This research aims to examine the influence of perceived risk, perceived convenience and perceived benefits on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace in the Utan District, Sumbawa Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely the population used is based on predetermined criteria to be used as a sample. The research sample consisted of 100 people from Utan District, Sumbawa Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the Risk Perception variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisionsat the Shopee Marketplace, the Convenience Perception variable does not have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Shopee Marketplace and the Benefit Perception variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Shopee Marketplace.

The aim of this research is to analyze income of the lime industry business by formulating appropriate marketing strategies based on SWOT analysis and determining strategies that should be prioritized based on QSPM analysis. The data analysis method used is analyzing production quantities, production costs, receipts, income. Formulate marketing strategies using analytical tools, namely the SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix. The result of this research is an income of IDR57,955,168 per month. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the appropriate strategy to implement is an aggressive strategy with an opportunity score of 2.31 and a strength score of 2.51. Based on the QSPM analysis, the strategy ofdeveloping different types of lime variants is an alternative priority with a total attractiveness value of 6.10 and maintaining product quality and service to consumers with a total attractiveness value of 6.02.

Interpersonal conflict is something that cannot be avoided in organizations, one of which is at CV Cyber Karya Nusantara Surabaya. The aim of this research is to find out a picture of interpersonal conflict management at CV Cyber Karya Nusantara Surabaya. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research with data collection techniques obtained from interviews and observations. The results of this research indicate that interpersonal conflict at CV Cyber Karya Nusantara Surabaya is caused by the lack of effective communication between team members and the ongoing organizational transformation. The conflict resolution or conflict management used is to use accommodation, integration and avoidance styles. The accommodation and integration style is used by the chairman or superior to resolve interpersonal conflicts experienced by employees, while the avoidance style is used by employees who experience interpersonal conflicts at CV Cyber Karya Nusantara Surabaya.

This research aims to investigate how the capital structure of banks in Indonesia is related to the level of profitability, taking into account company size and the overall impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and whether the increase in capital (debt) provided by the Indonesian government affects bank profitability, providing new results. . considering the increased credit risks resulting from the pandemic. This study fulfills the research objectives by building a broad framework regarding the influence of liquidity, capital adequacy, credit risk, tax protection and ownership structure on bank financial performance. This research uses regression todetermine the effect of leverage, company size and the Covid-19 pandemic on banking profitability. Data for 38 public banks taken from the Bloomberg Terminal in 2014-2021. The research results show that leverage has a positive effect on banking profitability, while company size has a negative effect on leverage and profitability. High debt levels pressure management to meet shareholders' required returns. Large banks prefer risk-free government bonds rather than providing loans to creditors, especially when economic conditions are uncertain. The Covid-19 pandemic has no effect on banking profitability

This research aims to determine the influence of work competency and discipline on employee work performance at the Bima Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The approach used in the research is an associative approach. The population in the study was 121 people with a sample of 35 ASN people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test and F test which were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. that Competency (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bima Regency.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Bima City Samsat Office. The approach used in the research is an associative approach. The population in the study was 50 people with a sample of 50 employees. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. This study aims to determine the Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Work Performance at the Port Master's Office and Class IV Bima Port Authority. The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 40 people with a sample of 30 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis, processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study showed that the Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Work Performance at the Port Master's Office and Class IV Bima Port Authority.
