Abstract

Stunting among children under five is closely associated with the fulfillment of adequate nutritional requirements, while the affordability of nutritional menus is influenced by changes in food prices. This study aims to develop an adaptive nutritional menu optimization model for children under five that responds to food price changes by integrating price forecasting and the Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO). The study uses data from eight food commodities, namely premium rice, broiler chicken, chicken eggs, mackerel, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and beef, with 821 daily observations for each commodity over the period from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. The research stages include preprocessing, stationarity testing, ARIMA modeling, forecasting evaluation, 30-day price forecasting, price pattern and volatility analysis, formulation of the GWO fitness function, and menu composition optimization based on the nutritional requirements of children under five. The results show that the lowest testing MAPE of 0.26% was obtained for premium rice and beef, while the rolling forecast for premium rice achieved an average MAPE of 0.1131%. The 30-day forecasts indicate that green beans experienced the highest projected price increase of 13.1344%, whereas carrots showed a projected price decrease of 1.8907%. In the GWO optimization, the price and volatility weights were 0.676063 and 0.323937, respectively, while return received no weight. The optimization produced a total menu portion of approximately 445.34 grams, with an estimated cost of IDR 9,557.65, while satisfying all minimum targets for energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates. These findings indicate that integrating food price forecasting with metaheuristic optimization can support the development of nutritional menus that account for future price conditions, thereby potentially improving cost efficiency and the adaptability of nutritional menu planning for children under five.

Abstract

Currently, approximately 561 LMS have been developed worldwide to assist teaching and learning processes and other academic needs. During the ten years of Moodle's development as an LMS, to our knowledge, no prior systematic review has comprehensively examined Moodle interface design across these specific dimensions (consistency, usability, navigation, information hierarchy, visual appearance, and user testing). This review addresses several key research questions: (1) What journal platforms publish the most journals about Moodle interface design? (2) Who are the most frequently cited authors in the last ten years? (3) How has the Moodle interface design developed in the last ten years? (4) What are the concerns or gaps regarding the Moodle interface design that can be used as a reference for further LMS development research? This literature review focuses on studies conducted from 2015 to 2025 on using Moodle in academic institutions. Following the PRISMA-p protocol for systematic searching and screening, researchers used bibliometric analysis (VOSviewer) to answer RQ1, RQ2, and RQ4 and using thematic analysis to find the third research question’ answer. The sustained volume of publications (67 articles) and the continued research interest across multiple journal platforms suggest Moodle's ongoing relevance as an LMS in higher education contexts during the review period. Emerging but underexplored themes include ethics and data safety. Moreover, Given the limited research on AI integration in Moodle interfaces within our corpus and the single article addressing data safety, future research examining these emerging concerns would strengthen the evidence base for Moodle development prioritiesand develop as the automatization world keeps moving forward.

Abstract

Decentralization requires local governments to manage resources and finances in a sustainable manner, so that financial distress becomes an important issue when fiscal capacity is not able to meet the needs of government services and obligations. This study aims to analyze the relationship between government size, fiscal capacity, and financial distress in local governments based on the perspective of Agency Theory. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA guidelines for 30 articles indexed by Scopus and SINTA. The results of the study show that the size of government provides resources while increasing complexity and spending needs, while fiscal capacity determines the government's ability to meet these needs. The imbalance between government size, fiscal capacity, and liabilities can increase the risk of financial distress. From the perspective of Agency Theory, supervision, transparency, and accountability are needed to support the financial sustainability of local governments.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of national culture on financial statements integrity through the perspective of Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Theory and Gray’s Accounting Values Theory using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A total of 50 peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2026 were analyzed based on PRISMA guidelines. The review focuses on cultural dimensions, accounting values, transparency, conservatism, professional judgment, and financial reporting practices across different countries. The findings indicate that national culture influences managerial behavior, disclosure practices, accounting decisions, ethical considerations, and financial reporting integrity. Hofstede’s cultural dimensions explain how societal values affect organizational attitudes toward accountability, uncertainty, and transparency, while Gray’s Accounting Values Theory demonstrates how cultural characteristics shape accounting practices through professionalism, uniformity, conservatism, and secrecy. This study highlights that financial statements integrity is influenced not only by accounting standards and regulatory frameworks but also by cultural factors embedded within organizations and societies. The study contributes to international accounting literature by providing a broader understanding of the role of cultural values in shaping financial reporting practices and strengthening financial statements integrity.

Abstract

The Ciliwung River Basin is one of the strategic areas that plays an important role in maintaining ecosystem balance and the sustainability of water resources. However, the management of the Ciliwung Watershed still faces various problems, including weak coordination among stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the relationships among stakeholders in the management of the Ciliwung Watershed and to formulate strategies for optimizing watershed management based on collaborative governance. This research uses a stakeholder mapping analysis approach based on the Integrated Watershed Management theory, which emphasizes the importance of integrating ecological, social, economic, and institutional aspects, as well as the Collaborative Governance theory proposed by Ansell & Gash. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze collaborative governance in the management of the Ciliwung Watershed, particularly in the downstream segment of the Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta. This study found that the management of the Ciliwung Watershed in the downstream segment of Tanah Abang still faces complex environmental and governance problems, where weak law enforcement (89%) and inter-institutional coordination issues (88%) represent the primary barriers. Consequently, this study highlights the urgent need to formalize cross-regional collaborative forums, establish an integrated watershed data system, and enhance community-based environmental stewardship to achieve sustainable river basin governance.
