Abstract

This research aims to assess the feasibility of the palm brown sugar business from the marketing aspect in Tanjung Aur 1 Village, Kec. Pino, Kab. South Bengkulu. A qualitative approach was used with observation,binterview and evaluation methods with brown palm sugar business owners. This research evaluates seven aspects of marketing, namely product, price, place, promotion, human resources, process and company image. The research results show that palm brown sugar products have high quality and various types. The prices offered are competitive, although adjustments need to be made to compete with other products on the market. Sales points include homes and local markets, while promotions are carried out through social media and direct word of mouth. Human resources are limited to the owner and his family, but are quite effective for the current business scale. The production process is running well, despite challenges in modern management and long manufacturing times. In conclusion, this palm brown sugar business has the potential to develop further with appropriate marketing strategy adjustments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business feasibility of Pak Yulianto's tofu and tempeh business, and to determine the feasibility from a financial aspect. Meanwhile, the research method used for financial aspects uses the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI) research methods. The results of this research show that the tofu and tempeh business is considered viable because the business location is strategic and easy to reach by consumers, the technology used is modern and the production process is easy. From the results of the financial aspect analysis, it shows that the tofu and tempe business is said to be feasible to run with a projected life of 5 years at a discount rate of 10%. Analysis of eligibility criteria for income payback period (PP), net present value (NPV) of IDR 114,505,137 , the profitability index (PI) value is 1.15% and the internal rate of return (IRR) is 23%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented by the Duta Sale Du Kepahiang store business to increase sales volume. The research method used in this research is qualitative by looking at the type and source of data, data collection methods such as observation of research objects, interviews, analytical methods and literature studies and also using analytical methods. To find out what the strategy is, SWOT analysis is used. From the SWOT results, it was found that the results of the respective EFAS (external factors) obtained a value, the opportunity value was 1.47 and the threat value was 0.64, which means that this business has greater opportunities than threats. The IFAS (internal factor) strength score was 1.66 and the weakness score was 0.86. That means the strengths in this business are greater than the weaknesses it has. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the Duta sale shop in Kepahiang has strengths and opportunities so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive policy growth.

Abstract

The money market is a meeting place between parties with excess funds or called surplus funds and parties with a shortage of funds or called deficit funds, where the funds are short-term, namely the term of the securities traded is usually less than one year. Therefore, the money market is the primary liquidity market. The main players in the money market are financial institutions, such as banks, pension funds and insurance companies. Then large companies, for example companies that have gone public, issue commercial paper. Government institutions, for example Bank Indonesia issues Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI). And individuals, for example households buy Bank Indonesia Certificates. The money market in an Islamic perspective is only allowed in the money market that does not use the interest system and can be replaced with alternative contracts such as mudharabah, musyarakah, al-qard, wadiah, and al-sharf and eliminate the elements of gharar and maysir contained therein. Applications of the Islamic financial system in the money market include Sharia Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBIS), SBIS Repurchase Agreement (Repo), State Sharia Securities (SBSN), SBSN Repurchase Agreement (Repo), and the Islamic Interbank Money Market (PUAS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Dukcapil Service of Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 30 civil servants at the Dukcapil Service of Bengkule City. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The results of the regression analysis show Y = 2.888 + 0.206X1 + 0.882 X2, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (leadership style) and X2 (work discipline) on performance (Y). Means that if the variables of leadership style and work discipline increase, performance will increase. Intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value is 0.021, less than 0.05. Work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Leadership style and work discipline have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya tailor employees. The research method used is a causal associative method with a quantitative approach to 144 respondents who are employees of the tailor section. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that work discipline and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the tailor section of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya. Work discipline has a significant effect partially on the performance of employees in the tailor section of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya. The physical work environment has a significant effect partially on the performance of employees in the tailor section of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research took place in Tasikmalaya City and aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance production department at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. This research involves use of survey methods with a quantitative approach, employee section production as a population, and random sampling techniques with cluster sampling as a sampling technique with a sample size of 55 people production employees. Data processing is carried out from primary data sources and and secondary. The research data is then processed by testing validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, statistical analysis tests, and hypothesis tests with using the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the F test results, it shows compensation and work discipline influence employee performance significantly. The T test results show that compensation partially influences performance employees significantly, while work discipline partially does not significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna marketplace Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei kepada 100 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Tasikmalaya dan yang pernah menggunakan marketplace Shopee. Jenis data yang digunakana adalah data primer dan data skunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa online customer review dan rating berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan dan persial terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna marketplace Shopee di Kota Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online customer reviews and ratings on purchasing decisions of Shopee marketplace users. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who live in Tasikmalaya City and who have used the Shopee marketplace. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this test indicate that online customer reviews and ratings have a significant effect both simultaneously and individually on the purchasing decisions of Shopee marketplace users in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price perception and brand image on interest in buying Koko MHN Collection Tasikmalaya clothes. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a causality survey method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 100 samples or respondents from MHN Collection Tasikmalaya koko shirt consumers and sampling was carried out using probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of the research show that price perceptions do not have a positive and insignificant effect on interest in buying MHN Collection Tasikmalaya koko clothes. And the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on interest in buying MHN Collection Tasikmalaya koko clothes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, brand trust, and product quality on purchasing decision of Fiesta Chicken Nugget products among consumers at Tasikmalaya . The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 29. Based on the results of this research, it shows that brand image, brand trust and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decision. Brand trust partially has a significant effect on purchasing decision. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decision.
