Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan lanjutan daripada penelitian awal yang telah dilakukan pada matakuliah Manajemen Proyek Sistem Informasi (MPSI) , dan telah diikutkan pada seminar International Conference on Technical and Vocation Education and Training, di Bukit Tinggi pada tanggal 16-17-Oktober 2015 yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). Dan Jambi International Seminar Education (Jise), diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Negeri Jambi (Unja). Hasil penelitian awal menunjukan, bahwa kualitas pengajaran MPSI dengan model tatap muka (konvensioanal) berada pada katagori cukup, sehingga perlu dikembangkanlah sebuah model Blended Learning yaitu mengabungkan model tatap muka dengan model e-learning, untuk memperbaiki kualitas pengajaran menjadi lebih baik. Dilakukan Posttest pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebagai kelanjutan dari pretest yang dilakukan sebelumnya, hasil posttest akan dibandingkan dengan pretes untuk melihat segnifikasi dari pengembangan model yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-undang No. 25 Tahun 2004 Tentang sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional ( SPPN 2004), kedudukan perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Indonesia menjadi semakin kuat. Argumentasi yang semula berkembang tentang tidak perlunya pembangunan diatur melalui sistem perencanaan dalam era otonomi daerah, otomatis sudah tidak perlu diperdebatkan lagi. Dengan adanya undang-undang tersebut, maka penyusunan perencanaan menjadi suatu kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap aparat pemerintah dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya sehari-hari dan bila hal ini tidak dilakukan akan menimbulkan implikasi hukum tertentu (Sjafrizal 2009, hlm.3). Undang-undang Republik Indonesia nomor 18 tahun 2002 tentang sistem nasional penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, telah menimbulkan optimisme baru dalam penataan dan pengelolaan aset daerah yang lebih tertib, akuntabel, dan transparan untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

Thesis titled Media Information Sarina Muarabulian CV –Based Website motivated by problems with the slow progress on the CV Sarina , giving rise to a new initiative of the owner of CV CV Sarina Sarina to introduce to the public. With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology , then the owner of an online promotional things look very appropriate . Given the problems tersebutlah , the author and owner of CV Sarina conduct mutual cooperation had a positive impact . In addition to being a media campaign making of this website also serves as a medium for online sales . Making this website using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. So it is expected with this website , will be a solution for the CV Sarina to further expand its business . Data was obtained through field studies and literature.

Abstract

Abstract

Sistem pakar merupakan sebuah sistem mengenai kecerdasan buatan yang dirancang untuk dapat menirukan keahlian seorang pakar dalam menjawab pertanyaan dan menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pakar untuk melakukan deteksi terhadap kerusakan elektrikal kendaraan khususnya pada mobil Nissan Euro 220 yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu para montir dalam menemukan solusi untuk memperbaiki kerusakan elektrik mobil jenis Nissan Euro 220 dengan menggunakan metode backwardchaining. Perancangan aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic 6.0 10 dan MySQL. Melalui aplikasi ini, montir dapat melakukan konsultasi dengan sistem layaknya berkonsultasi dengan seorang pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan yang terjadi pada kelistrikan kendaraan sehingga dapat menemukan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Agen Gas LPG PT. Bin Daud Karya Maju merupakan suatu perusahaan yang mendistribusikan LPG untuk wilayah kota, Di agen gas PT. Bin Daud ini terjadi aktivitas pemindahan tabung LPG jenis 3 kg isi dan kosong dari tempat bongkar muat tabung dari truk ke gudang, Beralihnya penggunan minyak tanah pada rumah tangga ke gas, dan juga faktor murahnya harga gas. Selama ini pengolahan datanya yaitu dicatat kedalam buku dan sekarang menggunakan microsoft exel, sehingga mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu dan keterlambatan data yang mengakibatkan tidak efisien, Informasi yang disajikan seperti pembuatan laporan sering mengalami keterlambatan dikarenakan waktu yang lama untuk memprosesnya sehingga tidak dapat disajikan sewaktu waktu, hal tersebut menyebabkan fungsi- fungsi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional kantor belum dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal, Dalam tugas kerja praktek ini dibuatlah aplikasi pengolahan data yang digunakan untuk membantu atau mempermudah pengolahan kantor gas lpg 3kg dalam mengelolah usahanya,Pengembangan perangkat lunaknya menggunakan metode penelitian terstruktur. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic 6.0 dengan menggunakan database microsoft acces. Dari penulisan ini dihasilkan suatu rancangan aplikasi pengolahan data yang dapat mempermudah pengolahan data gas elpiji 3 kg pada PT. Bin Daud Karya Maju dalam pembuatan data, dan pengolahan laporan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are as follows: Analyze and study the information systems that run on Cooperative Korem Gapu 042, identify the problems that occur in the Cooperative Korem Gapu 042, Designing information systems services savings and loans cooperatives Skorem Gapu 042 computerized To apply a good information system in order to develop cooperative Korem Gapu 042. the system applied in the Cooperative Office Korem 042 Gapu Jambi still be said to be due to manual data processing still use manual transactions. By using the system to manual it will display an indication of the occurrence of errors in data processing of transactions. Given pentinganya implementation of information systems, either in a cooperative, needed a better development by changing the manual system to a computerized system.

Abstract

The development of science and technology offers facilities in carrying out the activity and employment. The presence of this technology is intended to achieve better results in achieving the accuracy of information. With a good information system will provide easy access to a variety of things to be desired. Implementation of technology is the application of soft computing that can help improve a person's performance at work and overcome existing within the school environment as well as decision support systems. One method that is used by principals to improve education quality by assessing the performance of teachers. Its aim is to determine the level of quality teachers in schools with an application based decision support system, it is intended that the assessment would be far more effective. This is done with the input of several criteria as indicators and generate performance assessment reports.

Abstract

During this time, the data processing system at the Police Jaluko criminals have used a computer but not as optimal as possible, so it takes a long time to search criminal data on police Jaluko. The purpose of this thesis was to study the data processing system at the police criminal Jaluko, identify weaknesses that may be in it and designed a new application program using Visual Basic 6.0. With the data processing system is expected to change the old system to the new system. By using Visual Basic 6.0, changes to the data processing system is intended facilitate processing of criminal data on police Jaluko, so that later the data can be processed properly and quickly. The results of this study demonstrate using data processing applications properly designed, data validation has been able to do since pengimputan, process data and reports presented during the data entered is true.

In particular, this plant is the result of farming used as a food flavoring. It is often the case, many of the losses caused by the plant diseases to be diagnosed late and already reached a severe and lead to crop failure.
