The Journal of Computation Science and Artificial Intelligence (JCSAI) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing original scientific articles on research and development in all fields of Computer Applications. Computational Science is a rapidly growing multi- and interdisciplinary field. It develops mathematical and computational models and uses advanced computing techniques to simulate these models, driven by data. Its overarching goal is to understand and solve complex problems. It has reached a level of predictive and interventional capability that now firmly complements the traditional pillars of experimentation and theory. The recent advances in experimental techniques have opened up new windows into physical and biological processes at many levels of detail. The resulting data explosion allows for detailed data-driven modeling and simulation which is no longer feasible using traditional analytical approaches alone. This new discipline in science combines computational thinking, modern computational methods, devices and collateral technologies to address problems far beyond the scope of traditional numerical methods. Journal of Computation Science and Artificial Intelligence (JCSAI) is a fully open access, international journal that aims to provide academia and industry with a venue for rapid publication of research manuscripts reporting innovative computational methods and applications to achieve a major breakthrough, practical improvements, and bold new research directions within a wide range of Computer applications. The objective of this journal is to communicate recent and projected advances in computer-based engineering techniques, with an emphasis on research and development leading to practical problem-solving. It will reflect the significant advances that are currently being made in computer science. The multidisciplinary character of this field will be typified by providing the readers with a broad range of articles. The Journal also provide an active forum for the dissemination of results in both research and advanced practice in computational engineering, to promote rapid communication and exchange between computer scientists, computational engineers and software developers. The journal especially encourages papers from new emerging and multidisciplinary areas, as well as papers reflecting the international trends of research and development aimed at a general computer science audience seeking a full and expert overview of the latest developments across computer science research. The journal is to keep related researchers updated on the developments in a wide range of topics reporting experiments, techniques and ideas that advance the understanding of various areas of computer science. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi geografis (SIG) telah mendorong kemudahan dalam menentukan jalur perjalanan yang efisien, terutama bagi organisasi yang memiliki kebutuhan mobilitas tinggi. Sanggar Kentjana Cirebon, sebagai komunitas pecinta fotografi, menghadapi kendala dalam menentukan rute kunjungan studio foto secara optimal karena proses yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dengan implementasi algoritma Bellman-Ford guna menentukan rute terpendek ke lokasi studio foto di wilayah Kota Cirebon. Algoritma Bellman-Ford dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani graf berbobot negatif dan cocok untuk perhitungan lintasan terpendek dari satu titik sumber ke seluruh titik lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan prototyping. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Aplikasi yang dibangun memanfaatkan teknologi PHP, MySQL, dan Mapbox sebagai visualisasi peta interaktif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi rute terpendek dengan efisien, serta membantu optimalisasi waktu kunjungan ke studio-studio foto yang menjadi mitra Sanggar Kentjana. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional komunitas fotografi dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem sejenis di bidang lain. Abstract The development of information technology and geographic information systems (GIS) has made it easier to determine efficient travel routes, especially for organizations with high mobility needs. Sanggar Kentjana Cirebon, as a photography enthusiast community, faces challenges in determining optimal routes for visiting photo studios due to the manual process. This study aims to develop a web-based application with the implementation of the Bellman-Ford algorithm to determine the shortest route to photo studio locations in the Cirebon City area. The Bellman-Ford algorithm was chosen because of its ability to handle negative weight graphs and is suitable for calculating the shortest path from one source point to all other points. The method used in this study is descriptive with a prototyping approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The application was built using PHP, MySQL, and Mapbox technology as an interactive map visualization. Test results show that the developed geographic information system is able to provide efficient shortest route recommendations and helps optimize visit times to partner photo studios of Sanggar Kentjana. This research provides a practical contribution in supporting the operational efficiency of the photography community and can be a reference for the development of similar systems in other fields.

Abstract

Abstrak Peramalan merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis, terutama dalam sektor perdagangan material bangunan yang memiliki dinamika permintaan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem peramalan penjualan menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA) pada Toko Material Fans Jaya di Majalengka. Metode WMA dipilih karena kemampuannya memberikan bobot lebih besar pada data terbaru sehingga meningkatkan akurasi prediksi jangka pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, implementasi aplikasi web, serta pengujian metode dan program dengan pendekatan Black-box Testing. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memprediksi penjualan dengan tingkat kesalahan (error) yang relatif kecil dan memberikan manfaat nyata dalam perencanaan stok dan pengendalian biaya. Sistem ini juga membantu mengurangi risiko kelebihan persediaan dan mendukung efisiensi operasional toko. Abstract Forecasting is a crucial component in supporting business decision-making, particularly in the construction materials trade sector, which experiences dynamic demand. This study aims to develop a sales forecasting system using the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method at Toko Material Fans Jaya, Majalengka. The WMA method was selected due to its ability to assign greater weight to recent data, thus improving short-term prediction accuracy. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, involving needs analysis, system design using the CodeIgniter framework, web-based application implementation, and testing through Black-box Testing methods. The results demonstrate that the developed system effectively predicts sales with relatively low error rates and provides practical benefits for inventory planning and cost control. The system also helps reduce the risk of overstocking and enhances the operational efficiency of the store

Abstract

Considering the widespread ownership of gadgets or smartphones among residents of housing complexes, information is expected to be quickly and up-to-date and accessible. One of the problems is the manual recording of payments of residents' contributions in the Puri Hijau housing complex, which has limited the delivery of information to residents regarding their payment status, expenditure information, and balance information. By utilizing technological advances, especially information technology, an information system was created that aims to minimize existing problems, namely by creating a web-based information system model using FAST method.The final result is a web-based information system model used by residents' administrators in the Puri Hijau housing complex. This system is able to provide information on the status of dues payments quickly, information on residents' financial balances, and also financial management. The results of user trials indicate that this information system helps in delivering information quickly. Abstrak Melihat sudah umumnya kepemilikan Gadget atau Smartphone di warga Perumahan, maka informasi diharapkan dapat dengan cepat dan up to date untuk bisa diakses. Salah satu hal yang menjadi permasalahan adalah masih manualnya pencatatan pembayaran iuran warga di perumahan puri hijau sehingga mempunyai keterbatasan dalam penyampaian informasi ke warga baik tentang status pembayaran warga, informasi pengeluaran uang dan informasi saldo. Dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi, dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi yang bertujuan agar permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dapat diminimalisir yaitu dengan pembuatan model sistem informasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode FAST. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah sebuah model sistem informasi berbasis web yang digunakan oleh pengurus warga di perumahan puri hijau. Sistem ini mampu memberikan informasi status pembayaran iuran secara cepat, informasi saldo keuangan warga dan juga pengelolaan keuangannya. Dari hasil uji coba terhadap user menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini membantu dalam penyampaian informasi secara cepat.

Abstract

Gangguan layanan IndiHome sering terjadi dan memerlukan penanganan cepat. Namun, keterbatasan akses langsung ke teknisi menyebabkan pelanggan mengalami keterlambatan dalam mendapatkan solusi. Sistem pakar berbasis Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) dapat menjadi solusi untuk membantu pelanggan mengidentifikasi jenis gangguan secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pakar diagnosis gangguan IndiHome menggunakan metode CBR yang mampu merekomendasikan solusi berdasarkan kemiripan kasus sebelumnya.  Sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan CBR dengan empat tahapan utama: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, dan Retain. Penghitungan kemiripan (similarity) dilakukan menggunakan metrik Jaccard Coefficient, dengan bobot atribut berdasarkan kepentingan gejala. Sistem diimplementasikan berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Validasi dilakukan melalui pengujian terhadap 50 kasus gangguan nyata dari Witel Cirebon.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengidentifikasi jenis gangguan dengan akurasi rata-rata 86%. Kasus dengan nilai similarity tertinggi digunakan sebagai dasar rekomendasi solusi, seperti pemeriksaan kabel fiber, restart modem, atau kontak ke 147. Sistem pakar berbasis CBR terbukti efektif sebagai alat bantu diagnosis awal gangguan IndiHome, memberikan solusi cepat dan akurat bagi pelanggan, serta mengurangi beban layanan pelanggan. Abstract IndiHome service disruptions frequently occur and require prompt handling. However, limited direct access to technicians causes customers to experience delays in obtaining solutions. A Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) expert system can be a solution to help customers independently identify the type of disruption. This study aims to build an expert system for diagnosing IndiHome disruptions using the CBR method that is able to recommend solutions based on the similarity of previous cases. The system is designed using the CBR approach with four main stages: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Retain. Similarity calculations are performed using the Jaccard Coefficient metric, with attribute weights based on the importance of symptoms. The system is implemented web-based using PHP and MySQL. Validation was carried out through testing on 50 real disruption cases from Witel Cirebon. The test results showed the system was able to identify the type of disruption with an average accuracy of 86%. Cases with the highest similarity value were used as the basis for solution recommendations, such as checking the fiber cable, restarting the modem, or contacting 147. The CBR-based expert system has proven effective as an early diagnosis tool for IndiHome disruptions, providing fast and accurate solutions for customers, and reducing the burden on customer service..

Abstract

Pemilihan lokasi gudang di PT. Sinar Alam Cakrabuana secara tradisional dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan inefisiensi dan kesalahan perhitungan akibat banyaknya data yang diproses. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) untuk menentukan lokasi gudang yang optimal di antara beberapa alternatif. VIKOR merupakan teknik pengambilan keputusan multikriteria (MCDM) yang menyeimbangkan kriteria yang saling bertentangan dan tidak sepadan dengan menggabungkan faktor objektif dan subjektif. Kriteria yang dipertimbangkan meliputi jarak tempuh, waktu tempuh, kondisi jalan, dan keamanan, yang masing-masing diberi bobot tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode VIKOR efektif dalam memeringkat alternatif dan mengidentifikasi lokasi terbaik. Sistem ini mengurangi kesalahan manusia, meningkatkan akurasi keputusan, dan mempercepat proses pemilihan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan VIKOR dalam perencanaan lokasi gudang dalam konteks industri nyata. Abstract The selection of warehouse locations at PT. Sinar Alam Cakrabuana has traditionally been conducted manually, leading to inefficiencies and calculation errors due to the volume of data processed. This study proposes a decision support system using the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method to determine the optimal warehouse location among several alternatives. VIKOR is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) technique that balances conflicting and non-commensurable criteria by combining objective and subjective factors. The criteria considered include travel distance, travel time, road conditions, and security, each assigned specific weights. The results show that the VIKOR method effectively ranks alternatives and identifies the best location. The system reduces human error, improves decision accuracy, and accelerates the selection process. This research demonstrates the applicability of VIKOR in warehouse location planning within a real industrial context.
