Abstract

Islamic Commercial Banks is one of the institutions that provide financing for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to analyze the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Inflation, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Margin Levels on Small and Medium Enterprises (PUKM) financing in Islamic Commercial Banks. The type of data used in this study is secondary data derived from monthly statistical reports on Islamic banking which are accessed through the official website of the financial services authority and the website of Bank Indonesia. The period of this research is from 2016 to 2021. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study concluded that DPK and Margin Level had a significant effect on PUKM. While inflation and NPF have no significant effect on PUKM. Islamic commercial banks as intermediary institutions can increase financing for SMEs by maximizing DPK and margin levels in the hope that financing for SMEs can increase economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, Non-Performing Financing, and Return On Asset on the distribution of Islamic banking financing in the period from 2011 to 2020. The study is a quantitative research that employs multiple linear regression tests as a hypothesis test and classical assumption tests before conducting hypothesis testing. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from annual report of each bank published from 2011 to 2021. The population in this study consists of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, which originally consisted of 15 banks. However, this year, three banks, namely BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Syariah Mandiri, have merged to become Bank Syariah Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, proposing several criteria to ensure that the sample was representative of the population. Therefore, five Islamic commercial banks were selected as the sample size. The results indicate that liquidity and Non-Performing Financing have no effect on the distribution of Islamic banking financing in Indonesia, while Return On Asset has a significant effect on the distribution of Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. Furthermore, liquidity, Non- Performing Financing, and Return On Asset have a joint effect on the distribution of Islamic banking financing in Indonesia.

Abstract

Companies are trying to prepare their organizations to face the challenges in the VUCA era. The influence of VUCA also influences the field of human resources. Talented employees become superior and change changers. To deal with situations full of uncertainty requires learning agility, namely individuals who can survive, where they can adapt and are able to learn quickly from existing experiences and opportunities and are able to apply what they have learned to gain success in new situations. This study aims to analyse the level of learning agility of human resources at state-owned banks in the city of Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method using the three box method analysis tool. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who are employees of state-owned banks in the city of Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the learning agility level of human resources at State-owned banks in Makassar city is in the medium learning agility level category.

Abstract

The allocation of village funds is one of the government policies that is prioritized to finance development and community empowerment whose implementation is prioritized by self management using local resources, and is strived to absorb more local community workers. his study aims to determine themanagement and utilization of village fund allocations (ADD) in Botto Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency using an empirical juridical qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, the management of village fund allocations which are determined based on the amount of Village Fund Allocation received by each village in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, especially Botto village runs according to the rules of the city government and the rules in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and is implemented properly. Seeing the many developments that have been realized and followingthe mechanism in managing the allocation of funds and the utilization of village fund allocations in development, it is well realized and can be felt by various ranks, especially the village community itself as well as in improving the economic level of the community in Botto Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. changes in accordance with community expectations, supervision of Botto Village has been said to be able to carry it out, the utilization of village fund allocations in development is well realizedand can be felt by various ranks, especially the village community itself as a whole. so as to improve the economic standard of the community.

Abstract

Organizational ethics influence the formation of a good environmental atmosphere for all members of the organization. The application of ethics in the organization will be able to increase employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational ethics and job satisfaction in small and medium enterprises(SMEs) in South Sulawesi. This study was analyzed using the multiple regression method by taking research objects from 350 SME actors in three districts, namely East Luwu, Bone, and Tana Toraja in South Sulawesi. This research is built from three ethical concepts on typology,namely the climate of egoistic ethics, the climate of kindness ethics, and the climate of principled ethics. The results of the study found that there was no effect of top management support for ethical behaviour on job satisfaction. Individual efforts in finding suitability with the work environment create space so that the relationship does not show significant value. Theethical climate with job satisfaction shows a significant and positive value, but the egoistic ethical climate gets the lowest score. Conversely, a climate of benevolence (kind), gives effect employee awareness which creates a sense of satisfaction. Ethics of company behaviour in career success has a significant and negative effect on job satisfaction. Career ethics that are valued or not appreciated, have the opposite effect on the level of job satisfaction. The researchimplies that the results of mapping ethical values and satisfaction can be in the form of a codeof ethics in business that reflects employees' ideas and organizational cultural values which canbe taught in Business Ethics courses at all levels of higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence domestic investment. This research is a quantitative study conducted to determine the direction and magnitude of the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), District Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Workforce, and Taxes on PMDN in regencies/cities in Central Java province in 2019- 2021. The data used is a combination of time series and cross section data obtained from BPS Central Java. The analysis tool used is panel data regression. The selected model is the FEM model. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there are two variables that have a positive and significant effect on PMDN in the model, namely GRDP and UMK. Meanwhile, the other three variableshave no significant effect on PMDN. Based on research that has been done to keep the investment climate stable, the government can increase the minimum wage and maintain economic stability.

Abstract

The analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing through determination test and t (partial) test. The results of this study indicate that partially Production Costs have a positive and significant effect on Net Income (Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cases in Bulukumba Regency) as indicated by a calculated T value of 3.498 > Table T value of 2.04523 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0. 05. Sales have a positive and significant effect on net income (Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bulukumba Regency) as indicated by a calculated T value of 2.692 > Table T value of 2.04523 and a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk in embracing digital business innovation and transformation. How is the financial performance of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk studied included ratio analysis techniques such as liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Quantitative descriptive is the statistical analysis method used. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio has liquid criteria, while the quick ratio does not match the current ratio liquidity criteria. In terms of debt to asset ratio solvency standards, the company PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk has a solvable standard, while debt to equity ratio has a non solvable standard. Then, in terms of profitability, return on assetshas generally less effective criteria compared to return on equity which has effective criteria. The results of this study can be concluded that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk is considered not ready to implement an economic and business growth program based on technological and digital innovation due to the condition of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk which is not healthy. However, this can enable this company to be better, if PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk improved its company's performance, especially on debt to asset equity and return on assets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the regional minimum wage (UMR), human development index (IPM), labor force participation rate (TPAK) and poverty on economic growth in districts/cities in Central Java Province during the period 2017 - 2021.The analytical tool used in this study, namely panel data regression. The data used in this study are time series and cross section data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics(BPS) of Central Java. The model chosen in this study is REM. Based on the results of theanalysis, it is known that the UMR has a positive and significant relationship, HDI has a positive and significant relationship, while TPAK has a negative and not significant relationship, meanwhile, poverty has a negative and significant relationship. Based on theresearch that has been done, the government can increase the UMR and liveability as wellas guarantee public education to increase economic growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial performance as represented by four variables, namely: Current ratio, Return on Equity, Earning per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices. The population in this study are transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 9 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with multiple regression methods and using SPSS for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices, Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Earning per Share has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices, and the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices.
