Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. J-ABDIMAS diharapakan mampu menjadi media publikasi seluruh civitas akademika terkait dengan hasil inovasi dan solusi dalam berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Cakupan J-ABDIMAS berisi publikasi hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bersifat strategis, tepat guna, implementatif dari ilmu pengetahuan terutama bagi penerapan bisnis. Secara umum fokus terhadap pelayanan publik, ketahanan pangan, ekonomi masyarakat, teknologi tepat guna, desain teknologi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, pelayanan pendidikan, teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengembangan masyarakat berbasis aset, riset berbasis masyarakat, layanan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat, dan pengembangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Banyak UMKM yang lemah terhadap literal digital, apalagi saat ini adalah eranya digital, hampir setiap orang membeli atau mencari informasi melalui internet. Saat ini setiap orang selalu memegang handphone, handphone bukan hanya sekedar bisa menjadi alat komunikasi telepon saja, namun juga sebagai alat berbagi informasi melalui chat dan social media. Begitu juga dengan promosi atau menawarkan produk dengan menunjukkan gambar(katalog). Oleh karena itu, katalog dalam bentuk digital/elektronik sangatlah penting untuk menunjukkan barang/produk yang dihasilkan UMKM. Dengan adanya e-katalog maka UMKM bisa lebih mudah membagikan dan menunjukkan katalognya baik itu secara online ataupun offline. Tujuan dari PPM ini adalah memberi wawasan melalui pelatihan dan pembuatan e-katalog pada UMKM anggota asosiasi Rumah Pengusaha Malang Raya (RPMR). Luaran yang diharapkan dengan adanya PPM ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan akan literasi digital dan kegunaan e-katalog oleh UMKM sehingga mampu secara mandiri mengelola promosi secara online.

Abstract

This social service is held in a workshop with the aim of increasing education and strengthening the financial management capacity of business entities at Brawijaya University with the status of a Legal Entity State University. The social service is carried out with the target of financial staff and business unit stakeholders under the Business Management Agency with a workshop location at UB's Guest House. The research method uses case study research by collecting data from observations through focus group discussions, interviews and documentation. using quantitative analysis based on data interpretation by delivering information in the form of texts and narratives. The results obtained, there are several things that need to be considered in financial management on PTN-BH status, such as changes in regulations, technical reporting and imposition as local taxpayers in several business units.

Abstract

This assistance aims to assist Menur Mental Hospital in calculating the unit cost in determining the rate of charge to patients in accordance with the actual service costs. The method used in this service is a case study with data collection methods in the form of observation through focus group discussions, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is quantitative based on data interpretation by delivering information in the form of texts and narratives. The analysis used or grand theory. Results of Community Service. From the results of the analysis, it is found that several things that need to be considered regarding unit cost calculations in RJS Menur are the establishment of standardization to determine direct and indirect costs that will be calculated in unit cost calculations. This is because there is still no standardization of quality, cost and so on which appears as one of the problems in the unit cost analysis process.

Abstract

City tourism is one of the attractions that can be visited by local and foreign tourists. City tourismhas various types of attractions, one of which is a tourist village. Tourism villages can improve thelocal community's economy and have the competitiveness to become the leading tourism in a city.Kajoetangan Heritage Village, which is located in Malang City, has tourism potential because it hasthe characteristics of a row of houses with Dutch colonial architecture that are still original andwell preserved. In addition, in this tourist village there are also entrepreneurs who are dominatedby women. This business has the potential to boost the economy by selling superior products andservices to tourists. This training aims to improve the English language skills of womenentrepreneurs in offering and selling their products to foreign tourists. As a result, participants areable to demonstrate skills in conducting conversations in English to sell and offer products andservices.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan lini bisnis yang paling banyak menyumbang kemandirian ekonomi nasional. Oleh sebab itu ketahanan bisnis UMKM harus diperhatikandengan cara melakukan adaptasi pada setiap kondisi yang ada Memasuki revolusi industry 4.0 yang serba digital semua sektor bisnis mulai melakukan perubahan bisnis yang dulunya dilakukan secara konvensional menjadi digital. Sektor UMKM juga dituntut melakukan transformasi bisnis menjadi go digital salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media sosialsebagai sarana promosi, dalam sebuah survey yang dilakukan pada UMKM menyatakanbahwa UMKM yang akan bertahan dalam waktu yang lama adalah UMKM yang mampuberadaptasi dengan teknologi digital. Sosial media saat ini merupakan platform digital yang memfasilitasi penggunanya untuk saling bersosial, baik itu berkomunikasi atau membagikan konten berupa tulisan, foto dan video kepada jutaan orang. Media sosial merupakan media yang potensial untuk melakukan branding dan promosi produk. Oleh sebab itu perlu literasi digital bagi UMKM mengenai seberapa penting digital marketinguntuk meningkatkan branding dari suatu produk. PKM ini fokus terhadap pembuatan konten video marketing karena konten video marketing merupakan konten yang paling banyak menarik engagement dari costumer. PKM ini dilakukan di UMKM yang tergabung pada Rumah Pengusaha Malang Raya atau disingkat dengan RPMR. RPMR merupakan paguyuban pengusaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terbesar se-Kota Malang raya dimana tingkat pengetahuan literasi digital UMKM masih sangat rendah. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan literasi terkait digital marketing dan perlu dibuatakan video marketing untuk meningkatkan skala bisnis dari UMKM.

Abstract

Village administration's core lies in directly addressing community needs. However, Karangduren village in Kab. Malang faces challenges due to its reliance on traditional paper-based governance. This leads to recurring difficulties in managing documents. To tackle these issues, the proposed Community Service (PPM) initiative, "Enhancing Village Governance Services in Karangduren Kec. Pakisaji, Kab. Malang through Digitalization and Document Repositories," aims to modernize processes.The initiative seeks to transition to digital methods for streamlined data management. The objective is to establish a comprehensive digital document repository system, simplifying the storage, access, and retrieval of crucial records. By adopting digitization, Karangduren Village aligns with the trend of incorporating information systems into governance practices.The project entails collaboration between the PPM team and students, who will conduct surveys, analyze system requirements, and implement the digital document repository framework within the village government. This effort corresponds with the 2021-2025 PPM Strategic Plan and Focus of the Malang State Polytechnic, emphasizing the revitalization of social and tourism infrastructure through technology, policy models, and research-based social engineering.Embedded in the village development program, this PPM activity contributes to capacity building and knowledge dissemination, reinforcing the partner village through innovative technological solutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM is to find the problems faced by the Sudimoro Diesel workshop business on Jalan Sudimoro Dalam No.35 RT.6 RW.7 Sudimoro, Kel. Mojolangu, Kec.Lowokwaru Malang City and at the same time provide the right solutions in order to achieve increased knowledge and skills in the field operational, especially in the field of marketing management, especially Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. The methods used are: observation, to observe activities carried out both in the field of marketing, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions that will be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternative to market goods more effectively. With the completion of this service program, entrepreneurs are expected to pay attention to how to make customers satisfied, then customers voluntarily recommend to others, and customers will return to the garage, if in the future they have problems with their cars, Partners are expected to pay attention to aspects of service quality, such as: appearance when serving customers, especially the clothes still haphazard, then given a uniform, there is no place to sit/wait then made a place.

Abstract

This program aims to provide agricultural product processing technology in Duwet, Petungsewu – Malang. The activities carried out are processing corn kernels into tortilla chips and to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship, so that the partner village communities are able to manage their businesses, and improve the empowerment of business groups well. The method of this program are carried out in several stages, namely the initiation of the object of program, coordination with the community as the object of program, implementation of program, and evaluation of activities. Based on the results of the activity, there was a change in behavior to be more creative and innovative in processing corn kernels into Dupitos products (the name of the corn chips product) so as to increase the selling value of products to SME partners.

Abstract

This activity provide a knowledge sharing related to simple entrepreneurship education and training to the PKK team so that they can become an agents of change for housewives in Urek - Urek, Asrikaton Village - Malang. As is well knhe development of the home industry in Indonesia is absolutely needed during this pandemic. Housewives have a savior potential for their family economic. Therefore, the one way to empowerment the housewives is through various PKK activities, which is have an objective to improve a welfare of its members with various trainings. The initial step for empowering housewives as contributors to strengthening the community's economy is to provide information, knowledge and skills, which must be carried out in multi aspects, they are community, social, cultural aspects, government policies and marketing potential for them. Entrepreneurial ideas, planning strategies, and marketing continues to evolve into the needs of today's society. The PKM activity program is planned to be carried out in April 2022. This time selection has been coordinated with the PKK Team as a host for this by inviting all parties related to the PKM program. The presence of lecturers and students who are also entrepreneurial practitioners is expected to provide enlightenment and new knowledge that is quite meaningful for all participants.

Abstract

This service activity was carried out in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency, with the Duwet Village Head Partner. The Community Service Team found the condition of the Duwet Village BUMDes named Dewantara which was unable to maximize the potential of Duwet Village, the lack of understanding of BUMDes managers and the community about BUMDes management, and a lack of understanding about the importance of the legality of the business owned by Dewantara BUMDes, namely the woven bamboo craft business. Community service activities are carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage (socialization, mentoring, and training), and the activity evaluation stage. The solutions we offer are 3 (three) aspects, namely social aspects, legal and economic aspects (capital), and aspects of service quality or social life. The method used in this community service activity is lecture and question and answer, namely the delivery of material about the meaning of business legality, procedures for obtaining business legality, trademark registration, MSMEs. . In addition to the lectures, discussions and questions and answers were also held to provide opportunities for participants consisting of BUMDesa administrators from Duwet Village, Wringinsongo Village and Tulusbesar Village. The result of this activity for participants is insight into business legality and various forms of business legality.
