<![CDATA[One of the educational learning media uses a smart board. This media is one of the learning media that can be used by teachers in carrying out learning in the classroom. This media is an innovative media in the world of education so that training is needed for teachers to be able to create and apply it to learning materials in schools. This community service aims to improve the skills and creativity of elementary school teachers in teaching through training in making educational media. This media is effective in attracting interest and facilitating students' understanding of the subject matter, this community service program is expected to facilitate more interactive and interesting learning. This training consists of delivering material related to educational learning media, training in making learning media and questions and answers. This activity was carried out on July 20, 2024 at SD Inpres Werwaru. The results of this activity are increased understanding of the material, increased skills in making creative media, and skills in using learning media. The evaluation results show that training in making educational learning media can improve understanding of the material, skills in making creative media, and skills in using learning media.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify the fundamental differences between investment and online gambling, as well as their impacts on society. The method employed is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis through interviews with financial experts and surveys of the public to measure their understanding of both activities. The results indicate that many individuals still perceive investment as a form of gambling despite the fact that they possess distinct characteristics; investment is conducted based on analysis and long-term strategies, while online gambling is speculative and high-risk in nature. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of financial literacy education in enhancing public understanding and preventing financial losses due to online gambling practices.]]>

<![CDATA[This service program aims to provide introduction and understanding to the community as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Palangka Raya City in using non-cash payments or QR, because the QR payment method is considered very effective in modernizing the payment system and can increase the efficiency of the payment process in the MSME business world. The process of implementing this service uses a qualitative activity method with a type of interactive training that involves MSME actors directly, where MSME actors are given a brief understanding of the introduction and procedures for using QR technology as one of the payment methods in Business. The results of the implementation of this service activity show that there is a lot of interest from MSME actors to use QR as a means of payment, because of the minimal risk of errors from the administration of financial calculations, as well as the ease of use and can reduce the circulation of banknotes. By adopting QR in business, it can help MSMEs to have a wider market reach and can increase their selling competitiveness in the wider digital era. The circulation of the use of QR as one of the payments for MSME actors, proves that community empowerment through the use of QR Codes in Palangka Raya City is a success of the empowerment program.]]>

<![CDATA[The Indonesian Digital Business Polytechnic has made a significant contribution to SMA Bina Pendidikan 2 through the implementation of PPDB website training and digital marketing. This community service activity is a tangible form of the university's commitment to answering the challenges of the digital era. The issue and focus of this community service is that SMA Bina Pendidikan 2 has a shrinking number of students every year, this is due to the lack of massive new student registration information and the absence of technology to support PPDB SMA Bina Pendidikan 2. The implementation of PPDB Website Development & Digital Marketing Training at SMA Bina Pendidikan 2 Bogor, it is proven that teachers and staff have shown an increase in understanding related to the concept of website creation and digital marketing, which includes aspects of the target market, copywriting to procedures for creating a website. Teachers and staff learn that marketing schools is not only conventional strategies in this era, but also requires us to enter the world of technology and digital to reach a wider market, as well as increase publishers about schools. This increase in understanding is reflected in the results of the pre-test evaluation and material presentation which shows an increase in knowledge in understanding the concept of website creation and digital marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[Inspiring means providing encouragement or motivation for someone to think, create, or take action. This word is often used to describe a positive influence that drives creativity, ideas, or motivation in actions. For example, a work of art or noble deed can "inspire" others to create or act similarly. The focus of this article is to critically assess the theological meaning of pastoral ministry in the digital age. The article aims to provide a theological introduction to pastoral practices based on reformers’ views. Charles Borromeo, a figure influential in pastoral reform in the Church, is the role model or inspiration for this study. Using the historical theological reflection method, the contributions of pastoral practices from the Reformation era are compared with those of the digital age. The research method is qualitative, descriptive, and historical, and it involves literature review on relevant topics. This study is motivated by a decline in contextual pastoral spirit, aiming to discover new methods or innovations in pastoral reform. ]]>

<![CDATA[Education in Indonesia plays an important role in the development of individuals and the country, shaping social and cultural values and preparing for the future. Quality education creates human resources who are innovative and have high social awareness, as regulated in Republic of Indonesia Law no. 20 of 2003. The main challenge is to maintain achievements and adapt to the Society 5.0 era. Curricula, such as the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, are designed to develop students' knowledge, skills and character. English as a compulsory subject increases career and educational opportunities in the context of globalization. English teaching in Indonesia emphasizes listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as the importance of grammar and vocabulary. Nouns are an important element in sentence formation, and understanding nouns helps students in all aspects of language skills. An effective method for studying nouns is through descriptive text analysis. The Community Service Activity (PKM) entitled "Learning Nouns Through Descriptive Text Analysis for Grade 7 Students at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi" aims to develop community potential, increase creativity, writing skills and relationship networks. It is hoped that this PKM can improve students' understanding of nouns and become a guide for language learning in Indonesian literature, as well as arouse interest in learning English. The method used includes preparation and implementation of noun learning through descriptive text analysis at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi with results showing high enthusiasm from students. It is hoped that this fun context-based learning can be an alternative that advances education and produces students with international insight.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of IT-based village community service activities in Balongmojo Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java is to increase understanding and skills of village traditional institutions as a means of preserving, empowering and integrating Balongmojo village traditional institutions with the SIMDES application. The problem with the Balongmojo Village traditional institution is that the knowledge of the village traditional institution administrators regarding IT and computer-based management skills is still not advanced, so all the activities of the Balongmojo village traditional institution have not been well documented. The implementation method used is utilizing the SIMDES Balongmojo application, training and mentoring regarding understanding for village administrators regarding skills in using the IT-based SIMDES application. The results of this Community Service are the IT-based SIMDES application and increased understanding and skills of village traditional institution administrators on how to collect and document all activities of village traditional institutions in Balongmojo.]]>

Community Service (PKM) is an effort by the community service team to provide knowledge and technology to the community and especially in Community Service with students. Based on this, the team submitted a proposal for PkM activities at the Vocational Lab School of Uhamka, Cariu in Bogor Regency. The aim of Community Service (PKM) is designed to provide insight and practical skills to students at the Vocational School Lab School of Uhamka Cariu, Bogor regarding readiness to speak in public, namely the basics of communication and Public Speaking. This training is expected to motivate and provide students with the benefits of practicing speaking in public and is also beneficial for developing students' knowledge and solving problems related to speaking errors. <![CDATA[The formation of religious character is a habit that is carried out to shape the student's personality so that they have morals and character that are embedded in the student as a guide for life in the future. To make this happen, schools are trying to find new programs that can grow student character and improve the quality of education at school. One of the efforts made by MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin to shape the religious character of these students is by implementing regular Yasin reading activities together. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods and field practice which is directly followed by researchers at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya City starting from July to November 2024. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the activity of implementing Yasin reading together regularly, which is carried out every Saturday morning at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin, Palangka Raya City, which is attended by all students, teachers and students of MBKM IAIN Palangka Raya, is able to shape the students' religious character through refraction which is carried out every morning through activities and positive things from the routine of implementing Yasin reading together to create a generation that has good morals and behavior in line with the teachings of the Islamic religion.]]>

<![CDATA[Political education has a strategic role in increasing the participation of the younger generation, especially Generation Z (Gen Z), in the democratic process. This service activity aims to increase the awareness and understanding of Gen Z politics in Merauke Regency ahead of the 2024 Regional Head General Election (Pemilukada). The methods used include interactive lectures based on the results of the Gen Z political participation survey and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is divided into six discussion groups. The lecture aims to provide an overview of the conditions of political participation, while the FGD encourages participants to delve into local political issues and formulate strategic recommendations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the democratic process, the mechanism of Pemilukada, and the importance of active participation in voting. Participants were also able to identify challenges to political participation, such as the influence of misinformation and apathy, as well as provide innovative proposals, such as the use of social media as a political education tool. This active participation-based approach is in line with the theory of political participation and deliberative democracy, which emphasizes the importance of rational discussion to strengthen the legitimacy of democracy. This activity concluded that political education designed contextually and interactively is effective in preparing Gen Z to play an active role in Pemilukada. Similar programs need to be continued on an ongoing basis to strengthen the political awareness of the younger generation and improve the quality of democracy at the local level. By harnessing the potential of digital technology and participatory approaches, political education can be a catalyst in building a generation of critical, intelligent, and responsible voters.]]>
