Abstract

The results of research on the value of exports in Indonesia can be concluded that the architectural model can make predictions with 100% accuracy with a short training time. In addition, by looking at the results of testing on architecture, it can be seen that both the speed and the prediction results, it can be concluded that the value of exports in Indonesia is increasingly declining. For future research, research should use a different algorithm or the Backpropagation algorithm can be optimized with other algorithms, such as conjugate gradient and so on, that is, the research was first carried out using the backpropagation algorithm, then after knowing the results, calculations were carried out with the algorithm. other. Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence in management information systems provides effectiveness and efficiency in business processes. The integration of artificial intelligence and management information systems has changed the procedures for collecting data, analyzing data, and utilizing data. This research aims to explain the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems and identify ethical challenges and social impacts arising from the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems. The research method used in this research is the library study method, which is a research approach that involves collecting and analyzing information available in forms such as articles, reference books and other reference sources. The results of the research are that the application of artificial intelligence provides convenience by automating routine tasks thereby increasing user efficiency and effectiveness. However, apart from providing convenience, there are ethical challenges and social impacts that arise from the application of artificial intelligence in management information systems, such as threats to data security and increasingly narrow job opportunities.

Abstract

Student attendance in lectures plays a crucial role in academic achievement and the quality of learning. The Decision Tree algorithm is used to analyze student attendance patterns with a dataset containing 6,607 entries from Kaggle, comprising 20 related attributes. Using RapidMiner, the analysis process includes data splitting, model building, and performance evaluation. The model achieved 49.96% accuracy, with the best performance in the "Medium" class (50.40% precision, 98.12% recall) but showed weaknesses in the "High" and "Low" classes. These results highlight the importance of data-driven approaches to designing effective strategies, such as rescheduling or improving teaching methods, to enhance student participation.

Abstract

Determining classes for outstanding students based on exam results is a crucial step in promoting the improvement of learning quality. This study applied a data mining method using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group students based on their exam results. The process includes collecting exam score data, preprocessing the data, and applying the K-Means algorithm to form several student groups based on their achievement levels. Through this algorithm, students are clustered into groups with similar characteristics, such as excellent, average, and those requiring more attention. The study's results indicate that the K-Means Clustering approach can provide an accurate representation of the distribution of student abilities, serving as a basis for designing more effective and equitable learning strategies. This implementation is expected to help schools identify students' potential more objectively and enhance overall educational quality.

Manual guestbook systems frequently encounter challenges like inefficiency, data loss, and trouble interpreting recorded information. The goal of this research is to create a web-based guestbook information system in order to address these issues. This approach is intended to make capturing visitor data easier, lower the chance of mistakes, and enable users to receive notifications automatically. Abstract

The Website-Based Marriage Status Change Recommendation Letter Information System is developed to simplify the process of creating recommendation letters for couples who wish to change their marital status with the relevant authorities. The primary goal of this application is to streamline a complex process, accelerate letter issuance, and make it easier for users to submit applications online. Key features include personal data entry, uploading supporting documents, and verification by authorized officers. With a web-based platform, this application can be accessed anytime and anywhere, reducing the need to visit government offices in person. The system is expected to make the administrative process related to marriage status changes more efficient and transparent.

Abstract

Jeru Curah Village Office is a government organization located in Jeru Curah Village, Panji Subdistrict, Situbondo District. Making a certificate is one of the services offered by the Jeru Curah Village Government to its citizens. Previously, certificates were made manually, which required residents to come to the Village Office to fill in the required documents and be verified by the manager. However, this process often experienced problems, such as residents' ignorance of the letter-making process, the need to visit the Village Office frequently due to limited working hours and not meeting certain requirements, thus reducing the effectiveness and efficiency of this service. A web-based certificate service information system should be created to overcome these problems. This research includes interviews, literature observation, and observation as data collection methods. The Waterfall method which has five stages of communication, planning, modeling, building, and implementing is used to design this system. The system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database.Testing with Google Chrome shows that this approach provides reliable results. A web-based service information system that can facilitate the creation of certificate letters by village office officers, save work time, and facilitate the lives of citizens as a consequence of this research. easily simply input the required information, and is available online through the website.

Abstract

Advancements in information technology have provided opportunities for village governments to enhance the quality of community services, particularly in managing complaints.. This research discusses a website-based community complaint information system implemented in Pagarbatu Village, Saronggi Sub-district, Sumenep District. The system is designed to replace the conventional method of utilizing a physical complaint box, which is considered less effective in handling community reports. Using the waterfall system development model, this research produced a web-based platform that allows people to submit complaints quickly and easily. The system also provides features for village officials to manage reports in a structured and transparent manner. The results show that the implementation of a web-based complaint information system can improve the efficiency and accountability of public services.

Abstract

Village-level public service processes frequently encounter obstacles like drawn-out manual processes, restricted information availability, and rigid service schedules. In order to increase the effectiveness of village administrative services, specifically in the creation of the Certificate of Inability (SKTM), this project intends to develop a web-based information system. The waterfall technique, which comprises phases for requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, is used to construct the system. The PHP CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database are among the technologies utilized. According to test results, this technology can improve transparency and service efficacy, speed up document processing, and make it easier for residents to access services online. It is anticipated that this method will be a creative way to facilitate the digitization of village government.
