Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. J-ABDIMAS diharapakan mampu menjadi media publikasi seluruh civitas akademika terkait dengan hasil inovasi dan solusi dalam berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Cakupan J-ABDIMAS berisi publikasi hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bersifat strategis, tepat guna, implementatif dari ilmu pengetahuan terutama bagi penerapan bisnis. Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM diharapkan mampu mendongkrak perekonomian seiring berkembangnya era persaingan bebas, seperti WTO, AFTA, APEC, dan AEC, dan agar selalu siap menghadapi krisis ekonomi global. Berkaitan dengan era persaingan tersebut, maka UMKM dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan daya saingnya agar dapat terus berjalan dan berkembang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan TIK sebagai penunjang kegiatan usahanya. Digital marketing adalah sebuah produk teknologi informasi dimana berupa kegiatan mempromosikan produk dan atau jasa melalui media internet. Program pendampingan ini mampu menghasilkan akun media sosial facebook dengan nama akun Kopi Mdjaya, instagram dengan nama akun https://www.instagram.com/kopi_mdjaya/ , dan website berupa blogspot dengan nama https://kopimdjaya.blogspot.com/. Abstract

Implementation of Community Service activities with the title "Development of Whatsapp Broadcaster Applications and Training at the ABC Calistung Sidoarjo Course Institute" was carried out on March 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021. Meanwhile, the implementation of applications, training and mentoring was carried out online on July 27, 2021 The results that have been achieved in the implementation of this PkM are Services in the form of training and assistance in using the Whatsapp Broadcaster application, the product is in the form of the Whatsapp Broadcaster application that has been installed on partner servers, intellectual Property Rights in the form of Copyrights that are still in the form of a submission draft.

Abstract

Sistem informasi (SI)cadalah salah satu faktor yang penting bagi sebuah instansi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan. SI memungkinkan instansi untuk lebih produktif dalam memperoleh, memproses, dan menggunakan informasi secara akurat. Salah satu jenis sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses operasional sebuah instansi di bidang pendidikan adalah Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran untuk program-program yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga pendidikan. Yayasan Ihyaul Quran merupakan salah satu jenis yayasan pendidikan di Kota Malang yang memiliki beberapa program, diantaranya Program Pendidikan Sekolah Balita, Tahfidz Quran, Kursus Quran, Kuttab Ibadurrahman, dan Ayo Menghafal dan Memahami Al-Quran (AMMA). Saat ini dalam proses pendaftarannya, khususnya program AMMA masih dilakukan secara manual. Kegiatan PKM ini mengusulkan sebuah pengembangan aplikasi dan pelatihan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Program Ayo Menghafal dan Memahami Al-Quran (AMMA) di Yayasan Ihyaul Quran Indonesia. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan calon peserta dalam melakukan pendaftaran, dan juga memudahkan admin program dalam melakukan pengelolaan data calon peserta.

Abstract

 School administration is one of the important things in the administration of education. With so many administrative activities, effective and efficient management is needed. The application of electronic archives has the main advantage which lies in the ease of management and management of records. Given the importance of managing electronic records, this guidance and training will be provided to teachers of Kindergarten ABA 38 Malang, because the school is a new school and is currently carrying out accreditation. In this activity the PPM team conducted counseling, discussions, mentoring and evaluation. After carrying out the education, further discussions were held regarding the case studies that would be raised in the mentoring and selected filings for school accreditation. So that assistance is focused on structuring evidence of school accreditation which consists of 8 standards, namely developmental achievements, content standards, process standards, educators and teaching staff, infrastructure, management standards, cost standards, assessment standards. After the training and mentoring the partners were very satisfied because it was very helpful to manage their school archives. In addition, partners feel more prepared for accreditation because the evidence prepared is tidier and easier to find.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital era makes people cannot be separated from gadgets and social media. It needs to be considered by hospitals as health service providers to participate in utilizing digital marketing in promoting their health facilities. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of the public relation and marketing staff at Mitra Delima Hospital, Malang and carried out an intervention in the form of digital marketing training. This study used a pre-experimental one group research method with pre and post intervention designs without control. The samples in this study were 25 staff of public relation and marketing. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicated that the staff’s knowledge about digital marketing after participating in the training increased. It is proved by the comparison of pre and post-test scores that were given.

Abstract

The purpose of financial recording and reporting activities using Zahir software for MSMEs is to provide a solution for MSMEs, namely Green Laundry in Penjaringan Sari, Surabaya City so that they can process financial data properly using Zahir software. This can improve the performance and productivity of MSMEs, especially in terms of management and accountable financial management. This activity is a form of our dedication to the community to apply the knowledge we have acquired in the Accounting study program, UPN Veterans Jawa Timur. This is related to the problem that there are still many MSMEs that do not realize the importance of well-organized financial records and bookkeeping. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can help MSME entrepreneurs to realize that well-organized financial records and bookkeeping are important. This activity was carried out through three stages, starting with the identification of several MSMEs, then collecting data, and finally recording and reporting finances. The results of this activity are financial reports, namely income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Abstract

The community service program in the form of socialization is carried out in collaboration with the Owner of UMKM Mie Ayam Mama Elz, Katemas, Kudu, Jombang. This activity is motivated by the rapid development of payment instruments which has made the buying and selling process undergo many changes, one of which is payment using QRIS. This activity was carried out with the aim of providing socialization to UMKM Mie Ayam Mama Elz regarding the use of QRIS as an electronic payment instrument that can help and speed up the payment process. The method used is to hold socialization via Google Meet to UMKM Mie Ayam Mama Elz. The results of this activity add to the understanding of UMKM Mie Ayam Mama Elz owners regarding QRIS.

Abstract

Wringinsongo Village, Tumpang is an area that has enormous natural resource potential. The main livelihoods of the residents of Wringinsongo Village are farmers, working on plantations and also raising livestock. These three livelihoods produce various wastes that can be used as materials for making liquid fertilizer. Liquid fertilizer is a solution from the decay of organic materials derived from plant residues, animal waste, which contains more than one nutrient element. The best raw materials for liquid fertilizer are wet organic matter or organic materials that have a high water content, such as fruit and vegetable residues. This PPM program aims to help the assisted villagers in solving their problems by providing training on the manufacture of liquid fertilizer to utilize and reduce household waste in the assisted villages. The methods used in PPM activities are counseling, training and monitoring. The results of the PPM activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in making liquid fertilizer. Furthermore, several PPM achievements that have been achieved include: Articles published in national journals with ISSN, and publication of activities on social media.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to participate in empowering mothers who are members of PKK activities in the neighborhood of RT 12 RW 09 Sawojajar. The objectives of this training are enhancing knowledge of Malangan batik, enhancing entrepreneurship intentions through ideas for PKK women to try business opportunities in the Malangan batik, Enhancing knowledge to increase family income, and Enhancing knowledge of family financial management. The method used is a practical and educative training method through lectures, simulations, questions or answers, and the practice of making Malangan batik, fostering entrepreneurship intentions, ways to increase family income, and managing family finances. The result of this training is to gain new insights into the process of making batik Malangan. The training participants are also interested in starting a Malangan batik business as a form of interest in entrepreneurship and an effort to increase family income, and the training participants can prepare household budgets properly and correctly, to realize household financial health.

Abstract

Community service through various forms of activities (PPM) is a manifestation of the commitment of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the State Polytechnic of Malang in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The purpose of this PPM is to help meet the training needs of the Raudhatul Madinah Islamic Boarding School in order to improve the skills of students. One of the trainings that can be done is training on making bokasi fertilizer by utilizing surrounding waste. Aspects of the problems resolved in this PPM Program are improving the ability, competence, and understanding of the target audience as well as the utilization of waste into higher value products. This PPM activity consists of several activities, including: 1) Assistance in making bokashi fertilizer, 2) Delivery of materials for making bokashi fertilizer. The results of the PPM showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in making bokashi fertilizer. Furthermore, several PPM achievements that have been achieved include: Articles published in national journals with ISSN, and publication of activities on social media.
