Abstract

This research aims to enhance the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMP Negeri Satap 2 Golewa through academic supervision by the school principal. Learning in the school remains a challenge, particularly concerning the pedagogical competence of teachers. The research method employed is action research, conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, along with reflection, carried out in at least two cycles. Data were gathered through classroom observations, feedback, and documentation. The results indicate that academic supervision effectively improves the pedagogical competence of teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to increase independence and discipline Group B1 children at TK Dharma Wanita Geger through routine activities. Activity routinely carried out by practicing habituation, giving motivation, and giving rewards and punishments consistently. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively with classroom teachers conducted in two cycles. Each Cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Subject in In this study, all children in Group B at TK Dharma Wanita Geger which amounted to 14 children consisting of 10 boys and 4 girls. The object of this research is independence and discipline in students through routine activities. The method of data collection was carried out by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in independence and discipline children from pre-action, Cycle I and Cycle II. The independence of all children before the action is in the moderate criteria, in Cycle I there are 69.23% of children in high criteria, and Cycle II increased to 84.62% of children who achieved very high criteria. While the discipline of children before the action 92.31% of children on moderate criteria, in Cycle I there were 38.46% of children on high criteria, and Cycle II increased to 92.31% of children in very high criteria. With Thus it can be concluded that through routine activities can increase children's independence and discipline

Abstract

This research is entitled Student Facilitator and Explaining Method to Improve Student Learning Outcomes of Buddhist Education Class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sungailiat Academic Year 2021/2022. This research is an attempt to improve students' ability to speak, communicate and appear in front of their friends more confidently. In the Student Facilitator and Explaining method, students are required to be more active and can create a pleasant learning atmosphere. This research departs from the background of the need for renewal in improving student learning outcomes, because during the last two years during the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers carried out rigid online learning processes, such as the use of Powerpoint and lectures in the virtual learning process. This situation has the potential to cause boredom, boredom and reduce student interest and motivation to learn. The problem in this research is whether the Student Facilitator and Explaining method can improve the learning outcomes of eighth grade Buddhist Education students at SMP Negeri 3 Sungailiat. The method used in this study is the Student Facilitator and Explaining method which aims to improve students' ability to speak, communicate and perform in front of their friends. This research was carried out using a cycle. In the first cycle, some students were not familiar with the conditions of learning the online Student Facilitator and Explaining learning method, so actions were taken by providing explanations and videos of peer exposure to other students. The results of the test in the first cycle, the success of the eighth grade Buddhist religious education students at SMP Negeri 3 Sungailiat changed for the better, so it can be concluded that in this study the Student Facilitator and Explaining method was able to improve student learning outcomes so that they achieved mastery learning.

Abstract

Students' enthusiasm for face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has decreased, especially the active learning of Indonesian history material for class XII IS 1 SMAN 1 Moyo Utara. This makes the teacher's thinking, because the teacher's job is to condition students to learn actively. So that his potential (affective, cognitive and psychomotor) can develop to the fullest. For this reason, a teacher must master learning strategies and be able to choose media and learning methods in achieving learning objectives. The collaboration of peer tutors with the jigsaw method can increase students' active learning. In this study, the Kemmis and Taggart models were chosen, which consisted of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The implementation is in two cycles with a sample of class XII IS 1 of SMAN 1 Moyo Utara for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 27 students. Based on the results of observations during the teaching and learning process and direct interviews as well as filling out questionnaires with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, the average results in the first cycle are 63.3% and the second cycle is 79.80%. 63.30%. Thus there is an increase of 16.5% from cycle I to cycle II, classified as active. Thus, it can be concluded that the collaboration of peer tutors with the jigsaw method can increase the active learning of students of SMAN 1 Moyo Utara regarding Indonesian History.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to discover and explain the effectiveness of using LKPD (student’s worksheet) live worksheet to improve learning result in Sociology of grade X-IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekat. The research is classroom action research, conducted in two cycles. Each cycles consisted of four stages. The units of analysis of the research were students of grade X-IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Pekat in Dompu with the total of 20 students. The qualitative and quantitative data were takem from, the observation, students’ test result and documentation. The results suggest that using LKPD live worksheet can improve the result of students’ learning in sociology. This is evidenced by an increase in the result of students’ learning from the final test cycle I obtained an average of 47 or 31% then increased in the final test evaluation cycle II with an average value of 81 or 72%. The results of this classroom action research can be concluded that using LKPD live worksheet has succeeded in improving the result of students’ learning in sociology of grade X-IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pekat in Dompu Academic Year 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the increasing activeness of student learning and learning outcomes through cooperative learning models two stay two stray types. This study is a class action study with the research subjects of grade XI students IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Mirit as many as 22 people. This research was conduced 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meeting. At each meeting consists of 4 stage namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used include interviews and observations. Based on the results of the study, students with very high activity experienced an increase of 45?. The number of students who have high activity remains. Meanwhile, students who initially had low activity were 27? to 0?.. The average score of students increased from 52 in the initial condition to in the 64 in the first cycle. Then it increased again to 82 in the second cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that through cooperative learning models two stay two stray tipes can increase the active learning and learning outcomes of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Mirit.

Abstract

The Development of student’s critical thinking ability is crucial because based on the survey released by PISA (2018) found that the quality of Indonesian student’s critical thinking are in rank of 72 of 78 countries. One of the active learning model to develop the critical thinking is through Online Mini-Debate Competition. This study was conducted in two cycles by using action research consists of four phases: Plan, Action, Observation, and Reflection. Based on the observation data, found that the three indicators of success in implementing the Mini-Debate Competition Online learning model and eleven indicators of critical thinking with the criteria of value A (very good) respectively. It can be concluded based on the results of the debate that the online learning process has been successful and the critical thinking skills of 34 students have improved on XI IPS 2 in SMA Labschool Cirendeu with subjects of Craft and Entrepreneurship (PKWU).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve writing description skills in the fifth grade students of SDN Setu 01 Pagi Jakarta The Examples Non Examples Model. This research was a classroom action research, it conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were the fifrth grade students as many as of SDN Setu 01 Pagi Jakarta as many as 32 students and the teachers of SDN Setu 01 Pagi Jakarta. The data of this research were colected from the teacher and the students through observation, interview, documentation, and test. The data is validity used were source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the pretest showed that the writing description skills is only 31,25% with the minimum learning completeness. Following the treatment, the class minimum learning completeness increase become 43,75% in a cycle I, and 90,62% in cycle II. Based on the research results, a conclusion is drawn that Examples Non Examples Model can improve the skill of writing description on the students in grade V of SDN Setu 01 Pagi Jakarta

Abstract

This research discusses what are the types of animals and how the meaning of animal metaphors contained in 10 mandarin songs in 1990-2000. This research uses cognitive semantic studies that study the meanings of the depiction of human nature through the use of animal names in mandarin songs in 1990-2000. To analyze the problems in this thesis, the author uses linguistic theory and cognitive semantics that analyze the concept of language in words and sentences in mandarin songs through human thought. This research aims to describe what are the types of animals and how the meaning of animal metaphors contained in 10 mandarin songs in 1990-2000. The research method used by the author is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results obtained from this study are that there are various types of animals and various meanings contained in 10 mandarin songs in 1990-2000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) with the implementation of Thematic teacher learning at MIS Al-Ikhwah Pontianak in classes V A, V B, and VI A. This research was conducted in December 2023. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in the implementation of the lesson plan (RPP) with learning was carried out with a percentage of 51.25%, including in the good category. While the second problem regarding the components of the Learning Implementation Plan made by the teacher consisting of 13 components is very good, based on the applicable 2013 Curriculum, with a percentage of 80%, and the results of the third problem research regarding the obstacles experienced in the implementation of the Learning Implementation Plan on Thematic learning at MIS Al-Ikhwah Pontianak related to the mismatch of time allocations, different characteristics of students and schools, and certain unexpected conditions.
