Abstract

With the research title “Analysis of the Peren of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the development and empowerment of the Cemba Village commuity, Enrekang sub-district, Enrekang district”. Advisor I Mr. Ruslang T. SE.,M.Si and Advisor II Mrs. Jumriani, SE., M.Si. Thesis on the economic development planning study program, faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. This study aims to determine 1) This study aims to describe the role of BUMDes in village development in Cemba Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. 2) Describe the role of Bumdes in empowering rural communities in Cemba Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that describes some of the findings of the data formulated in the form of words. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses word reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) the role of Bumdes in Cemba Village in Village Development, 2) Implementation of Bumdes in Village Development and Community Empowerment, 3) Lack of competent human resources in Bumdes, 4) People do not use BUMDES as a third party for economic recovery.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR),Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF)on Profitability in Indonesia with 8 Sharia Banks in Indonesia from 2016 - 2021. This study used the panel data method using the software eviews 10. From the results of the study, it shows that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the most appropriate. The regressionof this study shows that the variable Return on Equity, Financing to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. The variable Return on Asset has a Negative and Significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the Variable Non PerformingTo Deposit Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect. Based on the simultaneous test of Financing to Deposit Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Asset and Non Performing Financing was significant at 98.62% and the remaining 1.38% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the model. This research is expected to the Indonesian government to pay attention to the influence of FDR, ROE, ROA, and NPF on profitability in each Bank Region of Indonesia.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the largest international trade commodities in the world. This raises competitiveness and challenges for coffee producing countries in the world to produce good quality products, one of which is Indonesia. The Indonesian plantation sectoris an important sector for the national economy, producing superior coffee commodities inthe international market. This study aims to determine the effect Gross Domestic Product real United States, US dollar exchange rate, international coffee prices, Indonesian coffeeproduction, American coffee consumption, and world coffee production on the volume ofIndonesian coffee exports to the United States for the period 1996 to 2021 using regressionanalysis Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results show that Indonesian coffee production has a positive effect and world coffee production has a negative effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports to the United States.Gross Domestic Product US real terms, USdollar exchange rate, international coffee prices, and US coffee consumption have no effecton the volume of Indonesian coffee exports to the US. Indonesian coffee exports to the United States, although still prospective, face quite tight competition in the international market.

Abstract

Many people think that there has been a degradation or loss of local wisdom values inherited by their ancestors inthe form of mental attitudes that are full of morality-based values, such as the nature of Getteng (assertiveness), Lempu (honesty) and Ada Tongeng (the only one). words and actions), all of which are summarized in a package of cultural attitudes (Cultural Attitude) that is upheld, namely Siri (Highest Honor). ' and Getteng on Employee Performance at the Tirta Karajae Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) office, Parepare City. Respondents who were used as samples in the study after calculating the slovin formula were 90 people.The method used in this study is a quantitative model approach where data is obtained through questionnaires and will then be processed using the SPSS application. The results of the analysis obtained show that the value of local wisdom of Lempu and Getteng has a negative but not significant impact on employee performance, while the value of Siri' local wisdom has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tirta Karajae Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Parepare City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for the development of Fun English Education Course Institutions and find the right marketing strategy in implementing marketing mix which includes 4P (product, promotion, place, people) at Fun English Education Course Institutions to achieve targets using the SWOT Analysis approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative which can answer the problems that have been found by researchers and analyze the phenomena that occur in Fun English Education accompanied by a SWOT analysis to review the strengths and opportunities that the institution has andthen make maximum use of it to overcome the weaknesses and threats that arise. faced. After carrying out a SWOT analysis and formulating a new strategy, it turns out that Fun English Education in terms of development still has marketing strategy constraints from various sectors. For this reason, Fun English Education needs to maintain the strategy that has been successfully implemented and develop a more varied product differentiation and prioritize promotional activities to various schools on certain activities.

Abstract

As the company's development continues to increase, companies are expected to disclose reporting on the impactof ESG. To maintain the sustainability of the ecosystem, a sustainability report is needed. This study aims to empirically testthe effectiveness of sustainability reporting on firm value by using a literature review on the Scopus journal index with identified 200 articles Scopus published between 2015-2022. Then it evaluated by using PRISMA based on predetermined criteria. The results showed various findings. Sustainability reporting has negative impact in social and environment in banking sector but has positive significant in manufacturing sector and tourism sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to have an in-depth analysis of the relationship between Talent Management and Organizational Performance. As well as knowing in detail the role of political skills in the organization. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The data for this study were collected from PT Bank Sulselbar through a survey method via a questionnaire, sampling using porpusive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), with tools (SPSS) which will provide clear results using validity and reliability testing, data normality test and classical assumption test. The results are in the positive direction and meet the research objectives, which reveal that there is a positive relationship between talent management and subsequent organizational performance, Political skills moderate the relationship between talent management and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study emphasizes the factors of career development and work experience, because these cannot be separated from employee performance which can support the achievement of the organization as a whole. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1). To analyze career developmenton the performance of employees at the Regional Financial Board of the City of Parepare (2) To analyze work experience on the performance of employees at the Regional Financial Board of the City of Parepare. 3). To analyze career development and work experience on employee performance at the Regional Financial Board of the City of Parepare. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and sampling using probability sampling. In this study, the sample used was 77 employees of the Parepare City Regional Finance Agency. The results of the study are as follows: (1). the career development variable (X1) is 0.438 with atcount of 3.588 > from a ttable of 1.992 and a significance of 0.05 (sig.= 0.001 <0.05). (2). the work experience variable (X2) is 0.433 with tcount 3.545 > from ttable 3.545 and a significance of 0.05 (sig.=<0.05). (3). career development variables (X1) and work experience (X2) together influence employee performance variables (Y) where Fcount > Ftable 65.590 > 3,12.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect poverty in the city of Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis methods with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. Thisstudy uses time series data from 2002-2021. The variables used in this study are population, Gross Regional Domestic Product, inflation, unemployment, and Human Development Index in Surakarta city from 2002-2021. The test results showed that population and unemployment significantly affect the level of poverty. HDI and GDPnegatively affect poverty levels. Inflation has no effect on poverty. The implication of the test results is the unresolved problem of poverty in the city of Surakarta from 2002-2021. Policies that need to be done are to createa family planning program to stabilize the population, maximize productivity and resources to increase GDP and HDI, and expand employment to reduce unemployment in the city of Surakarta.

Abstract

Dynamic marketing capabilities (DMC) are critical for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on their way to enter international markets. This study provides an in-depth explanation of bibliometric analysis, which contributes to various literatures by examiningthe research features of dynamic marketing capabilities. Aims to analyze scientific mapping related to keywords. by utilizing the puplish or perish (PoP) software the google shoolar database is then visualized on the VOSviewer device. Searches were performedwith the keywords “dynamic marketing capabilities” OR “DMC' without specifying a year. The result is that there are 15 articles starting in 2011 – 2022, in the last five years there has been very little research on dynamic marketing capabilities, namely 8 articles, This is obtained from the results of the analysis in table 3. Based on data collected from the Google Scholar database, over the past10 years there has not been found any research that examines Bibliometric analysis on the topic of dynamic marketing capabilitiesin Indonesia. Furthermore, bibliometric analysis of citations shows the contribution of article publishers in the past year. Of the 8 articles in table 3, only the top three articles have the highest number of citations which are the biggest contributors to research onthe topic of dynamic marketing capabilities.
