Abstract

Personality is a description of how a person behaves towards the surrounding environment, which can be seen from the habit of thinking, attitudes and interests, as well as a typical life view to have constancy. Because in human life as individuals or social beings, personality always experiences the colors of life. There are times when happy, calm, and happy. However, life experience proves that humans also sometimes experience things that are bitter, restless, frustrated and so on. This shows that humans experience the dynamics of life. Personality reflects a person's behavior. We can know what someone is doing in a particular situation based on our own experience. This is because in many ways, everyone is unique, unique. Therefore we need a kind of frame of reference to understand and explain the behavior of ourselves and others. We must understand the definition of personality and how the personality is formed. For that we need behavioral theories, personality theory so that the usual disorders that arise in the personality of each individual can be avoided. Learning personality is interesting because the dynamics of knowledge about ourselves will automatically increase. This is because the essence of human beings is that which exists and grows with the personality that accompanies every step of his life. Keywords: Ethics, character, personality

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce valid and effective ICT-based PAI learning media. This research was conducted using research and development design from Borg and Gall, and used an ICT-based analytical technique approach. Based on the results of assessment needs, the study of theory and the results of research that a learning strategy applied by the teacher will depend on the approach used; whereas how to implement the strategy can be determined by various learning methods. In an effort to carry out the learning method the teacher can determine the technique that he considers relevant to the method, and the use of the technique, each teacher has a strategy that may differ between teachers and each other. Abstract

Tauhid is the essence of the whole theory and practice of muslims in particular and humanity. Islamization of knowledge is meaningful if the effort is based on tauhid. It’s understood as an effort to affirm that Allah is one, the creator of nature and the controller of nature, thus all the mindsed and social activities of the community must be come from tauhid values. The values of islamic teaching summarized with the theory and practice of islamic education. This becomes a necessity for muslims to be separated from hegemony of the theory of secular education. Abstract

Generally the Students study English “not because they are interested in the English Language or English culture as such, but because they need English for study or work purposes” (Robinson, 1991: 2). In ESP, “language is learnt not for its own sake or for the sake of gaining a general education, but to smooth the path to entry or greater linguistic efficiency in academic, professional or workplace environments” Basturkmen (2006: 18). This denotes that, the role of ESP is to help language learners to build up the needed abilities in order to use them in a specific field of inquiry, occupation, or workplace. Abstract

Maharah istima 'in learning Arabic has a very important role for learners of foreign languages. From maharah istima ’one can get vocabulary, string words correctly so that they can finally convey ideas using the correct language. Therefore a foreign language learner who does not practice much listening will not be able to learn the language well. Maharah istima 'is a basic competency that must be mastered by learners of Arabic, so if a teacher is able to develop these competencies well then he has succeeded in learning Arabic so that it has an impact on the success of students in mastering Arabic properly. Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) learning is one of the learning methods that uses educational software that is accessed through a computer where students can interact with it independently. This learning can convey the contents of the lesson, provide training, test the learning progress of students, stimulate the thinking of students to be more active, creative, and fun through educational software that has been accessed on a computer. And through this CAI-based tutorial learning can guide students thoroughly mastering istima's masterpiece material quickly and interestingly. Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) planning strategies for adding educational funding sources through entrepreneurship, 2) implementing strategies for adding education funding sources through entrepreneurship, 3) evaluating strategies for adding educational funding sources through entrepreneurship, 4) the results of strategies to increase education funding sources through entrepreneurship in Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Ngawi 2017/2018 academic year.This study used a descriptive qualitative type, which took place at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School in Ngawi held from October 2017 to March 2018. The subjects of this study were the Head of Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Ngawi, while the informants were deputy headmasters, teachers, and school treasurers. Methods of collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis with interactive models starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of the study show that: 1) entrepreneurial strategy planning is carried out through the empowerment of existing resources, namely traders, teachers and employees as entrepreneur managers under school management, 2) implementation of entrepreneurial strategies carried out under school management where sellers as catering officers and suppliers , teachers and employees as officers and suppliers of healthy canteens, and event organizers with the aim of other school teachers and the community, 3) evaluation of entrepreneurial strategies namely improving communication with student guardians regarding order of catering payments, controlling student snacks nominal, and planning more mature event organizers and administrative, 4) the results of the entrepreneurial strategy that is able to add educational funding sources, especially from catering entrepreneurs, provide healthy consumption for the school community, and improve school quality. Abstract

Scientific knowledge is knowledge that can be verified or based on facts through empirical research. Science exists because of proof, science exists because what we see is then empirically proven, giving birth to science. Science arises because contemporary thinkers want to build a framework for a new epistemological view and together agree to want to come out of the difficulties of ways of solving that are commonly put forward by modern thought. To achieve a belief in something, there must be at least 3 basic characteristics above. In turn, belief will produce habits in mind (habit of mind). Various beliefs can be distinguished by comparing habits in the thoughts produced. From there, we can distinguish between doubt and belief. From this doubt arises a kind of inquiry (investigation), through this investigation, finally which ushered in achieving human meaning (essential meaning) which is basically more important than Truth (truth), because meaning is the essence and substance of various phenomena of human life. Abstract

Islamic education psychology is an important part of character configuration in the context of the totality of psychological and socio-cultural processes in interfaith and culture can be grouped in the heart (spiritual and emotional development), intellectual development, sports and kinesthetic (physical and kinetic development) ), and though feeling and intention (affective and creativity development).Psychology across religions and cultures is a scientific study of human behavior and its implications, which emerge and are influenced by social, religious and cultural forces that appear together and give rise to variants, behavior, experience and appreciation. In life in this world, plurality and multiculturalism is a necessity because it must be recognized by everyone. Abstract

Among the forms of punishment that are often used in the teaching and learning process is by giving penalties to students, both preventive and repressive. The existence of this punishment is expected to be able to prevent various violations of the regulations that have been made, besides that the punishment is also a form of stern warning arising from fear of threats. Punishment is an educational measurement tool for the functional quality of education for students who have problems and students who excel. Punishment is an early prevention in the context of educating those who are problematic. Punishment is something that is recommended and is one of the means of successful education, and needs to be done occasionally by an educator. Punishment in education has a function as a tool to motivate and enhance student learning. Punishment is also a reward for a bad deed. Punishment given to students must be carried out appropriately and can be carried out. Abstract

Science is a conscious effort to investigate, find to increase human understanding from various aspects of reality in the human realm. These aspects are limited so that a definitive formula is produced. Education discusses the process of reciprocal adjustment between humans and humans and nature with regular development and refinement of all moral, intellectual and physical potential. Education is a basic effort to prepare students through activities of guidance, teaching and training. While education as a phenomenon is the event of an encounter between two or more people whose impact is the development of a life view, attitude of life, or life skills that is one or several parties, both of which must be breathed or inspired by Islamic teachings and values. The Qur'an has repeatedly explained the importance of knowledge. Education is not only about science but also about morals so that it can be balanced and also able to carry out tasks as servants of Allah Almighty and the Caliph in the face of the earth with Islamic teaching values. God repeats the command to read 2 times, because according to the habit, one can read something smoothly after repeating it several times, so also in seeking knowledge we cannot automatically grasp the knowledge given by the teacher but try to write, memorize, and practice it. God teaches all knowledge, and with that knowledge we are different from animals that have no reason, so as humans we should always seek knowledge and practice it throughout life.
