Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability, transparency and participation on the allocation of village funds in realizing Good Governance in villages in the Papar District, Kediri Regency. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to village officials who met the criteria in the Papar District, Kediri Regency. The research respondents were 80 respondents who had a background in the process of managing Village Fund Allocations, this study used a quantitative approach with associative panelman technique which was used to reveal problems that were causal in nature between two variables or more. Diana's research model using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study are that accountability, transparency and partial participation have a significant effect on the allocation of village funds in realizing Good Governance in Villages in Papar District.

Abstract

PetLyfe application is an application about digitizing medical records and pet care. The PetLyfe application helps solve user problems meeting the care and maintenance needs of pets. Therefore, designing the user experience of the PetLyfe application will help overcome these problems. This design process uses the design thinking method through five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design thinking method focuses on problem solving based on user experience and is effective for solving complex problems. Testing this research using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) with the results of the attractiveness aspect value of 1.65 getting the good category, the perspicuity aspect value of 1.75 getting the good category, efficiency aspect (efficiency) 1.61 getting the good category. , the dependability aspect was 1.54 in the good category, the stimulation aspect was 1.74 in the excellent category, and the novelty aspect was 1.49 in the good category.

Abstract

Hexahaq Trenggalek Packaged Drinking Water Factory is an industry in the field of drinking water supply. Early research was conducted in order to determine the HR in the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory, especially on the performance of factory employees. Leadership, work ethic and work environment are important aspects that will be examined at the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Water Factory. These three variables have a major influence on the factory so that further research needs to be done. The population is 40 employees of Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Water Factory by using questionnaires as data collection. All of these three variables obtained significant values, which means that all variables have an influence on the performance of Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory employees. The results of the analysis state that all variables have a large impact on performance. By 69.8% these three variables affect the performance of the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory. It is hoped that with this research the performance system at the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the relationship (correlation) between product quality variables, service quality variables and customer satisfaction variables at Kedai Romo Kopi Kediri as the object of research. Kedai Romo Kopi is a coffee shop with its address at Jalan Harinjing 128, Kepung Barat, Kediri. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 35 people of various ages and genders. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of data analysis show the conclusion that the product quality variable as X1 and service quality as X2 has a significant effect on the variable (Y) of consumer satisfaction partially (separately) or jointly (simultaneously).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of goods, the quality of administration and costs on the fulfillment of Surabaya Noesa Coffee shoppers. This exploration is a research study with a collaborative plan. The research population is all consumers of Noesa Coffee Surabaya. This exploratory trial adds up to 170 subscribers. The information acquisition strategy uses surveys that have been tested for validity and unwavering quality. The procedure for checking information in this exploration is different from relapse. The results of this exploration show that product quality, service quality, and price perception have a positive and massive impact on the fulfillment of Surabaya Noesa Coffee buyers.

Abstract

This research was driven by the intense competition between bistro associations, which made advertising procedures fundamental. With the right advertising strategy, it is trusted to really expand the scheme, rely on Brader delays, and can solve customer problems. The inspiration of this research is to analyze the effect of product, shopping climate and verbal trade on purchasing decisions at Warung Brader in Kediri in 2022. This study uses a quantitative strategy, the population in this study are Warung Brader customers and the examples used in this study. this is a total of 40 people. The research data uses the SPSS 25 application. The consequences of this study are (1) the items affect the purchasing decision of Warung Brader. (2) air storage basically influences the buying decision of Warung Brader. (3) Verbal exchange has a fundamental influence on the purchasing decision of Warung Brader. (4) articles, shopping climate and informal exchanges have a fundamental influence on the purchasing decisions of Warung Brader.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product, Brand and Digital Marketing Innovation on Purchase Decisions. This research was conducted in Kaos Gaplek Kediri. Purchase Decision is the dependent variable in this study, while Product Innovation, Brand and Digital Marketing are independent variables. Questionnaire data were obtained from consumers of T-shirts Gaplek Kediri. The number of samples in this study was 58 people. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with a 5% confidence level to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The results showed that the variables of Product Innovation, Brand and Digital Marketing partially had a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the Product Innovation, Brand and Digital Marketing variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The adjusted R Square results show a value of 0.790 or 79% which means that the magnitude of the influence of Product, Brand and Digital Marketing Innovation on Purchase Decisions together (simultaneously) is 79%, while the remaining 21% is explained by other factors that are not investigated in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine if any or not the influence of cooperative image and service quality toward cooperative members satisfaction. This research method adopts a quantitative research method. Data collection techniques by interviewing, documenting, and providing questionnaires to cooperative members. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research provides a result that cooperative image and service quality partially affect cooperative members satisfaction. The results also show that cooperative image and service quality have a simultaneous effect on cooperative members satisfaction. The cooperative image has the greatest influence on the cooperative members satisfaction. It is so important to maintain the cooperative image remain positive, so that members feel satisfied. Maintaining the cooperative image is the same as maintaining the loyalty of members to entrust their every economic need to the cooperative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether accountability, transparency and participation in public services partially or simultaneously have an influence on public services in village offices throughout Bagor District, Nganjuk Regency. This study uses,,quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling taken with certain criteria amounting to 90 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. The kresults of this research show that 1) partial kaccountability has no effect on public services. 2) transparency partially affects public services. 3) participation partially affects public services. 4) accountability, transparency, and participation simultaneously affect public services. It is hoped that the village office staff in the Bagor sub-district kwill carry out the principles of Good Governance well.
