This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to strengthen the role of adolescent parents through education on parenting during puberty and family financial literacy in Lembang Tondon Langi’, Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. Through two training sessions led by Ibu Rio Rita Pakan and Ibu Westerini, the program focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of parents in addressing the challenges of parenting adolescent children and managing household finances. The first session, which addressed parenting during puberty, provided parents with insights into the characteristics of adolescent development and effective communication strategies. The second session, which focused on family financial management, offered practical skills in budgeting, debt management, and saving for the future. Abstract

Technological developments and modern lifestyles have indirectly changed the way elementary school children interact with their surroundings. Most of them spend all day playing with gadgets. The lack of physical interaction with the natural environment is not just a matter of preference, but can also affect many important aspects of child development. Therefore, an innovative approach is needed to bridge this gap, namely, through aquascape training. Aquascape is the art of arranging and combining aquatic plants, water, sand, stones, driftwood, and other elements in a playful manner through a combination of underwater aesthetic styles in an aquarium. The purpose of this training is for children to be invited to directly recognize and understand aquatic ecosystems, but also to actively practice their responsibility, creativity, and awareness. Thus, it is hoped that aquascape training can divert a small portion of screen time to more meaningful real experiences, shaping a generation that is more connected to nature and the surrounding environment. The community service program was conducted for 110 fifth-grade students at Kebalenan State Elementary School in Banyuwangi Regency on January 14, 2025. The activity was carried out in person. Session 1 focused on Environmental Education and Ornamental Fish, while Session 2 involved training in creating a simple aquascape. During the training, the students showed high motivation, enthusiasm, and interest in participating in the activity.

The rapid development of the digital era requires human resources to not only master software, but also understand hardware infrastructure. This community service program aims to improve the technical competence and digital literacy of the people of Pati Regency through a PC assembly and optimization workshop. The method used is the Participatory Action Learning Sistem (PALS), in collaboration with "Pati Tech" as an industry partner, and utilizing the campus computer laboratory as a training center. Activities consisted of orientation, planning, and hands-on practice in PC assembly. The results of the community service program showed a significant increase in the technical skills of participants, as reflected in the average pre-test score of 52.5 which increased to 86.4 in the post-test. Participants are now able to assemble and optimize sistem independently. The implication of this activity is the formation of independent digital talents who can manage digital infrastructure, which is expected to support the development of the local creative economy in Pati Regency. Abstract

Empowering pregnant women in their third trimester through Respectful Maternity Care-based childbirth preparation counseling is a relevant promotive and preventive strategy for improving maternal health. This counseling not only provides knowledge about the signs of labor, stages of labor, pain management options, and birth planning, but also equips mothers with an understanding of their rights in midwifery care. Childbirth preparation education often focuses solely on clinical aspects and fails to fully address the psychosocial aspects and the rights of mothers as service recipients. This has the potential to lead to an unpleasant childbirth experience and even contribute to disrespect and abuse during labor. This counseling can equip mothers with an understanding of their rights in midwifery care. With an empathetic, participatory, and woman-centered approach, pregnant women are expected to be able to recognize their needs, convey their preferences, and communicate effectively with health workers. The purpose of this counseling is to improve pregnant women's knowledge before and after being empowered in their third trimester through Respectful Maternity Care-based childbirth preparation counseling.

Abstract

Almost all formal workers dedicate all their time and energy to their companies during their productive years. As a result, it is very difficult for workers to start other businesses besides their formal jobs. Without the skills and strategies for entrepreneurship, many workers find it difficult to survive when they reach retirement age. From a sustainable human resource management perspective, the retirement preparation period (MPP) is a strategic phase for maintaining the social welfare of employees and taking preventive measures to address post-retirement social issues such as decreased productivity, economic dependence, and individual social roles. For employees who will enter retirement age in the next two years, PT. Sindopex Perotama regularly conducts MPP training. This year, the MPP training was themed “food security to achieve food self-sufficiency in retirement.” PT. Sindopex Perotama collaborated with LS Farm, Trawas Eduwisata Center (TEC), and a team from KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University (UNWAHA) Jombang as part of the Tridharma community service program. This activity was achieved by applying the results of evaluations from observations of previous activities so that it was on target through proper planning (identifying needs in collaboration with partners), implementing activities, and providing direct assistance at the activity location. This program is expected to bring about social change, such as greater social welfare for employees approaching retirement age, greater economic independence in terms of food, and greater awareness of the role of retirees in maintaining food availability and social harmony in their neighborhoods. In addition, this program demonstrates sustainable human resource management practices in companies that care about the welfare of their employees until they retire.
