Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to explore the influence of customer experience on brand loyalty at CV Araya Putra, a company operating in the horticulture sector. Using a qualitative approach and case study methods, this research seeks to understand how elements of customer experience, such as interactions with services, product quality, and emotional value, can contribute to the formation of customer loyalty. Design/Method/Approach : This research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Informants were selected based on various criteria (relevance, recommendation, readiness, and reassurance). The research informants in this research were CV Araya Putra customers who had used the product or service. The interview was conducted using an interview guide technique which consists of open questions that discuss various dimensions of customer experience such as product quality, service, emotional connection, and other factors that influence their decision to remain loyal to the brand. By using data validity, triangulation of data sources to ensure the accuracy of the information. Research Finding : The data shown that customer a highly values product quality and responsive customer service, which creates an emotional bond with the brand and the ease of use of the e-commerce platform. The key elements of the customer experience not only product quality, but also quality of staff service, shopping convenience in the store, navigation on the website, and product delivery. The strategy that can be implemented by CV Araya Putra to increase their customer loyalty that combine cognitive (product quality) and emotional (relationship with the brand) satisfaction.. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research provides strategic recommendations for CV Araya Putra, including improving customer service, optimizing customer experience on digital platforms, and developing stronger emotional relationships with customers. Practitionel/Policy implication : This study not only provides insight for companies in increasing brand loyalty, but also contributes to the academic literature regarding the relationship between customer experience and brand loyalty in the field of horticulture. Research limitation : Several obstacles were also found, such as inconsistency in service and lack of use of customer feedback for quality improvement.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to analyze the most dominant factors in the number of efficient Shuttlecock raw material orders in order to fulfill the raw material inventory at PT. Walet Putih and determine the Safety Stock and Re-Order Point. Design/Methode/Approach : In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive and the calculation model used isEconomic Order Quantity (EOQ).The subject of this study is the supply of Shuttlecock raw materials. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and documentation. Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that the purchase of Shuttlecock raw materials obtained an economic order quantity or can be called the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of 1,329 dozens per order. The maximum inventory level based on the average maximum value of 664 dozens. This value is the safety stock value based on the average inventory of 1,692 dozens or the amount of safety stock is 1,028 dozens greater than the company's calculation. The Re-Order Point value is 1,791 dozens. While the Total Cost (TC) value generated is 2,517,849,000 every 12 months. This value is the total sum of the total Inventory (Holding + Set Up) Cost. This value is usually greater than the amount that can be spent Rp. 183,348,800. Or a difference of more than Rp. 2,334,500,200. Theoretical contribution/Originality : The results of this study are expected to be useful and to increase understanding of operational management, especially in raw material inventory using the calculation method with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Practitionel/Policy implication : For business people, the results of this study are expected to be applied in their companies to overcome current problems, namely shortages and excesses of raw material supplies Research limitation : The limitation of this study is that the data comes from historical data, so it cannot describe the actual conditions because the condition of raw material inventory can change over time.

Abstract

Research objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the transition of conventional to digital financial reporting systems in Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and in-depth interviews of financial reporting activities in the field. Research Findings: This study's findings reveal that Digitalization as an Improvement in Effectiveness and Efficiency of Financial Reporting,  as a Tool to Minimize Errors, as a Tool to Facilitate Financial Report Monitoring Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research makes an important contribution in identifying the perceived benefits in this digitization process. Implications of Practice / Policy: The results of this study can serve as a guide for other businesses facing similar challenges, as well as provide input for financial technology developers to create solutions that suit the needs of MSMEs. Research limitations: This research is limited to the financial reporting of Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs.

Abstract

Research aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, price and product completeness partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Berkah Mandiri Mojo supermarket. Design/Method/Approach: This research uses a quantitative approach and the technique used is causality. The population of this research is all consumers of Berkah Mandiri Mojo supermarket and the sample used in the study was 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Research Finding: The results of this study are service quality and product completeness partially have a positive and significant effect. Partially price has no positive and significant effect. While simultaneously service quality, price and product completeness have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research provides understanding and insight related to service quality, price and product completeness to achieve success in the market. Practitionel/Policy implication: Can be useful for marketing services and products in stores or supermarkets Research limitation: the limitation of this study is the difficulty of sampling because respondents do not have enough time for us to give questionnaires.

Abstract

Research aim : The purpose was to asses the effect of work discipline, incentives, and work motivation on the performance of generation Z employees at Toko Mina. Design/Methode/Approach : Study uses a quantitative approach. The people study were 30 Toko Mina employees with an age range of 17-25 old who fell into the people Z category at Toko Mina. Research Finding : The case are not fully operatonal  discipline Variable has a notable effect on employee performance., but the incentive and work motivation variables have no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, incentives, and Work motivation substantially impacts the performance of generation Z employees at Toko Mina. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Not many studies have examined the performance of generation Z employees. Practitionel/Policy implication : Can be used for human resource development at Toko Mina Research limitation : This study delay in responses research respondents

Abstract

Research aim : The aim of this research is exploring and the propose effective open inovation stragtegies for Brilliant English Course to enhance its curriculum, integrate modern technologies, personalize learning experiences, expand its market reach, and student satisfaction. Design/Methode/Approach :the research will adopt a qualitative approach, utilizng case study analysis, interviews and documentation. The selection of informants used the 5R (Realize, Relevance, Recommendation, Report, Readiness). Research Finding : The integration of Al Driven platforms and Online learning management systems to provide personalized and flexible learning experiences. The Development of a Specialized Curicullum, Idenification of potential Partnerships and collaborations with universities, marketing strategies and sustainabel practices , explore open business models for potential Brilliant English Course. Theoretical contribution/Originality :This research will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on Open Innovation by applying it to the context of educational institutions, specifically language institute. The originality of this research lies in its focus on integrating both technological advancements and external partnerships within the educational environment, creating a holistic approach to business growth and innovation in education. Practitionel/Policy implication : The research will motivate other institute to grow up better by open innovation strategy. Abstract

This research explores the role of product innovation in increasing customer loyalty in MSMEs Weaving Ikat Medali Mas, Kediri City. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings suggest that innovations such modernizing traditional designs, diversifying products (e.g., bags and accessories), and incorporating sustainable materials are essential in fostering loyalty. Customers value the blend of tradition and modernity, digital accessibility, and personalized service. Telling stories about product heritage and sustainable practices strengthens emotional bonds, while a positive buying experience builds lasting relationships. The research highlights the importance of integrating cultural preservation with contemporary market demands, offering practical insights for MSMEs to digital marketing, sustainable practices, and designer collaboration to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Limitations include focus on single MSME, which presents opportunities for broader comparative studies in future research. Abstract

Research purposes: Analyzing the supply chain, Innovative technology, distribution and consumer perception. Design/Method/Approach: Study     Qualitative Descriptive forunderstanding Supply chain analysis, among others farmers, distributors, and consumers. Data analysis was carried out with data reduction on the results of the interviews conducted on selected informants. Research Findings:  The results of this study indicate that to support the sustainability of the hydroponic vegetable business, it is necessaryGood and correct process, Diverse distribution network, Customer satisfaction and consumer perception. Theoretical contribution / Originality:Adding theory about the importance of supply chains for sustainability hydroponic vegetable business. Practitioner/Policy Implications:The results of this study can adapted by similar hydroponic businesses. Research limitations: Time constraints that make the results that are get  less than optimal so that this research is not perfect.

Abstract

Research aims: This research investigates the effects of human resource development and training on employee performance and morale, seeking to measure the degree to which these two independent variables contribute to the outcomes can increase employee motivation and productivity in the organization. Design/Methode/Approach :: this study employs a quantitative causal research approach. Data were gathered using a questionnaire filled out by 30 respondents. To assess the impact of human resource development, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted, training, employee performance and work morale. Research findings: demonstrate that training exerts a positive and substantial impact on both employee performance and work morale. Additionally, the development of human resources significantly affects these two dependent variables. Overall, HR training and development explains 62% of the variability in employee performance and morale. The following research strengthens previous literature regarding the importance of training and human resource development in increasing work motivation and productivity. These findings provide additional empirical evidence of a positive relationship between these variables. Companies are advised to continue to improve the quality of HR training and development programs by ensuring the relevance of the material, support from superiors, and adequate facilities. This can help create a more competent and motivated workforce. Implications for practitioners/policy: This research is limited to a relatively small sample size and includes only one company. Further research can be carried out more widely to increase the generalizability of the results.
