Abstract

The core problem in this research is the suboptimal student learning outcomes in accounting, specifically regarding general journal entry materials. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of Teacher's Teaching Style and Family Environment, both partially and simultaneously, on General Journal Learning Outcomes among 11th-grade AKL students at SMK Negeri 1 Medan. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Medan using a quantitative ex-post facto approach. The population as well as the sample in this study consisted of all 137 students of the 11th-grade AKL, selected using the total sampling technique. Data collection techniques involved documenting the Mid-Term Examination (UTS) scores and distributing closed-ended questionnaires with a 4-point Likert scale. The research instrument consisted of 28 statements: 18 items for Teacher's Teaching Style (X1) and 10 items for Family Environment (X2). The instruments were previously tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS version 25.0 software. The multiple linear regression analysis yielded the equation: Y = 27.654 + 0.426X_1 + 1.244X_2. Based on partial hypothesis testing (t-test), there is a significant positive influence of Teacher's Teaching Style on general journal learning outcomes with a t-value of 3.100 > 2.001 t-table and a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. The Family Environment variable also partially exerts a significant positive effect on learning outcomes with a t-value of 4.781 > 2.001 t-table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously (F-test), both independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable with an F-value of 41.761 > 3.153 F-table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value indicates that the simultaneous contribution of these two independent variables is 57.6%, while the remaining 42.4% is explained by other external variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Economic growth is an important indicator of regional economic performance and is influenced by dynamic changes over time. This study aims to analyze the forecasting of economic growth in Lampung Province using the ARIMA-ARCH method. The study uses quarterly secondary data on Lampung Province's economic growth derived from Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices for the period 2010Q1–2025Q4. The analysis was conducted using the EViews 10 software through several stages, including stationarity testing, ARIMA model identification, parameter estimation, diagnostic testing, ARCH-LM testing, and the formation of the ARIMA-ARCH model. The results indicate that the ARIMA(1,0,0) model is the most appropriate model for describing the mean process of economic growth. The ARCH-LM test indicates the presence of conditional heteroskedasticity in the ARIMA residuals, so the analysis is continued using the ARCH model. The ARIMA(1,0,0)-ARCH(1) model is selected as the final model because the parameters are statistically significant and the model provides a parsimonious representation of the residual volatility. The resulting model is then used to forecast Lampung Province's economic growth for the period 2026Q1–2027Q4. The findings are expected to provide information that can support regional economic planning and policy formulation.

Abstract

Financial performance is an important indicator in assessing a company's ability to generate profits, manage resources, and maintain business sustainability. In property sector companies, financial performance is influenced by various factors, such as leverage, sales growth, and growth opportunities, which reflect the effectiveness of the capital structure, sales growth, and the company's development prospects. This study aims to analyze the influence of Leverage, Sales growth, and Growth opportunity on financial performance in property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2025 period. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The data used is in the form of secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling techniques, so that 50 companies were obtained with 250 observation data over five years. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics, through classical assumption tests, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (F), and determination coefficient tests (R²). The results of the study showed that Leverage had a positive and significant effect on financial performance with a value of t = 2.513 and sig. = 0.015, Sales growth has a positive and significant effect with a value of t = 3.021 and sig. = 0.002, and Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect with a value of t = 2.625 and sig. = 0.011. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on financial performance with values F = 40.163 and sig. = 0.000. The R-Square value of 0.507 indicates that 50.7% of the variation in financial performance can be explained by all three independent variables, while 49.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings show that managing capital structures, increasing sales growth, and optimizing growth opportunities play an important role in improving the financial performance of companies in the property sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Sharia-based entrepreneurial resilience strategies of the mini-market business unit at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 (Mantingan, Ngawi) in navigating economic dynamics, as well as to examine the implementation of Sharia principles in its management. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the business unit's resilience is built upon four key strategies: the digitalization of operations and marketing; product and service diversification; the strengthening of management and human resources; and the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These strategies enable the business unit to maintain sustainability amidst economic shifts, price fluctuations, and changing consumer needs. The implementation of Sharia principles is reflected in the adherence to values such as honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and transparency; the avoidance of riba (usury) and gharar (uncertainty/ambiguity); and the provision of halal (permissible) and tayyib (wholesome) products. Beyond its function as an economic unit, the mini-market serves as a medium for entrepreneurial learning for female students (santriwati) through the integration of character education, Islamic business ethics, and managerial practice. This study affirms that the pesantren-based Sharia entrepreneurship model possesses strong adaptive capacity to build business resilience while simultaneously generating sustainable economic, educational, and social value.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Gondowangi Village, Malang Regency, possesses resilient economic potential, yet its growth is hindered by the low digital literacy of business actors. The main constraints faced by partners include limited conventional marketing reach and inefficiencies in managing daily financial transactions. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to accelerate the transformation and economic independence of 3 targeted MSMEs through marketing digitalization and payment system modernization. The implementation method is participatively designed through four comprehensive stages: preparation, organizing, execution, and integrated monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrated a success rate that significantly exceeded the minimum achievement indicator of 66%. Specifically, coordinate mapping on Google Maps established an online presence that validated and increased the visibility of the partners' businesses. Furthermore, the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment system was fully adopted by all three MSMEs, facilitating seamless cashless transactions while encouraging the habituation of more accountable cash flow recording. In conclusion, the integration of digital mapping and cashless transaction innovations has proven effective in shifting the operational paradigm of conventional MSMEs toward an adaptive, competitive, and sustainable digital ecosystem.
