Sejak awal Islam telah memberikan perhatian yang amat besar terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pengajaran dalam arti seluas-luasnya dan bukan hanya berarti formal seperti di sekolah. Hal ini antara lain dapat dilihat pada apa yang secara normatif-teologi ditegaskan dalam al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah, dan pada apa yang secara empiris dapat dilihat dalam sejarah. Berangkat dari hal tersebut penelitian ini memfokuskan penelitian pada nilai-nilai ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan di tinjau dari surat al-mujadalah ayat 11.Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan, penelitian ini dapat menyimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Rasul mengajak untuk saling meluangkan dan meluaskan tempat ketika berada di majelis, tidak saling berdesakan dan berhimpitan. (2) Perintah untuk memberikan kelapangan dalam mendatangkan setiap kebaikan dan memberikan rasa kebahagiaan kepada setiap orang Islam. (3) Petunjuk dalam ilmu pengetahuan, agar dikembangkan untuk tujuan peningkatan ibadah, akidah dan akhlak yang mulia. (4) Ilmu pengetahuan dalam proses pendidikan yang sesuai dengan al-Qur’an akan menjauhkan manusia dari sikap takabur, sekuler dan ateistik.

Seorang muslim berkeyakinan terhadap adanya hak dan kewajiban menghormati, menaati dan berbuat baik terhadap kedua orang tua yang bukan hanya karena keduanya merupakan faktor penyebab keberadaannya atau karena keduanya telah terlebih dahulu berbuat kebajikan kepadanya sehingga wajib membalas budi yang setara terhadap mereka. Tetapi karena Allah sendiri mewajibkan untuk mentaati keduanya. Allahmewajibkan kepada seorang anak untuk berbuat kebajikan kepada kedua-duanya sampai-sampai Allah menyangkut pautkan hal tersebut dengan kewajiban beribadah hanya kepadanya. Allah SWT memerintahkan kepada hambanya untuk memelihara hubungan silaturrohmi baik kepada para kerabat, tetangga atau kenalan dari kedua orang tua yang telah meninggal. Hubungan itu harus dipertahankan agar tetap baik, serasi dan harmonis dan perbuatan yang akan merusak atau memutuskan tali silaturrohim itu harus dihindari. Hubungan yang baik dan harmonis itu harus lebih di utamakan terhadap ibu bapak yang telah bersusah payah memlihara dan mendidik permata hatinya. Terhadap orang lain kita harus menjaga agar hubungan itu tetap erat, apalagi terhadap orang tua yang semakin tua renta.Allah SWT memerintahkan kepada hambanya untuk memelihara hubungan silaturrohmi baik kepada para kerabat, tetangga atau kenalan dari kedua orang tua yang telah meninggal. Hubungan itu harus dipertahankan agar tetap baik, serasi dan harmonis dan perbuatan yang akan merusak atau memutuskan tali silaturrohim itu harus dihindari. Hubungan yang baik dan harmonis itu harus lebih di utamakan terhadap ibu bapak yang telah bersusah payah memlihara dan mendidik permata hatinya. Terhadap orang lain kita harus menjaga agar hubungan itu tetap erat, apalagi terhadap orang tua yang semakin tua renta.

Someone good or bad will come from several factors which they found from their education. Education is an appropriate means to achieve it. Especially as Muslims the Islamic education would become a path that must be taken by all the people. Religious education is a form of educational value, because it is the maximum and the absence of religious education depends on factors that can motivate to understand the value of religion. Moreover the atmosphere of religious education made at home then the development of religious life will be able to grow optimally. A person's psychological development is a form of fairness and do occur in a person. Therefore, education is a necessity in directing the process of psychological development. Moreover, in the educational institutions of Islam, will certainly affect the formation of religious life. The religious soul needs to be instilled in children from an early age.

Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in the country that contribute greatly to the intellectual life of the ummah and the nation. From the 'womb' of pesantrenlah, community leaders, ulama, intellectuals, and national leaders were born. However, in this era of globalization, pesantren were indeed impressed as 'slum' institutions and not 'popular' choices compared to the many 'modern' schools that emerged. If we observe carefully in the process of life, humans always think of various things even if they are the slightest. From the process of thinking, humans try to bring up something new. Something that appears in the mind can be in the form of concepts, ideas, ideas or creativity. Therefore, in the human mind, there is a process of receiving a message or memory, then a processing that will be able to produce various brilliant concepts and ideas. In prosses teaching and learning often occurs the process of receiving messages or memory is hampered because the learning strategy used is not right. One of them on the subject of Islamic Education which is identical to the lecture method. This causes students to be passive and even inhibit creativity and student motivation. One alternative that can be done is to use the Mind Mapping learning method. Alternative learning strategies that can be applied to achieve the competencies that have been set. Based on this research, it was concluded that the implementation of Mind Mapping in the learning of Islamic Education at SDN Banyubiru Widodaren Ngawi was quite good. This strategy is very helpful for students to be active and can increase motivation, creativity and interest in student learning. The fifth generation management emerged and developed in tune with the emergence of high-tech technology, information superhighway, and digitec economy so that the concept of the importance of building competitiveness through knowledge emerged. Within this framework, the teachings of fifth generation management should be applied in the lives of both profit and non-profit organizations including education. Decision making as one of the elements of the organizational sub-system, needs to adjust to the concept in question. Therefore, decision making must also be related to how decision making within the organization - including education - must also be scientifically accountable as the rules of the fifth generation management teachings.

This paper presents a descriptive survey of the use of pocket electronic dictionaries (PEDs) by first-year university students at the Islamic Education Department of STIT Muhammadiyah Tempurejo Ngawi. The purpose was to explore general findings about the use of pocket electronic dictionaries and their impact on vocabulary-learning strategies of EFL students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the results of their responses were tabulated. The participants were 75 students (50 females, 77.5% and 25 males, 22.5%) ranging in age from 18 to 30. The research population consisted of 25 students from four programs: PAI, PGMI, PIAUD and MPI. The findings revealed that students were not consistent in the use of any particular vocabulary strategy; furthermore, the students learned only a small number of words per week one to three words at the most according to their responses. PEDs were the most-used dictionaries, especially those installed on the students’ cellular phones, but printed dictionaries were still being used and some students preferred to use them in spite of having the electronic option. The results suggest that there is a need to promote proper and effective use of dictionaries, especially PEDs, to improve vocabulary learning. The experimental findings can help teachers and learners to enhance language learning by means of more precise and effective guidance and recommendations concerning the use of PEDs. In an effort to improve the quality and quality of education in Indonesia there needs to be some renewal in the world of education both in terms of learning methods, media, and material.
