Abstract

Good applications and information systems have an attractive interface that is easily understood by users. A good system must also be widely accepted and used by all users. Analysis of the level of effectiveness of UI/UX information systems has been using various types of different methods so that it takes a relatively long time to learn each method that is most suitable and effective. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the interface and user experience (UI/UX) of information systems based on various types of methods that are generally used. The method used in this research is the literature study method, by exploring and analyzing previous research related to the measurement and analysis of UI/UX in the context of information systems. The results of this research show that the level of effectiveness of UI/UX of information systems can be measured quantitatively, accompanied by statistical analysis that reflects the level of effectiveness of the 5 commonly used methods in general. In addition, this research also shows the obstacles faced in improving the effectiveness of UI/UX in information systems, as well as the importance of paying attention to good UI/UX so that users are comfortable and can easily use the system. The output of this research can provide new insights related to how much the level of effectiveness of UI/UX on information systems. And can be a reference for other studies in choosing the appropriate UI/UX effectiveness measurement analysis method.

Abstract

Denpasar as a rapidly growing city needs good traffic (road ways, bridges and traffic lights) inventory. However, in actual fact, at present the government agents in charge are still using graphical data in the form of maps and manual information data (blueprints and paper) which results in various problems. Some of the problems include problems in data storage since the map and information data available at present are saved using paper media which would not last very long and easily damaged, problems in planning the maintenance of road ways, bridges and traffic lights because of the relatively long time spent to check the condition, last maintenance time, and associating acquired data with the maps, which could take half a day (according to the amount of data searched) since the checking of data is done manually and separately (disintegrated) from the information data in the maps. Furthermore, manual data checking has a low level of accuracy, since there could be data skipped in the checking process. To overcome the problem of traffic inventory (road ways, bridges and traffic lights) in Denpasar, a GIS-based System (Geographical Information System) is designed and made in this final project, which could deliver information on road ways, bridges and traffic lights in Denpasar in detail. This system would give solutions to the problems such as digital (softcopy) and integrated map data and information data storage so that the map data will last longer and not easily damaged (not including the condition of force majeure), decision making in planning the maintenance of road ways, bridges and traffic lights could be made faster since the checking of the condition, last maintenance time and map marking is done by the system to the integrated data and takes just a few seconds to complete. Moreover, data checking done by the system will have relatively high accuracy, as there would be no data skipped in the checking process

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini metode real-coded genetic algorithm (RGA) dipakai sebagai salah satu teknik untuk mendapatkan solusi permasalahan optimal reactive power dispatch (ORPD). Metode RGA dibedakan dengan GA standar pada pemakaian kode real (real-coded) pada kromosomnya. Sistem IEEE 14-bus, IEEE 30-bus dan sistem Jawa-Bali dipakai sebagai sistem uji untuk memperlihatkan perbedaan antara metode GA standar dengan metode RGA. Pada sistem IEEE 14-bus, unjuk kerja metode GA memberikan rugi-rugi saluran total 13,3477 MW, sedangkan metode RGA memberikan rugi-rugi saluran total 13,1959 MW. Pada sistem IEEE 30-bus, unjuk kerja metode GA memberikan rugi-rugi saluran total 17,4866 MW, sedangkan metode RGA memberikan rugi-rugi saluran total 17,4403 MW MW. Pada sistem Jawa-Bali, unjuk kerja metode GA memberikan rugi-rugi saluran total 130,445 MW, sedangkan metode RGA memberikan rugi-rugi saluran total 126,4791 MW. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan metode RGA memberikan solusi lebih efisien dibandingkan metode GA standar pada permasalahan ORPD.

Abstract

Instalasi Wing Amerta adalah merupakan bagian dari RSUP Sanglah Denpasar yang memiliki pelayanan rawat jalan / poliklinik, rawat inap, kamar bersalin, kamar operasi, dan layanan penunjang untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan masyarakat yang menghendaki pelayanan lebih nyaman, diresmikan dan dibuka pada tanggal 30 Desember 2004 sebagai perwujudan impian masyarakat untuk memiliki sebuah rumah sakit yang bertaraf internasional di Bali. Konsumsi energi listrik tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 sebesar 1.390.145.617 rupiah. Dari besarnya biaya belanja energi secara keseluruhan, terdapat biaya konsumsi kelebihan daya reaktif (KVARh) sebesar 199.578.425 rupiah, dengan rata-rata setahun 66.526.141 rupiah dan rata-rata sebulan 5.543.845 rupiah. Konsumsi energi listrik berasal dari 4 kelompok peralatan yaitu: kelompok peralatan penataan udara (AC) yaitu sebesar 76,34% diikuti oleh kelompok peralatan lain sebesar 17,22%, kelompok peralatan medis sebesar 3,23%, konsumsi terkecil adalah pada kelompok penerangan sebesar 3,21%. Kualitas daya listrik sangat perlu di perhatikan karena dapat memaksimalkan daya yang ada serta menjaga tingkat keamanan peralatan yang digunakan ke pasien. Hasil analisa, pengukuran serta perhitungan didapat kapasitas daya 555KVA dengan cosphi sebesar 0,75 memerlukan perbaikan faktor daya menjadi 0,98 dengan pemasangan kapasitor bank dengan kapasitas 285,575 KVAR. Dengan memperhitungkan ketersediaan kapasitor bank di pasaran serta spare daya sebesar 40% maka kapasitor bank yg dibutuhkan sebesar 400KVAR. Investasi ini akan kembali pada 1,8 tahun dan setelah tahun ke dua dan seterusnya, merupakan keuntungan atau efisiensi pengeluaran Rumah Sakit sebesar Rp. 5.543.845,- setiap bulannya atau Rp. 66.526.141,- setiap tahunnya, serta diharapkan dapat : Memaksimalkan pemakaian daya (KVA), menghindari kelebihan beban trafo (overload) dan menghindari kenaikan arus / suhu pada kabel. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Daya, Cosphi, Kapasitor Bank, Efisiensi Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

The company has a desire to develop an increase in its business so that it is not eroded by the very tight business competition. PT. Baliyoni Saguna is a company engaged in information technology and telecommunications which currently helps its customers to provide the best solutions according to customer needs. Product quality is a major factor in keeping customers alive and satisfied with the products provided by PT. Baliyoni Saguna. These products need to be reviewed in order to have a reference in creating the best products. Clustering is a method that can be used to see the level of sales that have been made based on the formed clusters. The K-Means algorithm is a method capable of processing sales history data owned by PT. Baliyoni Saguna in forming groups according to the item category of the item. The K-Means algorithm is able to provide convenience in processing large data so that it can be processed more quickly and efficiently. The results of the application of the K-Means algorithm formed 3 clusters representing the most desirable, least desirable, and least desirable categories. In the most desirable category there are 5 total items, 4 in the interested category there are 4 total items, and 14 items less desirable. These results are expected to help in creating quality goods so as to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. Keywords – Clustering, K-Means Algorithm, PT. Baliyoni Saguna

Abstract

Manual measurement and recording of water debits has many drawbacks, including inaccuracies, time inefficiencies and requires a lot of human effort. Along with technological developments, the Internet of Things (IoT) is the right option to reduce human interaction with hardware in terms of continuous monitoring. This study aims to design a prototype of a water discharge monitoring system with precise accuracy and efficient use of electrical energy. The water discharge monitoring device system is designed based on IoT with NodeMCU as the main processor, while the water flow sensor is used as a transducer in charge of collecting data. Furthermore, the data collected by the hardware will be sent to the server with the IoT protocol via Blynk application. The results of the study show that the designed system works well, able to transmit data via IoT remotely, and has relatively high accuracy.

Abstract

In the years of 2014 until 2015 Pesangaran plant capacity undergo changes due to the expiration of employment contract lease diesel units and also the addition of new plant unit of 200 MW PLTMG. An increase or reduction in plant capacity of electrical system Bali will lead to significant changes to the load flow, power losses and energy losses in the circuit of Bali electrical Transmission system. Load flow analysis and power losses in Bali electricity system is simulated in five scenarios. Scenario 1 for the conditions of existing in 2014, scenario 2 is currently experiencing a reduction Pesanggaran plant capacity in December 2014, scenario 3 is currently experiencing Pesanggaran plant capacity additions in 2015 by using a peak load of 2014, scenario 4 is the scenario 3 with using predicted peak load in 2015, and scenario 5 is the scenario 4 with assuming the Celukan Bawang plant operates at 130 MW. Based on the results obtained by analysis, scenario 2 has the most power and energy loss about 46.34 MW and 300.39 GWh. For the loss of power and energy Bali electrical systems after Pesanggaran plants changes in 2015 are 38.57 MW and 250.05 GWh.

Abstract

Phase locked loop (PLL) adalah sebuah sistem umpan balik yang memegang peran penting dalam sistem-sistem konverter terkoneksi jaringan listrik. Fungsi utama PLL adalah mendapatkan beragam informasi parameter jaringan yaitu seperti phase dan magnitude tegangan. Informasi-informasi tersebut selanjutnya digunakan sebagai dasar proses sinkronisasi peralatan dengan jaringan listrik. Tujuan utama paper ini adalah memodelkan sekaligus membandingkan unjuk kerja salah satu jenis PLL yang dikenal dengan nama Dual Second Order Generalized Integrator Phase-Locked Loop dengan SRF-PLL yaitu sebuah PLL yang relatif standar. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, unjuk kerja D-SOGI PLL dalam keadaan tunaknya lebih unggul dibandingkan SRF-PLL terutama untuk kondisi jaringan listrik tiga phase tidak seimbang.

Abstract

Employees become the spearhead of every Company, whether it is run the business on manufacture or service. The position and role of public government employees as an element of civil servant obligate them to provide fair public services. Refers to those facts, the performance of public government employees needs to be well managed. The algorithm C5.0 is one of the decision tree algorithm which can process the employees performance data become an input for decision-making. Based on evaluation result of 184 employees performance datas, there was a high accurracy data in level 96.08%. Due to that result, the algorithm system can be developed become e-performance system which can predict or giving an advice in order to decision-making processes whether for assigning promotion, ranking or giving performance allowances.

Abstract

A scientific article is a reference that is usually used by a student or researcher to make a study. Scientific articles can be searched freely on the Internet, but the search process is often time-consuming due to the large number of scientific articles on the Internet. This search can be done automatically by utilizing the Web Scraping Technique as a data collection technique on a website on the Internet. Depth First Search (DFS) method is a search method that can be used to do web Scraping on the Internet. This system works by processing Keywords in the form of Keywords from the topic of scientific articles to be searched for given by the user. Then the system will send a request to the server to look for links related to these Keywords. After the search results have been found, the system will automatically download and save the article format .pdf to the user's computer. The results of this study indicate that 134 articles that were successfully downloaded using this system show that this system can work very well to search for scientific articles with a level of relevance between the articles searched for articles downloaded by 99%.
