Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The study population consisted of Generation Z ShopeePay users who live in Kalianda District, with a sample of 136 respondents who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed online, and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlations, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis tests (t test and F test) using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 at a 5% significance level. The results show that Trust has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (t-value 3.617 > t-table value 1.978; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Perception of ease has a positive and significant effect on interest in using (t-value 8.171 > t-table value 1.978; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (t-value 6.145 > t-table value 1.978; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, Trust (X1), Perceived Ease (X2), and Promotion (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (Y) with a F-value value of 68.452 > F-table value 2.67, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and degrees of freedom df1 = 3 and df2 = 132. These results indicate that all research hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, and H4) are statistically supported

Abstract

Serangan Tourism Village is a strategic area in Bali characterized by a wealth of culture, spirituality, and local wisdom values that remain integral to the community's way of life. This study aims to analyze the impact of integrating Hindu values—specifically *Tri Hita Karana* and *Tat Twam Asi*—into human resource management (HRM) on service quality enhancement, local economic empowerment, and the sustainability of culture- and spirituality-based tourism in Serangan Tourism Village. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method targeting local tourism stakeholders, including managers, workers, and the surrounding community. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to identify relationships between the variables under study. The expected outcome is an empirical overview of how Hindu values contribute to improved professionalism, work ethics, and social cohesion, as well as the delivery of sustainable and competitive tourism services. These findings are expected to inform policy formulation and the advancement of knowledge, while also raising community awareness regarding the importance of HRM grounded in spiritual and local cultural values in the face of globalization challenges.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped banking services by creating an increasingly integrated payment ecosystem involving banks, institutional customers, digital platforms, and third-party service providers. This study aims to analyze banking operational resilience in managing transaction risks within digital payment ecosystems, particularly transaction-status inconsistencies, timeouts, reconciliation, third-party risks, and institutional trust. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to provide an in-depth understanding of operational processes and the experiences of parties involved in digital payment transactions. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation and analyzed thematically through coding, categorization, theme identification, and interpretation. The findings indicate that operational risk does not arise solely from total system failure but may emerge at points of interaction between interconnected systems when transaction status differs from actual financial finality. Reconciliation therefore serves as an early-warning mechanism for detecting exceptions before they develop into material financial exposures. Operational resilience is further strengthened through transaction monitoring, clear escalation procedures, effective third-party risk management, cross-party coordination, and transparent communication. The study concludes that mature digital banking transformation requires more than technological reliability; it requires an integrated capacity to detect disruptions, resolve anomalies, recover services, learn from incidents, and preserve institutional trust across the digital payment ecosystem effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of challenge stressors and hindrance stressors on employee performance, with work engagement as a mediating variable among employees of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. The construction industry is characterized by high work demands, job complexity, time pressure, and various obstacles in work implementation. This study employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 151 employees of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and path analysis, while the mediation effects were tested using the Sobel Test. The results indicate that challenge stressors have a positive and significant effect on work engagement and employee performance, whereas hindrance stressors have a negative and significant effect on work engagement and employee performance. Furthermore, work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The mediation analysis shows that work engagement mediates the effect of challenge stressors on employee performance as well as the effect of hindrance stressors on employee performance. These findings indicate that job demands perceived as challenges can enhance employee engagement and performance, whereas job demands perceived as hindrances can reduce employee engagement and performance. This study reinforces the application of Job Demands–Resources Theory and the Challenge–Hindrance Stressor Framework in explaining the relationships among job demands, work engagement, and employee performance in the construction industry.
