Research aim : This current study aimed to analyze the impact of work environment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and work disciplined on employees' performances at Lestari Kertosono Sugar Factory. Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a descriptive research approach with quantitative analysis techniques. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely all employees totaling 45 people. Data collection techniques were made through observation, interviews and a questionnaire. The technique used for analyzing these data is a multiple linier regresi analyzer. Research Finding : Working Environmental, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Discipline partially and simultaneously affect Employees Performances. To increase employees' performances, the management of Lestari Kertosono Sugar Factory is advised to create a better work environment by paying attention to aspects of comfort and facilities, encouraging OCB behavior through reward and recognition programs, and improving work discipline by setting clear standards and providing the necessary training. By implementing this strategy, employee performance is expected to improve, which in turn will support the growth of the corporate success and the enterprise's competitiveness in the market. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This theoretical contribution is to provide new insights into the influence of working environments, OCB, and employee disciplinary to employee performance, as well as add to the existing literature on this topic. Practitionel/Policy implication : This experiment is supposed to be able to provide strategic recommendations for company management in designing strategies that can improve employee performance through improving influencing factors, such as work environment, organizational behavior, and work discipline. Research limitation : This study has several limitations. First, the sample size includes only 45 employees, making it less representative for the sugar industry population. Second, the cross-sectional nature of this study only provides an overview at one time without capturing long-term dynamics. Third, external factors such as economic conditions or company policies that may affect performance were not measured. Finally, the research focus was limited to work environment, OCB, and work discipline, without considering other variables such as motivation or job satisfaction.

Abstract

Research aim: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Business Assistance Program on the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of bank X customers in Pamotan branch. Design/Method/Approach: This research uses a qualitative approach, where I obtained information through observation at the business place and conducted interviews as well as direct documentation to 4 informants, namely business owners as well as bank X customers at the Pamotan branch who are participating in the business assistance program. Research Finding: The results of this study are that MSME players as well as customers of Bank X have participated in a business mentoring program, where this program is considered quite helpful for the development of their MSMEs. This is because with this business mentoring program, they get new knowledge to advance the MSMEs that they have been running for years. If seen from one side, customers initially thought that this business mentoring program would be boring and a waste of time. However, after they went through it to the end, the customers felt satisfied and happy because the material taught during this mentoring program could help the progress of their MSMEs. Not only do they get learning material, they also practice the results of learning material from the business mentoring program that they have undergone. When viewed from the other side, this program has a weakness where the mentoring program time is limited and is felt to be lacking for customers so that it may be a little less than optimal. In addition, there is limited customer business capital and several other factors that make customers only able to practice mentoring program material that does not require large costs. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research is expected to be able to add information about business assistance programs on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of X bank customers. Practitionel/Policy implication: For MSME owners as well as Bank X customers, it is hoped that this research can provide input in the form of advice and information to business owners regarding the importance of business assistance programs held by Bank X to its customers for the development of their MSMEs. For readers, this research is expected to be a reference for those who are interested in conducting research related to the analysis of business assistance programs on the development of MSMEs of Bank X customers. And for Bank X, this research is expected to be an input or solution for the development of business assistance programs for customers so that they can be more developed and Bank X always supports the sustainability of MSMEs, especially the businesses of Bank X customers. Research limitation: The limitation in this study is the limited practice carried out by customers after learning the material due to limited business capital so that customers only carry out practices that do not require a lot of capital so that the research results from the analysis of the business assistance program on the development of MSMEs of Bank X customers are less than optimal.

Abstract

Research aim: This research aims to analyze the extent to which FNCT Management's influencer network affects the growth of clients' businesses, as well as evaluate the impact of working with influencers on increasing clients' brand awareness. Design/Method/Approach: The research used a qualitative approach with a case study on FNCT Management. Data collection methods were conducted through in-depth interviews, online non-participatory observation, and document analysis. The purposive sample selected included 6 informants from agency management, cross-category influencers (beauty, sports, games, lifestyle), and clients. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's interactive model with source triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the research findings. Research Finding: The findings show that FNCT Management has great potential in utilizing influencer networks to support client growth and increase brand awareness. However, a strategy that focuses on content relevance, adaptation to technological changes, and ongoing relationship management is essential to maintain their competitive advantage in the digital marketing industry. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research develops an understanding of the three-way relationship between agencies, influencers and clients in digital marketing, by highlighting strategic collaboration dynamics such as trust and goal alignment. It also provides new insights into the relevance of influencer content and the role of agencies in marketing strategy. Its originality lies in the focus on startups like FNCT Management, which offers a new perspective on digital marketing challenges and strategies on a dynamic scale. Practitionel/Policy implication: This research encourages agencies like FNCT Management to match influencers with client needs, provide strategic direction for relevant content, and use data analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness. In addition, building long-term relationships with influencers and ensuring transparency and ethics in collaboration can increase the success and credibility of marketing campaigns. Research limitation: This research has some limitations that need to be noted. Firstly, the research only focuses on FNCT Management as a case study, so the results may not be fully generalizable to other digital marketing agencies. Secondly, the qualitative approach used provides in-depth insights, but lacks the ability to measure quantitative impacts, such as increased revenue or ROI from influencer marketing campaigns. Thirdly, this study relies on interview and observation data, which is susceptible to subjective biases from informants and researchers. In addition, rapid changes in social media algorithms and digital trends may affect the relevance of the findings in the future. Further studies are needed to explore other contexts and integrate quantitative approaches to strengthen the validity of the findings.
