Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui IndeksKepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) atas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Simalungun. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat kepuasan masyarakat atas pelayanan publik melalui perhitungan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil di Kabupaten Simalungun. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh data adalah dengan menggunakan kwessioner kepada 50 orang respponden. Responden yang dipilih adalah masyarakat yang berurusan dengan kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Simalungun.Teknik analisis data adalah dengan mengikuti Undang-Undang nomor 25 tahun 2009 tentang dan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara tahun2017 nomor 14 pengukuran Indeks Kepuasan Konsumen atas pelayanan publik. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan sembilan pertanyaan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan masyarakat atas pelayanan publik melalui Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat berada pada kategori baik dengan IKM = 76,89 (baik). Namun diantara sembilan pertanyaan ternyata unsur yang paling tinggi adalah kesesuaian persyaratan yang diumumkan dengan yang nyata dilaksanakan, sedangkan unsur yang paling rendah tingkat kepusan masyarakat adalah ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana kantor. Atas dasar hasil analisis data disaranakan agar pihak Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Simalungun tetap meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalismenya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat sehingga pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan Indeks kepuasan masyarakat atas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Simalungun

Penyusunan anggaran laba merupakan tantangan bagi usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) dalam merencanakan target keuntungan yang realistis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi metode a posteriori dan a priori dalam penyusunan anggaran laba melalui studi kasus pada usaha kuliner G&G Cake di Kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan studi kasus tunggal. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh aktivitas keuangan G&G Cake tahun 2024, dengan sampel 15 jenis produk utama. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi internal, wawancara terstruktur dengan pemilik usaha, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan anggaran operasional yang mencakup anggaran penjualan, produksi, bahan baku, tenaga kerja, overhead, dan biaya operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode a posteriori menghasilkan laba riil tahun 2024 sebesar Rp190.220.000, sedangkan metode a priori dengan target peningkatan 5% menghasilkan proyeksi laba 2025 sebesar Rp217.572.000 melalui penyesuaian harga jual produk. Penelitian ini memberikan template praktis implementasi kedua metode anggaran laba yang dapat diadaptasi UMKM kuliner sejenis, meskipun terbatas pada satu kasus dan perlu validasi lebih lanjut untuk generalisasi

Leadership and work motivation are one of the determining factors of teacher performance because teacher performance is determined by the attitude and motivation of the leader. good leadership and good work motivation will create a good work climate in an organization which in this case is a school, this is important because the key to successful education and learning is teacher performance. This study aims to determine how leadership and work motivation affect teacher performance at the Teladan Private Vocational School in Pematangsiantar. This study uses quantitative research methods using causal research design to find a cause-and-effect relationship between two variables. the sampling technique in this study is to use saturated or census sampling techniques distributed to 50 teachers. data testing in this study is by validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. From the results of partial testing research (t test) shows tcount (5.300) > ttable (1.677) and the significant level is 0.000 < 0.05 this proves that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. tcount (2.512) > ttable (1. 677) with a significant level of 0.015 < 0.05 this proves this proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. F test shows fcount 73.629> ftable 3.20 and the significant level is 0.000 < 0.05 which means that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The welfare level of the palm coconut farmer family in Pematang Kerasaan is influenced by three important factors in determining the welfare rate of the farmers family such as Gender, financial literacy, and lifestyle. The aim of the study is to find out the influence of gender, economic literacy and lifestyle on the welcoming level of family palm Coconut farmers in Pamatang Kerasan. The population in this study was a palm coconut farmer in Pematang Ker sentiment as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, library studies, observations and questionnaires were tested using validity and rehabilitation. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests, double linear regression, t tests, f tests and determination coefficients (R-square). Based on the calculation of the determination factor test (R2), the adjusted R Square value obtained at 0.671 shows that 67.1% of family welfare rates (binding variables) can be explained by gender, financial literacy and lifestyle variables, while the remaining 32.9% are influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of managerial ownership structure on the possibility of financial difficulties in consumer goods industry sector companies. The type of research used is quantitative with an archival research approach that uses time series records. The research population consists of 296 data on companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The sampling technique used non - probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that 173 company data were obtained that met the sample criteria. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the company's official website. Managerial ownership structure is represented through the ratio of the number of shares that have been released to the public with a value expressed as a percentage, while the possibility of financial difficulties is measured by the Interest Coverage Ratio. The data analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression test. The results showed that managerial ownership structure has a positive effect of 0.000 on the possibility of financial difficulties of companies in the consumer goods industry sector.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and price on purchasing decisions for Iphone brand smartphones. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect between price on purchasing decisions through brand equity. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a population of iphone consumers at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan and a sample of 90 consumers. This research data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument with scoring the answers using a Likert scale and is statistically processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 23.0 software. The results showed that brand equity affects purchasing decisions for Medan State University students which can be seen from the t-count > t-table value, namely 6.525 > 1.662 and a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Price affects the purchase decision of an iPhone brand smartphone for Medan State University students, which can be seen from the t-coun t> t-table value, namely 1.719 > 1.662 and a significance level of 0.024 < 0.05. Brand equity and price have an effect on purchasing decisions for iphone brand smartphones for Medan State University students which can be seen from the F-count> F-table value, namely 27,742 > 3.10 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

The development of the digital ecosystem has opened up business opportunities for businesses to market products using social media. One of the businesses that has grown along with the growth of the digital ecosystem is fashion brand Erigo. Erigo's success in penetrating domestic and global markets cannot be separated from the optimal utilization of the Instagram social media platform. This study aims to examine Erigo's strategy in increasing consumer buying interest in their products through the Instagram platform. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data was obtained from the review of official publications as well as data searches in various popular official databases. The results show that through the Instagram media platform, Erigo is able to deliver marketing messages directly, interestingly, and relevantly to its target market. Their strategy is to engage well-known celebrities and public figures as product models. Not only presenting the product visually, Erigo also relates it to the lifestyle that the audience desires. The effectiveness of Erigo's strategy is proven by the positive response to their advertisements on social media. The attractiveness and influence of celebrities has captured the attention of many users, and driven buying interest among consumers who want to try the promoted products. By continuing to develop and refine this strategy, Erigo is believed to be able to expand its market share.

Currently, many business actors do not have access to information technology, especially digital media because they do not understand the importance and benefits of digital marketing technology. The purpose of this study is to show how important digital marketing strategies are for business people. The research method uses qualitative and kasyaraa.co approaches in Badung Regency as the object of research. Data sources are taken from documentation, observations and interviews. The digital marketing strategy carried out by kasyaraa.co includes several stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the supervision stage. Kasyaraa.co create an ascending Instagram feed, hold giveaways and discounts for followers. Insights analysis is used to monitor the development of Instagram content. The increase in product sales from kasyaraa.co is a positive result of implementing digital marketing.

This research aims to uncover the factors influencing consumer purchasing interest on the online store Pabrikolahraga_01 on the Shopee platform. Based on the literature review, product quality and promotion were selected as independent variables that potentially influence consumer purchasing interest. The number of respondents in this study was 96 people obtained using the Lemeshow formula, with the sampling technique using non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling with criteria that respondents are at least 18 years old, reside in Jakarta, and have shopped at Pabrikolahraga_01. This research falls into the category of quantitative research, commencing with data quality testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 software for Windows. The data in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. Data analysis indicates that the product quality of Pabrikolahraga_01 has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing interest.Meanwhile, the promotions conducted by Pabrikolahraga_01 also have a significant influence on consumer purchasing interest. Simultaneously, product quality and promotions together have a strong influence on consumer purchasing interest. This suggests that marketing strategies focusing on both product quality and promotions can effectively increase consumer purchasing interest. These findings are consistent with previous research indicating that good product quality and effective promotions can enhance consumer purchasing interest.

This research investigates the effectiveness of the Breakout Sideways trading strategy within the Forex market, focusing particularly on the XAUUSD pair within the H1 timeframe throughout 2022. The main goal is to determine the strategy probability and assess the occurrences of Consecutive Losses and Profits. Utilizing backtesting as the primary research method, the strategy's performance is analyzed through historical data. Results reveal a 72.73% probability rate of achieving consistent outcomes aligned with the strategy, with 9 consecutive profit instances and 3 consecutive loss occurrences observed over the one-year testing duration. These findings suggest that the Breakout Sideways strategy holds promise for yielding stable profits over extended periods.
