Abstract

The challenges in the 21st century learning encourage educational institutions to produce young people who not only master in science but also have high-order thinking skills (HOTS). One way that can be taken to develop higher-order thinking skills is to provide HOTS-based exercises. Higher-order thinking skills are the ability to analyze, evaluate, and create information obtained to answer problems. The aim is to analyze the higher-order thinking skills of Madrasah Aliyah students in Pati regency on biology learning. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data was obtained by filling out the test instrument in multiple-choice form questions based on HOTS. Data collection was carried out by random sampling for XI and XII students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Madrasah Aliyah in Pati Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the higher-order thinking skills of Madrasah Aliyah students in Pati Regency are in agood enough category. The results of this study are expected to be an illustration for education actors in Pati Regency, particularly for making improvements in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Best practice ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Differentiated of instruction bermuatan loosepart sebagai upaya mencapai perkembangan yang optimal. Deferensiasi perkembangan tidak mungkin dihindari, sehingga diperlukan assessment dan strategi pembelajaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar anak. Berdasarkan hasil assement perkembangan di RA Fairuz Aqila, beberapa anak mengalami kendala pada perkembangan berbahasa, fisik motoric, social emosional dan kognisi sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas pencapaian perkembangan. Sehingga perlu untuk merancang strategi Differentiated of instruction bermuatan loose part yang diseleraskan dengan kurikulum campuran. Strategi ini bertujuan agar setiap anak yang terlambat perkembangnya dapat mencapai kondisi optimal. Bertujuan pula sebagai pengembangan model pembelajaran berdeferensiasi yang berpusat pada anak dengan sumber daya terjangkau. Dilaksanakan selama satu semester. Anak dikelompokan menjadi empat yaitu area regular, bahasa, motorik kinesketik dan slow learning. Pembelajaran di empat area melalui project berbeda selama satu kali dalam satu pekan. Hasil tindakan adalah terdapat peningkatan pencapaian perkembangan kemampuan berbahasa, fokus perhatian, dan penguasan simbol.

Abstract

Zaman menuntut guru senantiasa berinovasi dengan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran berbasis IT merupakan bagian penting untuk abad 21. Di sisi lain, kita sedang memasuki tatanan “new normal” ini berarti kembalinya kondisi yang semula pembelajaran di rumah dan sekarang kembali normal. Siswa diperkenankan pembelajaran 50% atau separuh dari jumlah siswa. Tentunya menyisakan pertanyaan bagi guru, bagaimana cara mengajar siswa. Pembelajaran Hybrid menjadi solusi permasalahan guru di era new normal ini. Akan tetapi apakah pembelajaran hybrid diyakini bisa bekerja secara efisien dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa?. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dibuatlah penelitian dengan metodologi menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan membuat dua kelompok. yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan pembelajaran hybrid sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberikan pembelajaran online. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa nilai rata-rata pembelajaran hybrid lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata pembelajaran online. Sehingga pembelajaran hybrid bisa direkomendasikan untuk guru di era new normal ini.

Abstract

Penelitian sequential eksplanatory ini, bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dan langkah-langkah penerapan mind healing technique (MHT) dalam mengatasi stress Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Subjek penelitian kuantitatif bersifat random yang dilanjutkan dengan penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek purposif sampling. Langkah-langkah MHT dilakukan sebagai berikut: 1) Visualisasi; 2) Self-Healing; 3) Paradigma Shift; 4) Positive Afirmasi yang dilakukan melalui jarak jauh. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pre test & post test terhadap tingkat stress melalui google formulir, observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data diawali dengan uji normalitas dengan hasil kedua variabel terdistribusi normal (p>0,05) dan uji linieritas bernilai p = 0,100 artinya kedua variable linier secara signifikan. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan uji parametrik yaitu paired sample t test dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna pada perlakuan dengan nilai p = 0,000 (nilai p ≤ 0.05) sehingga H0 ditolak. Didukung pula dengan jumlah siswa stress sebelum MHT 58% sedangkan setelahnya 51%. Analisis data kualitatif untuk melengkapi keabsahan hasil dilakukan dengan triangulasi data, melalui tahapan reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Mind Healing Technique berkontribusi menurunkan angka stress pada peserta didik di masa pandemic civid-19 secara signifikan.

Abstract

The millennial generation growing up in the digital era possesses unique characteristics in absorbing educational values, including in the context of religious moderation. This research aims to examine and develop a synoptic learning model based on literacy suitable for strengthening religious moderation among the millennial generation in the context of Industry 4.0. The method employed involves literature review and qualitative analysis to identify the effectiveness of synoptic learning integrating digital technology and information literacy. The findings indicate that a synoptic learning model incorporating digital literacy elements can enhance understanding and acceptance of religious moderation values among millennials. Learning is facilitated by presenting concise and relevant content, utilizing digital platforms familiar to this generation such as social media, interactive learning applications, and short videos. With this approach, millennials can become more actively engaged and critical in filtering and interpreting religious information they receive. This research implies that strengthening religious moderation can be achieved through adapting learning methods that resonate with the characteristics of the millennial generation. This literacy-based synoptic model is expected to serve as a guide in formulating effective religious education strategies in the Industry 4.0 era, while also serving as a concrete step in anticipating potential radicalism that may arise from misunderstandings of religious information.

Abstract

Like virtual classrooms, distance learning programs are a space for interaction between students and teachers to be able to give and receive information that can increase their knowledge. However, the facts that occur in the field show that the distance learning system has an impact on the lack of student learning activities. This lack of learning activities also has an impact on the low acquisition of learning outcomes. This study aims to improve student activities and learning outcomes with the flipped classroom model in distance learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with the Kemmis McTaggart Model. The study was conducted on students of class VII-2 at MTsN 28 Jakarta with a total of 32 people. The time of the study was carried out from February to March 2021. The results showed that the flipped classroom model encouraged students to carry out learning activities and be involved in distance learning. This is indicated by an increase in the number of students who explain by 6.5%, answer questions by 29.1%, and provide responses by 21.4%. The increase in learning activities also has an impact on the acquisition of the average value of learning outcomes which continues to increase starting from 68.97 in the first cycle, 73.05 in the second cycle, and 77.18 in the third cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the flipped classroom model in distance learning can improve student activities and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This scientific work aims to build students' spirit of entrepreneurship through learning processes and extracurricular activities. Entrepreneurship at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is an attempt to shape the character of self-confidence, unyielding persistent and innovative. It can be obtained from the integrated learning process and from extracurricular activities that are tailored to the interests, talents and needs of students and madrasah. The subjects of this scientific that are all of madrasah residents, that are totaling 338 students, teachers, employees and heads of MIN 4 Sragen. All madrasah resident are directly involved in the learning process, character building with entrepreunerial spirit and extracurricular activities. The writer as head of the madrasa is involved in managerial madrasah. The results of this scientific work can be seen that the various activities of Hek Pedi Gelis are of a great variety and can be developed according to the needs of students and madrasah. Hek Pedi Gelis does not directly refer to the type of extracurricular activities and learning methods that must be used but can be adjusted to interest, talent, and innovation. Hek Pedi Gelis activities can change according to the situation and conditions of madrasah, students, teachers and the community. With Hek Pedi Gelis, you can build entrepreneurship in MIN 4 Sragen.

Abstract

Student activities in learning greatly affect the process and learning outcomes. Based on the preliminary study, it is known that student activity in the learning process has not been maximized. It can be seen from the lack of student response during learning and the number of students who do not collect assignments. Factors causing this problem include students' difficulties in understanding the material, so they are unable to complete the tasks given by the teacher. The problem also comes from the teacher which is the limited time in face-to-face learning (PTMT). Hence, the learning material cannot be delivered completely. The purpose of applying the recitation method to make this video presentation is to increase student activity in learning, and the results of each student's video presentation can be used as a learning medium for other students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the assessment results, it was found that there was an increase in student activity in learning. It could be seen from the increase in the percentage of students who collected assignments after the recitation method was applied to make video presentations. From the results of the previous assignment, there were only 18 students who worked out of 34 students. After applying this method, all students were active and collected the assignments. Therefore, there is an increase in the percentage of students working on assignments, from 52.9% to 100%.
