) provides a solution through the KAI Access application which will facilitate ticket ordering, fast transaction process, reduce operational costs when ordering tickets, delivery of information about schedules and ticket prices that can be accessed quickly. By downloading the KAI Access application, the counter feels like it is in your hand, like the slogan buying tickets is as easy as updating status is one of PT. KAI's campaigns in the program buying tickets is easy.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and design a content marketing strategy to enhance user awareness of the referral feature in the Flip application. In addressing the lack of knowledge and utilization of the referral feature, the focus of this research is to understand how digital content marketing can strengthen customer awareness. The analysis explores the barriers to the adoption of this feature, including insufficient emphasis, inadequate information, and uncertainty about its benefits. Through a content marketing-focused approach, the proposed strategy includes optimizing the website and application to clearly illustrate the referral feature, leveraging email marketing campaigns to provide user guides, and utilizing social media and educational content to explain the concrete benefits of using the referral feature. Additionally, the approach includes data analysis to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented content strategy. It is expected that by applying a targeted and measurable content marketing strategy, the Flip application can overcome awareness challenges, increase user participation, and achieve significant growth in the adoption of the referral feature. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the critical role content marketing plays in raising awareness and user engagement with key features in applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze information technology service management (IT Service Management) in the product ordering process through the Klik Indomaret application developed by PT Indomarco Prismatama. As consumer demand for fast and efficient online shopping services increases, the company is required to provide a reliable, responsive, and user-friendly IT service system. This research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analysis is based on the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework to evaluate the effectiveness of service management in supporting core business processes. The findings indicate that although the Klik Indomaret application has positively contributed to streamlining the ordering process and improving customer satisfaction, several challenges remain, such as delays in stock data updates, system disruptions, and limited integration among IT services. Recommendations include enhancing system monitoring, optimizing the service desk, and strengthening incident management strategies. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for the future development of more robust IT services.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce requires innovative solutions to enhance consumer engagement and overcome online shopping limitations. This research analyzes the impact of Augmented Reality (AR) technology on consumer purchase intentions in e-commerce through a quantitative approach involving 150 AR users. Using PLS-SEM analysis, this study examines the relationships between AR characteristics (interactivity, visual quality, novelty, informativeness) and consumer perceptions (enjoyment, usefulness, hedonic value) and their effects on satisfaction, attitude, and purchase intention. Results indicate that visual quality and informative aspects of AR most significantly influence consumer perceptions, while enjoyment  and  hedonic  value  significantly  affect  consumer  satisfaction  and  positive  attitudes.  These findings provide guidance for e-commerce practitioners to balance practical functionality with engaging experiences in developing AR applications as an effective marketing strategy
