The independent variable used in this study is working capital and operational costs while the dependent variable used in this study is net income. The population in this study are automotive sector and component companies listed on the IDX. The number of samples is 30 financial report data. The method of determining the sample used is purpose sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is the multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test and determination coefficient (R2). The results showed that the partial test results (t test) of the study stated the significance of working capital (0,006), and operational costs (0,000). And simultaneous results (f test) of the study state significance (0.001), which means simultaneously working capital and operational costs for net income. For R2 test 0.407, it means that 40.7% of net profit is influenced by working capital, and operational costs. While the rest is influenced by other variables outside of the variables used in this study

Abstract

Background: The high transmission of COVID-19 in Indonesia requires serious handling. The public is also required to be involved in preventing the transmission of Covid-19, through discipline in carrying out health protocols. From the beginning of 2020 until the middle of 2021, the COVID-19 outbreak has claimed many lives and severely hampered human activities in many sectors. The economic and education sectors have felt the negative impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, so it is necessary to conduct research related to strategic prevention efforts. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can improve the discipline of health protocols, through efforts to increase the self-awareness of the younger generation, especially among students. Methods: Samples were taken from the student population of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST) as many as 148 samples. Meanwhile, to get the data we used a questionnaire distributed online. Furthermore, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the proposed hypothesis. Results: Social Capital and Perception of Information Disclosure positively affect Self-Awareness. Self-Awareness has a positive effect on the Health Protocol Discipline. Meanwhile, Social Capital and Perception of Information Disclosure do not directly affect the Health Protocol Discipline. Level of Readiness: In particular, research results become strategic inputs related to government policies to create protocol discipline, especially among students. Meanwhile, in general, our research tries to provide a research model in the form of the Empirical Research Model (ERM), which is a strategic mindset in finding the right policy footing, in critical situations

Small and medium companies (SMEs) are one of the most important economic elements supporting modern economies, and the Azerbaijani government has implemented measures to promote the SME sector in recent years, with the goal of reducing reliance on oil. The Republic of Azerbaijan's Small and Medium Business Development Agency, founded in 2017, is an excellent example of this strategy. The goal of this paper is to conduct a descriptive analysis of the influence of SME-friendly economic reforms on SMEs' economic performance. The article analyses the impact of SME reforms on SMEs, particularly after 2016, using data from the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan to study changes and trends in macroeconomic indicators of SMEs from 2006 to 2019. The results show that the reforms are having a beneficial impact, with rising trends in terms of value addition and job creation by SMEs. Despite these encouraging achievements, Azerbaijan's percentage of SMEs in GDP and employment remains low when compared to developed countries
