Abstract

Farms store Ardia Tani Makmur as drug - store fertilizers and other agricultural ty that sells various types of fertilizers and medicines . Ardia Tani Makmur Toko Agriculture is still using the conventional system in preparing reports sales transaction , so it is still frequent errors in preparing reports . The purpose of the research is the creation of an information system to facilitate reporting of sales transactions . The method used is literature , observation , interviews , analysis, design , manufacture program . With this system is expect ed to help process transactions so users can process data more quickly and can generate precise information .

Abstract

Administrative data processing are things that must be considered in detail. Good data processing goods and other administrative data. Data processing of goods either at the time the goods enter, update the data, as well as other related activities. Processing of the correct data will generate valid information. So also the withdrawal by the administration that must be taken seriously. CV. Assyifa is a business engaged in the sale Stationery Office (ATK) and Digital Printing. Company located in the center o f Tebo's airport sales and printing services to public and private agencies and the local community. The price offered is quite commensurate with the quality that CV. Assyifa always crowded. CV. Assyifa encounter obstacles in administrative data processing . During this CV. Assyifa in administrative data processing activities are still using a large book in noting any changes that occur, so that frequent errors in preparing reports. For that we need a Web programming applications to overcome these problems. With the programming language PHP (Personal Home Page) Hypertext Preprocessor and MySQL will create a Web-based application. PHP is a scripting language that can be implanted or inserted into HTML. PHP can be used to build Web applications. MySQL is a software SQL database management system or DBMS (Data Base Management System). With PHP and MySQL usual Dynamic Duo will be the solution in building management applications Web -based administration. So as to facilitate in making the report is good and right, as well as in making a sale can be online and handling several branch stores will also be easier

Abstract

The aims of this study to evaluate the performance of companies about sales activities and cash receipts which resulted in the presentation of cash receipts and sales report on CV Pinang Tunggal is becoming less effective, and providing advice to develop the company become a company with the good administrations and systems, that can improve the performance of the company to be more effective and efficient to produce cash receipt and sales reports. The results showed that there are still many weaknesses in information sales and cash receipt. With the good accounting information system on CV Pinang Tunggal especially about cash receipts and sales the company, internal control in the company will be controlled and the mana ger can makes the good decision for the company strategy.

Abstract

Kesadaran sebagaian instansi atau perusahaan akan pentingnya arsip, memicu pemikiran bahwa bagaimana cara menyimpan dan mengemas arsip agar tidak rusak, mudah menyimpannya, mudah ditemukan kembali, serta hemat biayanya. Salah satu solusinya adalah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berupa suatu aplikasi yang terkomputerisasi untuk penyimpanan arsip, dengan kata lain arsip dik emas dalam bentuk elektronik atau digital yang dapat diakses tentunya bagi yang berkepentingan dan mempunyai otoritas untuk mengakses arsip tersebut. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Borland Delphi 7.0 dengan database nya menggunakan MYSQL serta laporan output menggunakan QReport, dan untuk perancangan basis data menggunakan MySQL ODBC 3.51.12.

Abstract

PT. Bintang Toedjoes Jambi menggunakan MMJ (Marketing Merchandising Jobber) sebagai jasa pemasaran barang, selain itu PT. Bintang Mas Jambi juga telah menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi dalam mengolah data MMJ tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel dalam pengolahan data Income (Penjualan dan Gaji) MMJ (Marketing Merchandising Jobber). Dengan sistem seperti ini, terdapat beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya sering mengalami kesalahan dalam pencatatan, pencarian data yang lama,redudansi data, penyimpanan data yang tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik serta terjadi pemborosan media penyimpanan, karena sebelum di masukan ke Microsoft Excel terlebih dahulu data tersebut di catat dalam pembukuan, sehingga sistem pengolahan data yang dihasilkan kurang efisien dan efektif

Abstract

Growing information technology as it is today, it is encouraging the emergence of information technology devices it is often associated with the development of computers that the more days undergoing significant change, resulting in an information system. One way to build a system of hiri ng decision makers at PT. BBIP using the Profile Matching. At the PT. BBIP, recruitment still manually with the assessment of the applicant's done one by one, so it takes a long time to make decisions. With the development of the information technology world, it is necessary to program applications that are localized for determining the assessment in decision making recruitment so as to provide time efficiency and effectiveness in selecting applicants at PT. BBIP. This study was developed in PT. BBIP Jambi. This system dikembang the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and database Ms. Access as for data input is applicant data, assessment data, the data gap, the data weighting and data perangkingan. The input data will be processed and produce output reports applicant data and report the results of assessment of applicants that can be used to determine applicants who deserved to be an employee at PT. BBIP

Abstract

This study aims to build Data Processing Information Systems Assets Office Talang Babat Tanjung Jabung Timur, According to the Regulation No. 4 of 2007, the understanding of the management itself is a series of activities ranging from planning, procurement, use, utilization, security, maintenance, removal, alienation , administration, assessment, coaching, supervision and control. Village asset management carried out by the appropriate rules, that where such activities can be a land-use village treasury, and other activities mentioned in the Regulation No. 4 of 2007. In order to simplify and speed up data processing goods at the village office .. This system built using Delphi 7 Programming Languages and Ms. Access as the database as for data input is employee data, room data, and data assets. The input data to be processed in the process of inputting data. While the output of the asset data reports KANTOR DESA TALANG BABAT. The results showed with the construction of this information system, the data processing and reporting of data items becomes easier, faster and data recording errors can be avoided, so that the process of reporting to the head office of the village can be in accordance with the specified time.

Abstract

Expert systems (expert systems) is a software package or a package of computer programs shown as a provider of advice and aids in solving problems in certain specialist fields such as science, engineering, mathematics, medicine, education and so forth. This research aims to devise an expert system application to determine the type of fertilizer suitable for growing peanuts can assist the Department of Agricultu re Asahan district to provide counseling to farmers with forward chaining method. The design of this application is made to the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2010. Through this application, users can consult with the appropriate system to consult with an expert to find out what fertilizer suitable for the type of land owned by the user

Abstract

Senior high schools 10 Batanghari located in the district of Muaro Bulian Jambi province is in needof quality improvement and the ability of each student in understanding the subject matter, his special subjects of Biology at the material that is Kingdom Animalia Vertebrate animals (vertebrate) and invertebrates (invertebrates), for class XI Science by using face-to- face class. Submission of material is usually just use the lecture method as well as the lack of motivation of students in the learning process can impede the progress of State high schools 10 Batanghari scientific achievement in improving its students. Making multimedia -based applications aim to build a Teaching Tool application that can assist teachers in presenting the material and to increase students' understanding of Vertebrate animals (vertebrate) and invertebrates (invertebra te).
