Abstract

Analyzing and knowing the significant effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic (Case Study at the Juwet Lestari Fruit and Plant Seed Shop) is a goal that will be achieved by researchers. Quantitative is the approach, with the technique being causal. The sample is 40 respondents, with the technique of taking it using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software for windows version 23. The conclusions of this study are that there is a partial and simultaneous effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic (Case Study at the Juwet Plant Seed and Fruit Store). sustainable).

Abstract

Abstract As one of the nine urgently needed, consumption of cooking oil increased from year to year. In 2021 the demand for cooking oil in Indonesia was higher than the supply, resulting in a fairly high price increase. The government is trying to anticipate this by setting HET but instead it creates a shortage of products so that this policy is revoked except for bulk cooking oil. This makes cooking oil producers prefer to sell their products in packaging so that the selling price is higher. As a result, consumers face the choice of having to queue for hours to get bulk cooking oil or spend more money to buy packaged cooking oil whose price is quite large. The purpose of this study is to answer the problem formulation (1) How do packaging, price, size, clarity, color, nutritional information, promotion, brand, and accessibility become the basis for consumers to buy cooking oil? (2) How can the order of packaging, price, size, clarity, color, nutritional information, promotion, brand, and accessibility become the basis for consumers to buy cooking oil? (3) What is the most dominant attribute in buying cooking oil? and (4) Based on the attributes of packaging, price, size, clarity, color, nutritional information, promotion, brand, and accessibility, consumers are more dominant in choosing bulk or packaged cooking oil. The method used is descriptive qualitative through in-depth interviews with 3 informants. The results show that price is the most dominant attribute in buying cooking oil preferences. The order of these attributes is different for each informant, but the most dominant attribute is the same price. Based on the analysis of each attribute, consumer preference is higher for bulk cooking oil because the price is cheaper.

Abstract

The objectives of the research, among others, are to: (1) determine the effect of business strategy on managerial ability in IKM ecoprint in Kediri City, (2) determine the effect of business strategy on business performance in IKM ecoprint in Kediri City, (3)determine the effect of managerial ability on performance business at IKM ecoprint in Kediri City, (4) knowing the effect of business strategy through managerial ability on business performance at IKM ecoprint in Kediri City. This research was conducted on ecoprint batik SMEs in Kediri City. Data analysis used path analysis with SPSS 21.0 program. 2 The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: business strategy has an effect on managerial ability; managerial ability affects business performance; business strategy affects business performance; and business strategy has an effect on business performance through managerial ability as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research is based on the rapid development of men's special hair cutting services, commonly called barbershops, which are growing quite rapidly. Developments in recent times. known for the increase in the number of men's haircut businesses more than ever before. Consumers are more able to choose a better haircut. Judging from the current situation, making men's barbershop entrepreneurs are required to choose a good strategy so that their customers are satisfied.      This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of price on customer satisfaction at Bintang Barbershop in Tulungagung Regency 2021 (2) analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bintang Barbershop in Tulungagung Regency 2021 (3) analyze the effect of store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Bintang Barbershop in Tulungagung Regency 2021 (4) analyzing the effect of price, service quality, and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Bintang Barbershop in Tulungagung Regency 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, compensation and non-physical work environment on Griya Muslim and Batik Zam Zam employees. This study uses quantitative methods and uses 2 variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample of this study were all employees of Griya Muslim and Batik Zam Zam, as many as 50 people. The results of this study state that compensation, work discipline and motivation have an effect on employee productivity

Abstract

The development of a village into a tourist village is increasingly becoming a trend in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Especially village tourism related to nature tourism, agriculture, plantations, heritage sites and culture. It can be said that from the market theory, the village is the supply side and tourists are the demand side. As the supply side, the village continues to grow with the construction of infrastructure, cultural development, and trainings. In the era of modern management, the role of knowledge management and innovation has encouraged villages in Indonesia to realize the village as a tourist village. Thus there will be a multiplier effect to increase the income of rural communities. The research sample is a rural communities and local goverment officials Sunten Jaya village  as many as 150. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between knowledge management with innovation to rural tourism development. This paper will examine the relationship of knowledge management with innovation and its implications in the tourist village of Pasir Angling, Sunten Jaya Village, West Java, Indonesia. Besides, this paper also discusses the role of the University in participating in developing tourist villages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the purchase and use of environmentally friendly products (green purchase) among STIE Nganjuk students through socialization of awareness in being friendly to the environment, health, and attitudes. The researcher used the causal associative method using 100 students as respondents. For data collection using observation and questionnaire techniques, while to test the variables using multiple regression analysis through t test and F test (to test the hypothesis). The results of this research review using multiple linear analysis test which shows that of the variables of environmental awareness, health, and attitude, only the first variable positively and significantly affects the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products (green purchase) on STIE Nganjuk students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer interest in the city of Nganjuk to repurchase / repurchase products in terms of (1) Product Information, (2) Aesthetics, and (3) Service System provided by the unicorn company Tokopedia. We used causal associative research, for data collection methods used online questionnaires. The number of population and samples from this study amounted to 250 respondents, namely consumers who have purchased products at the unicorn Tokopedia company with a time span between July to November 2021 in the city of Nganjuk. For sampling, we used purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing through t test (partial). This study analyzed the data using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the PLS 3.0 software package.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the financial reporting of MSMEs in Nganjuk Regency and to obtain the suitability of accounting/finance reporting for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Nganjuk Regency through EMKM Accounting Standards. The research method used is based on qualitative descriptive analysis, besides that the researcher also uses source triangulation and source triangulation methods. The results of this study indicate that the financial disclosure of MSMEs in Nganjuk Regency has not implemented SAK ETAP. Financial condition reports are still limited to cash disbursements and inflows, have not implemented monetary position affirmations, payment articulations and fiscal report notes.

Abstract

Banyuwangi Rebound is one of the superior work programs of the Banyuwangi Regency Government in the process of recovering the economic sector. The art of batik in Indonesia has been known since the days of the Majapahit kingdom and continues to grow until the next kingdom and its kings. Batik is generally widespread in Indonesia and particularly in Java after the 18th century or early 19th century (Akhmad, 2016: 3). Banyuwangi in an effort to preserve and introduce Banyuwangi batik by holding the Banyuwangi Batik Festival (BBF) every year. The theme of the different BBF events each year gives a special impression to the visitors. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The process of establishing the rebranding of Banyuwangi batik values ​​as an effort to educate local wisdom and increase sales of Batik in Banyuwangi requires the formulation of strategies that are right on target so that it can be realized. The realization of shared ideals related to preserving the value of batik through education of batik local wisdom and increasing sales of Batik in Banyuwangi can be achieved through strategic steps with a spirit of togetherness and collective awareness.
