Abstract

Rumah sakit jiwa jambi sebagai salah satu instansi pemerintahan di Jambi, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi dalam pengolahan data pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaharui sistem yang ada dan membangun aplikasi yang efisien dan efektif dalam pemakaiannya, s ehingga di harapkan bisa membantu karyawan rumah sakit jiwa dalam pengolahan data pasien. Hasil dari penelitian adalah di butuhkannya sistem baru dalam pengolahan data pasien rawat inap dan rawat jalan rumah s akit jiwa. Dengan memanfaatkan Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan Microsoft Access 2007 sebagai penyimpanan data, di bangunlah sebuah sistem baru berupa aplikasi pengolahan data pasien rumah sakit jiwa yang dapat membantu dalam pembuatan laporan data pasien rumah sakit jiwa dengan mudah

Abstract

Web design and web programming are two terms that are very popular among web developers, web design is designing, web designing, web programming while is the person in charge to write the script for a site web programming. Both should complement each other to build a dynamic and interactive websites. Information technology, particularly through the internet media has grown so fast, especially with wireless or wireless media. Use of the Internet as a medium of information is very useful because it can be accessed by anyone. With a system that will be built in BPMPPT aims to provide information and data licensing service. Th is system was built with PHP programming language and uses MySQL as the database. With this system the user also can find instructions or procedures and licensing requirements in the conduct in this office, and also the user can know which companies are already listed in this BPMPPT office

Abstract

Determination of nutrient intake in pregnant women is categorized as one example the case of multiple criteria, due to the capacity determination of nutrition, the diet of preg nant women is different, so do not rule out the possibility that making a decision is a very vital in determining the decisions to be taken on nutrition pregnant mother. Decision-making can be influenced by several aspects, it can affect the speed in taking decisions by decision makers when decision-making must be quick and accurate. This research aims to develop a decision support system for the selection of nutritious food for pregnant women using the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Fuzzy AHP method is an analytical method development of AHP. Although AHP is used in dealing with qualitative and quantitative criteria in AHP Fuzzy MCDM yet considered better in describing the decision vague than AHP. The system is built with the programmin g language delphi7 connected with PHPMyAdmin MySQL database. The input data in this system are: the data criteria and subcriteria, the food menu data, the data of pregnant women. While the output is on the food menu selection with election results or methods of Fuzzy AHP. The results showed that with a decision support system Fuzzy AHP method, pregnant women can determine the diet based on the recommendation.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pada website sekolah SMP Islam Al-falah Jambi yang ada sekarang masih memiliki berbagai kekurangan dari kejelasan informasi serta masih banyaknya link yang belom aktif. Hal ini merupakan permasalahan utama dalam sistem informasi yakni data yang belom akurat. Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perlunya pengelolaan yang baik terhadap website dengan menggunakan pemograman Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 sebagai pembuatan website untuk mendesain. Hasil yang didapat adalah website memiliki informasi yang akurat serta sebuah media pembelajaran dalam bentuk e-learning sebagai pelengkap dari pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

GMC (Gunung Manahan City) is an enterprise engaged in the field of sport. It faces the challenge of improving the quality of service for customers. The system used in the process of leasing the field on GMC Futsal still using manual systems, using paper media as a means pengimputan and storing data so that if necessary the data, it will take quite a long time to look for it and allow the duplication of data that can hinder the process of service to pelangan. From the problems above, an application designed to solve the problems. Operational Data Processing Information Systems In Futsal Gmc Jambi using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and My SQL. Information Systems data processing Futsal Field, is expected to address the issue in court bookings, scheduling arrangements and process customer transactions. So that arrangements can be done centrally and simplify the management stages of the collected data.

Abstract

Human resources within an enterprise organization is very important to support the progress and quality of a place of business in achieving its objectives. Promotion is a very important factor for employee career planning and also to rejuvenate a proposed positions. Mandiri Jaya Farm is one of the businesses engaged in poultry which until today still find problems in time will determine whether employees eligible or not to be given a promotion because promotion process is currently only based on factors long worked alone and did not see aspects other. This research aims to develop a decision support system of promotion so it minimizes the error correcting candidate assessment process in order to obtain a more precise and accurate assessment. This system is built using the programming language Visual Basic .NET 2008. The need is employee data input, the data position, variable data, data categories, the data niai, and data calculation profile matching. If the needs of the process in the form of employee data. The output of the report need to determine a suitable employee to gain promotion process. The method used in this research is the method Profile Matching. This method outlines a process of comparing the actual data values ​​from a profile that will be judged by the value of the expected profile, so it can be the difference competence (also called gap). The results showed that a decision support system Profile Matching method can be used as a tool for the Mandiri Jaya Farm in determining karyaan eligible to get a promotion.

Abstract

Multi-media application is used as a medium of education that provide information about prevention and transmission of HIV / AIDS virus in transsexuals and homosexuals. The author designed a media outreach prevention and transmission of HIV / AIDS among transvestites and homosexuals in the city of Jambi using Adobe Flash CS3 and Adobe Photoshop software support. Disease Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a disease that is widespread among people in the world. In Indonesia, the population contract cases of HIV / AIDS is very high, since 1999-2015, the reported cases are of approximately 400,000 and in Jambi was as many as 1,349 people. So that now, HIV / AIDS cases is increasing from year to years.Our goal of this research is to reduce the spread of HIV / AIDS in Jambi and add insight and knowledge about HIV / AIDS to transvestites and homosexuals in the city of Jambi and facilitate Health Organization Nahdlatul Ulama (LKNU) in conducting counseling.
