Tasyri Jurnal Muamalah dan Ekonomi Syariah is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Economic and Islamic Law, Institut Agama Islam Pangeran Dharma Kusuma Indramayu, twice a year in January and July. The journal will focus on providing quality research in the areas of Islamic economics and muamalah. Specifically, the journal will deal with topics, including (but not limited to): Islamic economics law, Islamic banking law, Islamic finance law, Islamic accounting law, Islamic microfinance law, Zakah, waqf, and philanthropy.

Abstract

Very important business in the world of commerce is one of those things very important in human life. Every human being needs assets and wealth to fulfill his needs. The market is a center of economic activity that encourages and facilitates economic activities for the community. The diversity of traders and several factors that underlie both internal and external make the behavior and trading strategies of traders different traders. starting from promoting goods, prices discounts, bonuses, discounts or selling goods at a lower price cheaper. Karangampel Indramayu Traditional Market, is one of the markets in the eastern city of Indramayu. Is a place of trade and service sector activities. This is proven by the existence of a market that is still favored by consumers and middlemen from several areas. strategies carried out by traders on several types of merchandise. Such as giving a discount and bonuses. So that it is feared that it could lead to irregularities trading strategy. Such as elements of fraud (gharar), dishonesty, is prohibited in Islamic law. The research method that the author uses is research qualitative with field the article (field research). In this research consists of data sources, namely primary data sources (data obtained directly from the original source (not through intermediaries) and data sources secondary (research data sources obtained by researchers indirectly directly through intermediaries (obtained and recorded by other parties). For data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. The final step in the research method is analysis data. With research results: shows that the marketing strategywhat traditional market traders do is mix marketing (marketing mix) consisting of product, price, and promotion. As well as a strategy that is not appropriate is the mixing of goods that are not suitable good quality against ordinary quality without being honest explain the nature or condition of the merchandise.

Abstract

This research aims: (a) To determine the implementation of the recruitment process at BPR PK, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency, (b) To determine the implementation of employee placement at BPR PK, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency, (c) To determine the implementation of compensation at BPR PK, Balongan District, Regency. Indramayu, and (d) To determine the influence of the Recruitment Process, Employee Placement and Compensation on Employee Performance at BPR PK, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency. This research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The population in this study was all employees of BPR PK, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling with a total of 40 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to BPR PK employees, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency. The results of this research show that: (1) the recruitment process variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) the employee placement variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance (3) the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) the recruitment process variable , employee placement and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Islamic law and ethics play a crucial role in shaping sustainable and ethical Islamic business management. Islamic law provides a clear framework for conducting business, while ethics strengthens the moral and ethical dimensions of business decision-making. This research examines the relationship between Islamic law, ethics, and Islamic business management, and its implications for contemporary business practices. In-depth analysis of Islamic legal sources and ethical values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility reveals the importance of integrity and morality in every aspect of business. The findings shed new light on how the integration of Islamic law and ethics can enhance business performance and sustainability in the complex global economy.

Abstract

A critical reflection on tax law from the perspective of Islamic economics is crucial in the context of sustainable economic development based on Islamic principles. In this abstract, we analyze the challenges and opportunities in integrating Islamic economic principles into the tax system, and its implications for justice, efficiency, and economic sustainability. We highlight the need for in-depth studies on aspects of tax law that are inconsistent with Islamic economic principles, and efforts to develop alternatives that align with Islamic values. Based on this analysis, we conclude that critical reflection on tax law from the perspective of Islamic economics can significantly contribute to creating a fairer, more efficient, and sustainable tax system.

Abstract

Building Islamic Work Ethos through the Application of Morality and Islamic Law is an essential effort in shaping an ethical work environment based on Islamic principles. This research explores the role of morality and Islamic law in shaping an Islamic work ethos. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and document analysis. The findings indicate that a good understanding and application of morality can enhance productivity, work quality, and employee satisfaction. Conversely, a profound understanding of Islamic law provides a strong foundation for fair and responsible business practices.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the potential of enhancing socioeconomic justice through the implementation of morality within Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the relevant concepts of morality and principles of Islamic law in the economic context. The findings indicate that principles such as justice, honesty, and social responsibility play a crucial role in creating a more equitable and inclusive economic system. The research also identifies several challenges in implementing morality within the framework of Islamic law, including the lack of understanding and awareness among the public about these concepts, as well as the complexity of adapting them to the modern economic context. Therefore, collaborative efforts from various stakeholders, including government, civil society, and the private sector, are needed to address these challenges and promote the implementation of moral principles within Islamic law in everyday economic life. Abstract

Mudharabah financing is one of the significant financial instruments in the Islamic banking industry, especially in supporting micro and small businesses (MSBs) in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the legal aspects of mudharabah financing in the context of micro and small businesses in Indonesia, including understanding the basic principles, implementation, challenges, and opportunities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature review and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings indicate that mudharabah financing has great potential in supporting the growth of MSBs in Indonesia, but it also faces several challenges, such as a lack of understanding of mudharabah principles and legal uncertainties. Recommendations are given to strengthen regulations, enhance understanding of mudharabah financing, and facilitate access to financing for micro and small business players. This research provides a significant contribution to stakeholders in understanding the role and potential of mudharabah financing in supporting the development of MSBs in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of akhlaq in the business world through a case study of Sharia-compliant companies. Akhlaq, encompassing moral and ethical values in Islam, is a fundamental basis in the business practices of Sharia-compliant companies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand how akhlaq values are implemented in daily operations and their impact on company performance. The findings indicate that the application of akhlaq in Sharia-compliant companies not only enhances employee satisfaction and loyalty but also strengthens relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Moreover, the implementation of akhlaq significantly contributes to achieving long-term sustainable business goals. This study provides deep insights into the importance of integrating akhlaq values in business practices and how it can bring significant benefits to Sharia-compliant companies.

Abstract

This research delves into the crucial role of Islamic morals (Akhlaq Islami) in the legislative process aimed at creating justice in society. The concept of Akhlaq Islami serves as a moral foundation that guides the creation of fair and inclusive laws. This study highlights the importance of values such as honesty, justice, and empathy in the legislative process. By analyzing the cultural and social context of Indonesia, this research identifies how Islamic moral values are reflected in the national legal framework. The study illustrates that the role of Akhlaq Islami in forming just legislation has a significant impact both in the context of Indonesia and globally. Various findings and analyses show that Islamic moral values, such as justice, equality, and humanity, have a strong influence on the policymaking and legislative process. However, the implementation of Akhlaq Islami values still faces several challenges, including discrepancies between Islamic moral principles and the complex political and social realities. Abstract

Islamic Economic Law has been a key driver in the development of Islamic banking and finance industries in various countries. With principles rooted in Islamic law, this industry offers financial solutions in line with religious values, avoiding prohibited practices of interest and speculation. Its contribution in expanding Islamic financial markets, enhancing financial inclusion, and providing more ethical investment alternatives is increasingly significant. This research discusses the positive impact of Islamic Economic Law on the growth of Islamic banking and finance industries, as well as the factors driving its success. The analysis employs a qualitative approach by examining relevant literature and case studies of Islamic banking industries in various countries. The findings indicate that the application of Islamic Economic Law principles stimulates product innovation, enhances consumer confidence, and provides financial system stability.
