Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and health facilities on inpatient satisfaction at Bunda General Hospital Jakarta. The population and research sample were 127 respondents. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling technique (purposive sample). Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software programme version 26.0. The research method uses a type of quantitative method research through an associative approach. The results of the study on the Service Quality variable (X1) show the results that there is an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the value of tcount> ttable and significant <0.05, namely; 4.106> 1.979 and significant 0.000 <0.05. In the Health Facility variable (X2) shows the results that there is an effect of health facilities on inpatient patient satisfaction at Bunda General Hospital Jakarta. Based on the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the value of tcount> ttable and significant <0.05, namely; 6,730> 1,979 significant 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously shows the results of the effect of service quality and health facilities on inpatient patient satisfaction at the Jakarta General Hospital. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous test) which shows the value of Fhitung> Ftabel and significant <0.05, namely; 160.527> 3.07 and significant <0.05, namely; 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Islamic worldview is a conceptual framework that plays an important role as a theoretical and applicative solution in understanding the dynamics of thinking of da'wah institutions. This article discusses how the Islamic worldview becomes a solid ideological foundation as well as practical guidelines for da'wah institutions in facing various contemporary challenges, such as modernization, secularization, religious pluralism, and information globalization. By using the principles of tawhid, the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah, and the values of sharia as the main footing, the Islamic worldview allows the development of adaptive da'wah theories that remain consistent with the essence of religious teachings. In addition, this worldview also directs da'wah communication strategies to be more effective through innovations in methods and media for delivering messages without compromising religious integrity. This study confirms that the application of Islamic worldview not only strengthens the religious identity of da'wah institutions but also increases their relevance and impact in the midst of socio-cultural changes of the people. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the Islamic worldview is needed to build a new paradigm in the development of da'wah thoughts and practices that are responsive to the needs of the times.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sistem pembayaran. Salah satu inovasinya  adalah QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), yang memungkinkan transaksi dilakukan secara cepat dan praktis tanpa uang tunai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan QRIS terhadap perilaku konsumen di era cashless society, khususnya dalam hal persepsi manfaat, keputusan penggunaan, dan perilaku konsumtif. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner daring berskala Likert. Sebanyak 130 responden, yang sebagian besar adalah generasi muda, berpartisipasi dalam pengumpulan data tersebut, kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum yang memahami transaksi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS telah diadopsi secara luas oleh konsumen berkat kemudahan, kecepatan, dan keamanannya, yang juga memengaruhi pilihan tempat belanja dan dianggap fleksibel untuk berbagai nilai transaksi. Meskipun demikian, kemudahan tersebut turut mendorong perilaku konsumtif, di mana pengguna cenderung lebih mudah mengeluarkan uang dan kurang menyadari jumlah pengeluaran mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa di era cashless society, literasi keuangan perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengatasi risiko konsumsi berlebihan yang dipicu oleh kemudahan transaksi digital QRIS

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of teachers as agents of change in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 4 Padang. Teachers are viewed not only as transmitters of knowledge but also as key drivers in fostering the transformation of students' values, attitudes, and skills. In the context of 21st-century educational dynamics and the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, teachers are required to possess competence, innovation, and responsiveness to change. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The findings indicate that teachers and staff at SMK Negeri 4 Padang play a strategic role as agents of change, although there are still obstacles such as limited facilities, low access to technology, and individual readiness to embrace innovation. The success of educational transformation is influenced by collaboration, leadership support, as well as teachers’ mental preparedness and professionalism. This study contributes to a better understanding of the strategies and readiness that teachers need in order to effectively meet the demands of educational change.

Abstract

Perkawinan anak masih menjadi masalah mendesak di Indonesia, dengan dampak negatif terhadap hak anak, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program edukasi dalam mencegah perkawinan anak melalui analisis perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan persepsi siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah sesi sosialisasi interaktif, melibatkan diskusi kelompok dan visualisasi melalui Lembar Karya Kreatif. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa tentang risiko dan dampak perkawinan anak, khususnya terkait kesehatan, pendidikan, dan hilangnya hak anak. Selain itu, program ini berhasil memotivasi siswa untuk menjadi agen perubahan di komunitas mereka. Namun, keterbatasan penelitian terletak pada cakupan yang hanya melibatkan satu sekolah, sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perluasan program edukasi serupa ke sekolah lain dan integrasi platform digital untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas. Penelitian lanjutan dapat mengeksplorasi pendekatan kolaboratif antara sekolah, pemerintah, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan dampak yang berkelanjutan dalam pencegahan perkawinan anak..

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that have the potential to expand the business sector and economy by providing extensive employment opportunities for the community.(Absari et al., 2023) The purpose of this study is to determine the challenges associated with using SWOT analysis as a method to improve competitiveness. Imminent risks can be controlled and future opportunities enhanced through strategic management. (Musnaeni et al., 2022) This article explains how to determine the TOWS Matrix including SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, and WT strategy or SWOT Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat Matrix. Case studies such as in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) case study on Petronas Chicken Noodle pasir gombong branch. This research uses a literature study methodology, examining a range of scholarly sources pertinent to the subject matter.  It is anticipated that the findings of this study will contribute both theoretically and practically to the analysis of business development through the use of strategic management science.

Abstract

In the all-digital era, market competition is getting tougher, and many technology-based innovations and strategies have been developed by business people. From business planning techniques, product marketing techniques, to establishing a business image to the public are now wrapped in technology. However, not all of them are able to absorb and apply it in their business, including in the MSME sector. A lot of the culprits are outdated parents, or old-fashioned people who don't want to adapt. Therefore, to improve the quality and competitiveness of local businesses, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need a digital-based training in an effort to improve competencies that are in line with the progress of the modern era. This training talks about how important it is to increase HR competencies for MSMEs in the digital era and how to utilize effective training in MSMEs in Mega Regency Housing, Bekasi Regency. The purpose of this training is to improve the application of digital technology in marketing management, operational efficiency, and innovation in employee development. The results of this training show a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors, this training prepares them to compete in an all-digital market which is certainly very competitive. In this training, it is expected that close collaboration will be the key to success in improving MSMEs in Mega Regency Housing through improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan manajemen satuan pendidikan dalam upaya mewujudkan sekolah yang bermutu dan memiliki daya saing tinggi. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal memerlukan tata kelola yang efektif, efisien, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin dinamis. Dalam konteks otonomi pendidikan, kepala sekolah memegang peran strategis sebagai manajer, pemimpin, dan penggerak utama kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan manajemen satuan pendidikan dapat dicapai melalui perencanaan strategis berbasis data, kepemimpinan transformasional, partisipasi aktif seluruh pemangku kepentingan sekolah, serta peningkatan kapasitas guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Sekolah yang menerapkan manajemen berbasis mutu terbukti lebih adaptif dalam menghadapi tantangan global, memiliki budaya kerja yang positif, serta mampu membangun citra sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang kompetitif. Kesimpulannya, penguatan manajemen satuan pendidikan merupakan kunci utama dalam menciptakan sekolah yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki daya saing dalam berbagai aspek, baik lokal maupun global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Regional Regulation (Perda) of Padang City in promoting transparent and participatory governance. Transparency and public participation are essential principles of good governance, requiring local governments to be open in decision-making processes and to actively involve citizens in public policy formulation. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as document analysis, in-depth interviews with local government officials, and direct observation. The findings indicate that the implementation of Padang City’s regional regulation has provided a legal framework for a more open government, particularly through public information disclosure, community involvement in development planning forums (Musrenbang), and the strengthening of independent oversight institutions. However, several challenges remain in the implementation process, including limited human resource capacity, low public awareness of participatory rights, and the suboptimal use of information technology. Therefore, strong political commitment, enhanced capacity building for government personnel, and continuous public education are needed to ensure that the regulation is effectively implemented and contributes meaningfully to the realization of a transparent, accountable, and participatory local government.

Abstract

The transformation of organizational communication in the digital era significantly influences how organizations interact with the public. This study analyzes the fictional organization Sunda Empire as a case study to examine how digital organizational communication can shape public perception and create social impact. Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature studies and online documentation, the research finds that uncontrolled digital communication can lead to the spread of hoaxes, the creation of misleading organizational images, and negative effects such as confusion, fraud, and psychological harm to society. Low digital literacy exacerbates these effects. The findings emphasize the importance of improving digital literacy, enforcing regulations on illegal organizations, and educating the public about responsible technology use. Collaboration between the government and the community is essential to prevent the destructive consequences of fictitious organizational communication in the digital age
