Abstract

Hypertension is one type of non-communicable disease with an incidence rate that continues to increase every year even though promotive and preventive measures have been developed following advances in science and technology. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 34.1%, an increase compared to the prevalence of hypertension in the 2013 Riskesdas data of 25.8%. Hypertensive disease is the 10th most common disease in the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office and North Bengkulu Regency Office, at Gunung Alam Health Centre hypertension disease increased in 2023 by 210 cases. This study aims to determine the determinants that influence the incidence of hypertension in the Gunung Alam Health Centre Working Area. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study amounted to 43 people, taken by simple random sampling. Data analysis was carried out with the chi-square test.The results of the analysis showed that most (58.1%) respondents had hypertension, most respondents (53.5%) with a high level of salt consumption, most respondents (62.8%) who experienced mild stress and almost half of the respondents (34.9%) had an insufficient level of health literacy in the Gunung Alam Puskesmas working area, North Bengkulu Regency. Based on bivariate analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between salt consumption with p value = 0.000, stress level with p value = 0.000, and health literacy with p value = 0.001 with the incidence of hypertension in the Gunung Alam Health Centre working area, North Bengkulu Regency in 2024. It is expected that hypertensive patients maintain factors associated with the incidence of hypertension and conduct routine examinations at the Gunung Alam Health Centre, North Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of children's social emotional abilities with gotong royong activities at TK Negeri 1 Suoh, Lampung Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) or also called Classroom action research with the procedures used in the form of cycles. The subjects of this study were group B children at TK Negeri 1 Suoh, Lampung Regency, totalling 22 children. The research was conducted in two cycles of two meetings. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with the emphasis used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. The results of improving children's social-emotional abilities through gotong royong activities at State Kindergarten 1 Suoh in cycle I meeting to I with a percentage of 31.81%, in cycle I meeting to II with a percentage of 46.81%, cycle II meeting to I with a percentage of 57.27% and cycle II meeting to II with a percentage of 80.68%. The conclusion of the research is that using collage from dry leaf material can improve fine motor skills in children at TK Negeri 1 Souh, Lampung Regency, as evidenced in cycle II meeting II there was an increase with the results of the achievement percentage of 80.68% with very good developing criteria (BSB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of teachers in developing children's self-confidence through the singing method with movements in group B at Lembayung Indah Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected using interviews and documentation. The subject of this research is the role of teachers in developing children's self-confidence through the singing method with movements at Lembayung Indah Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, agreeing data, and drawing conclusions. Data reduction is the process of determining, focusing, simplifying, and transforming data. While the presentation of data is a depiction of all information about how the presentation of data here is limited as a set of information that gives the possibility of drawing conclusions and taking action. The results of interviews obtained on the role of the teacher in developing self-confidence in children through the method of singing with movement found 3 Intovert children, 5 Extrovert children and 7 Ambivert children. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of the teacher's role in developing children's self-confidence through the method of singing with movement.

Abstract

One of the retail businesses that serve basic needs and daily needs is minimarket. The minimarket business is one of the businesses classified as a retail business that has great potential. The presence of a minimarket business offers an alternative for consumers who need products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of services between Indomaret and Alfamart in Tais, Seluma District. This type of research uses quantitative comparative nature. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 people from Indomaret and 100 respondents from Alfamart Muara in Tais, Seluma Sub-District. The results showed that the first hypothesis showed that the results of data processing showed that the original sample value was 0.162 (positive), the value t-count was 1.850 (>1.96) and the values of p met the requirements, namely 0.035 <0.05. So that H1 in this study is accepted. It can be concluded that the services of Indomaret Muara Dalam Seluma has a positive and significant effect. The second hypothesis shows that the results of data processing show that the original sample value is 0.666 (positive), the value t count is 7.759 (> 1.96) and p values meet the requirements, namely 0.000 < 0.05. So that H2 in this study is accepted. It can be concluded that the services of Alfamart Muara Dalam Seluma has a positive and significant effect. Based on the results of the calculation obtained F count 179.748>F table 2.65 which means that the variables Indomaret (X1), Alfamart (X2) and Service Quality (Y) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in Tais, Seluma Sub-District.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information has an impact on various aspects of people's lives. Along with the advancement of information technology, the crime rate has also increased rapidly. One of the most rampant crimes is the illicit trafficking of narcotics, which if misused can cause addiction and have a negative impact on vital organs. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Lampung Province National Narcotics Agency (BNN) has formulated a strategy to combat the illicit trafficking of narcotics in its region by using the undercover buy method. This study uses a qualitative approach with a normative-empirical research approach. The results of the study show that the BNN investigation team uses an undercover purchase strategy to arrest drug dealers. The main target of this operation is large-scale drug dealers with evidence in the form of large amounts of narcotics.

Abstract

Organizational goals can be achieved through the positive performance of its members. Empowering human resources begins with investing in developing employee skills and knowledge. The company provides various training and education programs that are relevant to the industry and accommodate individual needs to develop professionally. Apart from empowering human resources, work environment factors can also influence employee performance in an agency. This research aims to determine the effect of empowering human resources and the work environment on employee performance at the Indai Bunda Clinic in 2024.The type of research used in this research is quantitative field research, namely research that emphasizes analysis of data in the form of numbers and the research examines real life in the field, in this case the object being studied. This research used 33 research respondents.Based on data analysis, a hypothetical answer has been found, namely as follows; There is an influence of human resource empowerment (X1) on employee performance (Y), with an influence level of 24.8%. There is an influence of the work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 31.8%. There is an influence of human resource empowerment (X1) and work environment (X2) together on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 44.4%.
