Abstract

This study discusses the independent variables of the work environment which are used as mediators to determine the indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Sakti Coal Jaya. This study processed the questionnaire data as many as 50 respondents from the population of 85 employees of PT. Sakti Coal Jaya. The calculation of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression was determined after the research data met the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The significance test for simple regression was carried out by t-test, by comparing tcount and ttable. The simple regression equation is significant and positive if tcount > ttable. Meanwhile, the significance test for multiple regression was carried out using the F-test, by comparing Fcount with Ftable. The multiple regression equation is significant and positive if Fcount>Ftable. The results obtained from this study, all effects, both direct and indirect, are significant and positive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financing response to changes in interest rates, number of customers, income and services at PT. Pegadaian Kertosono. This study uses the VAR (vector auto regression) method using the STATA 16 program. This study produces a positive response interest rate, when an increase in interest rates has an effect on increasing financing. Then the number of customers produces a negative effect, this shows that when there is a decrease or increase in the number of customers it does not affect financing. Furthermore, income responds positively to financing, meaning that an increase in income will have an impact on increasing financing. After that the service has a negative response to financing, indicating that when there is a decrease or increase in the level of service it does not affect financing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the long-term influence of Islamic banking financing on the development of MSMEs in Indionesia and to analyze the casual relationship between Islamic banking and the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary time series data form 2003-2020. The analysis method used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with the help of STATA 16. The results show that Islamic commercial bank financing on  the development of MSMEs in Indonesia in the long term and short term have an effect that can be seen in the VECM test (long term and short term). P-value < tolerance level, that is long term 0.006 , 0.05 and short term 0.000 < 0.05. The financing variable for Islamic commercial banks affects MSMEs can be seen in the granger causality test shows F. Statistic > F. Table, where the financing variabke for MSME development is 0.000 < 0.05 while the MSME development variable affects Islamic commercial bank financing 0.042 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning media using project-based modules for distance learning, the method used in this study focuses on the project module which contains basic introductory accounting material with examples and project assignments for X AKL students. This research uses descriptive quantitative with multiple regression, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. From the data obtained from students, the results are (1) data analysis of learning media variables on learning outcomes with a value of sig 0.001 < 0.05, project module variables on learning outcomes with a value of sig 0.001 < 0.05 and (3) distance learning variables on learning outcomes sig 0.001 < 0.05. In the veliabel, for the multiple coefficient test (R Square) it is worth 0.617 that all the variables studied affect 62% with strong status, in the F test all variables get a value of <0.05 which states that all variables have a significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability, commitment of village officials and community participation partially or simultaneously influence the management of village funds. The population used in this study were all villages in Besuki District, which amounted to 10 villages. The sample used in this study amounted to 73 respondents. Collecting data in this study using purposive sampling. And the research method used is associative quantitative methods, namely testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypotheses and coefficients of determination with the SPSS 23 program. village and community participation in the management of village funds. However, both accountability, commitment from village officials and community participation have a simultaneous effect on the management of village funds. So it is hoped that the village government in managing village funds must be carried out properly in order to realize the principle of good government in its implementation.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the results of to determine the effect of learning facilities and ICT based learning media on student activity. The purpose of this stud was to determine (1) there is a positive and significant influence between learning facilities on student activity. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between ICT-based learning media on student activity. (3) there is a positive and significant effect between learning facilities and ICT-based learning media on student activity in economics subjects. This study uses a clause quantitative approach, data collection using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The significant values obtained from the t-test of the independent variable learning facilities and ICT-based learning media on the dependent variable of student activity are as follows 0.000<0.05. With a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.460 = 46% which is classified as currently. It concluded that there is an influence of learning facilities and ICT-based learning media on student activity in economics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain about Tangible, Responsiveness and Assurance to customer satisfaction in Sith Apparel convection. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study using Observation, Interview and Documentation. The data analysis technique of this research uses data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. To test the validity of this study, the researcher used the triangulation technique. Based on the results of this study, the Responsiveness and Assurance indicators have been running well. However, there are some of the Tangible indicators that still need to be improved. Examples such as buildings, there is no indoor temperature controller and the parking area is not wide enough. The results of the research can be input for Sith Apparel convection in order to provide the best quality service for consumers and Sith Apparel convection can develop in the future.

Abstract

The determination of the auditor's remuneration is not regulated by a clear law and still refers to the agreement between the auditor and the client. The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously examine the impact of political connections, Otonomt commissioners, audit committees and company size on audit fees. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach. The study population was drawn from companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2018-2021 and a sample of 20 companies was obtained using the targeted sampling method. The analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS v23 software. Findings of this study: (1) Partially political connections, Otonomt commissioners, audit committees do not have a significant impact on audit fees. Meanwhile, the size of the company partially has a significant impact on the cost of the audit. (2) Political connections, Otonomt commissioners, audit committees, and company size simultaneously have a significant impact on audit fees.

Abstract

Knowing and analyzing the effect of workload, work supervision and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kediri City partially & simultaneously is the goal to be achieved in this study. Quantitative approach to this research, the technique uses causality. All employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kediri City totaling 40 people are the population and the sample, multiple linear regression is the method of calculation. The result is that there is influence of workload, work supervision, and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kediri City.

Abstract

Institutional rules, values ​​and beliefs help support the resolution of industrial conflicts. The conflict arises due to the internal environmental conditions provided by the industry owner. This study discusses the case of work safety during the covid 19 pandemic, namely in the small wood craft industry in Bojonegoro. The analytical method uses a qualitative approach (industrial institutional analysis), using FGD as a tool for data analysis and validation. The results show that the pattern of small wood craft industry has traditional institutions that support the accessibility of occupational safety and health. The ability to survive arises as a result of the owner's and workers' compliance initiatives towards work safety. The value built on occupational safety in small industries also adapts to their traditional institutions to meet the challenges of conflicting health decent work fulfillment. This study concludes that industrial accessibility on occupational safety and health issues has examined the capacity of traditional institutions in the form of agreements that require adaptation of traditional values ​​(trust and brotherhood).
