Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest garment producing countries in the world. However, research shows that garment companies in Indonesia have high turnover rates and above the average turnover rate in all industries. Therefore, this research explores the impact of the work environment on employee motivation and turnover in the Indonesian garment industry. This research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out face to face. face interviews with 16 participants from two garment companies in Tangerang Regency, PT. ABC and PT. XYZ. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis. From the interview results, it is known that the physical and non-physical work environment is an important aspect and has an influence on employee motivation and turnover at PT. ABC and PT. XYZ. The physical and non-physical work environment is included in Herzberg's theoretical factors, which if these factors are met, job dissatisfaction can be reduced. This increases employee motivation to complete work, feel comfortable at work, and have no intention of leaving. Maintaining a good physical and non-physical work environment is very important for both companies because it can affect employee motivation and turnover.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated development of today's technology means that interest in shopping online is increasing, one of the social media platforms, Tik Tok, also does not want to be left behind in terms of technology to expand its market, therefore Tik Tok has added the Tik Tok shop and live streaming shopping features to support needs. the market will shop online. However, when the TikTok shop is down, there are no live sales. This research aims to find out what can make people decide to buy The Originote products even though the TikTok shop is closed, and whether there is an influence between (1) electronic word of mouth on the decision. purchases, (2) celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions, and (3) brand image on purchasing decisions. The method for conducting this research is quantitative using multiple regression analysis with data collection techniques, namely a questionnaire using the Roscoe formula to obtain 54 samples. The population used as a sample is TikTok users who are aware of The Originote products. The research results show that electronic word of mouth, celebrity endorser, and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Digital wallet acceptance has a fairly good development in Indonesia. This is shown by the value of digital wallet transactions in Indonesia in February 2021 is known to have a total of 19.2 trillion or grew by 26.4 percent from year to year. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of digital wallets on the ease of visitor transactions at Bandung Indah Plaza (BIP). This study uses a type of survey research that uses tests and questionnaires as data collection instruments. By using quantitative approaches and qualitative approaches, and testing hypotheses using statistical test tools. Data quality test consists of validity and reliability test, Instrument test. The statistical methods used are simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the influence of digital wallets on the ease of transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of physical evidence, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Lawson, Serpong branch, Tangerang. The population in this study were consumers of Lawson, Serpong branch, Tangerang. The sample taken in this study was 390 respondents. By using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method. Data collection is done through a google form in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 5 Likert scale levels. The data analysis technique used in this study using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the variables Physical Evidence, Product Quality and Promotion have a positive influence both partially and simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at Lawson Serpong branch with a significant value <0.05. So it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that simultaneously all Physical Evidence, Product Quality, and Promotion variables have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Lawson, Serpong branch..

Abstract

The telecommunications industry in Indonesia, dominated by Generations Y and Z, is confronted with a deficiency in leadership abilities, resulting in a leadership gap. The presence of many generations in the workforce leads to a variety of values and communication styles, which intensify conflict. This research investigates the impact of adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and managerial ability on the leadership gap syndrome within the multigenerational workforce of a telecommunications company in Indonesia. In a quantitative approach, data was collected from approximately 128 employees of PT XYZ. The study employs a convenience sampling method and utilizes SmartPLS version 4.0.9.6 for analysis. The findings revealed a significant negative relationship between adaptive leadership and the leadership gap syndrome, emphasizing the importance of leaders being adaptable. Emotional intelligence showed a weak or non-significant association with the syndrome, suggesting a nuanced relationship. Managerial ability demonstrated a negative association with the leadership gap syndrome, supporting the idea that competent managers can bridge leadership gaps. While the leadership gap syndrome did not directly impact multigenerational workforce motivation, leadership adaptability, emotional intelligence, and managerial ability positively influenced motivation through their effects on the syndrome.

Abstract

Maximizing human resources is the main focus of the company in improving employee performance. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of reward, Punishment, and organizational culture on employee performance. Population and sample of 89 employees. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, and T-test. The results obtained reward, Punishment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Honda Cokroaminoto Sari Motor Denpasar. The conclusion of the study Adjust R Square of 0.775 means that the independent variables are reward, punishment, and organizational culture of 77.5 percent, and 22.5 percent is explained by other variables outside the model. Suggestions for future research add transformational leadership variables or other variables that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Summarecon Mall Serpong is a shopping center in the Tangerang area. Visitorswho enter the mall area for the first time will feel unfamiliar with its location. Ingeneral, visitors who come for the first time will ask the security division officer,then the security officer will help in answering the question. If the service providedby security division officers is not good, it will cause complaints from visitors. Oneof the efforts is to carry out excellent service training. The research method used inthis research uses quantitative research with a type of comparative research wherethe data is obtained using primary data. The techniques for collecting primary dataare through questionnaires and observation. Questionnaires are filled in bytraining participants to see their theoretical values and observations are carriedout by observers (mystery guests) who will fill in the form, to see their practicalvalues. The observation form contains statements on a 1-10 Likert scale. Samplecollection was used using non-probability with a purposive sampling techniquewhere samples were obtained from 50 people from the security division. Theresearch was analyzed using non-parametric inferential statistics using theKolmogorov Smirnov normality test and the Wilcoxon test method. The researchresults show that there is a difference between theoretical values and observationalvalues after excellent service training.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the work spirit of Bima City Transportation Department employees. The approach used in the research is an associative approach. The population in the study was 188 people with a sample of 32 ASN people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test and F test which were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. that Organizational Culture and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Morale of Bima City Transportation Service Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Stress on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Bima City Agriculture Service. The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study was 102 people with a sample of 60 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study was a simple linear regression analysis technique which was assisted by the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study showed that job stress had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Agriculture Service.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today has a significant effect on all human life and also makes business organizations easier to do business. Travel and tourism have illustrated how e-commerce can change the structure of the industry and in the process create new business opportunities. Although the online travel agent market is still small, it poses a threat to traditional/conventional travel agents because it operates 24 hours. However, travel companies can take advantage of opportunities by implementing e-commerce technology in their business. The purpose of this study was to identify whether brand, website usability, and price affect customer perceptions in choosing an online travel agent. The number of respondents participating in this study was 116 samples that could be taken using a random sampling method to Indonesian internet users who had made online transactions. This study uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS 21 statistical program. The results showed that the variables brand, website usability, and price have a positive effect partially and simultaneously on customer perceptions.
