Abstract

The Al-Quran learning process requires effective approaches and methods, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, many problems will be faced in online learning that is not in line with expectations. The quantum learning approach is an alternative solution in learning the Qur'an online during a pandemic. This study aims to elaborate on the process of learning the Koran with a quantum learning approach. This research makes an essential contribution to the development of effective Al-Quran learning. This study uses a phenomenological approach with a type of field study that focuses on a quantum learning approach during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data sources of this research were obtained through in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation which were processed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Based on the study of Al-Quran, learning using a quantum learning approach creates an active, innovative, and fun learning process. In the Al-Quran learning process, SDIT LHI applies seven stages of learning that are carried out systematically and coordinated, including opening, apperception, concept planting, understanding, skills or exercises, evaluation, and finally closing. The quantum learning approach plays a role in increasing the effectiveness of online Qur'an learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This article discusses labor rights in the laws and regulations in Indonesia. In particular, regarding the rights of workers who are approaching retirement age. There are also laws that are the subject of discussion, namely Law Number 13 of 2013 concerning Manpower and Law Number 11 of 2020 (Omnibus Law). All of this is also discussed from an Islamic perspective. The focus is on the Maqasid Sharia concept, as an effort to protect religion, life, wealth/property, intellect/mind, and descendants or the next generation, from every individual on earth. Maqasid sharia always relies on the principles of justice and the welfare of the people. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that there are a number of problems in the application of laws relating to employment in Indonesia. Especially, in the new law, namely, the 2020 Omnibus Law. The problems referred to include, among other things, the unclear working contract period, changes to the minimum wage provisions, complicated outsourcing rules, the concept of termination of employment, and ambiguous leave terms. The government must pay attention to these findings. Viewed from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah, the lack of clarity on the term of the employment contract, the provisions of the minimum wage, outsourcing, and termination of employment can be classified as endangering one's financial aspects (wealth). While the issue of leave often has a negative impact on a person's physical and mental health (life and mind). This study is expected to have theoretical benefits in the fields of employment, public policy, and Omnibus Law. There is also a practical benefit for readers is to open up insight about the problems around, in connection with the Omnibus Law. Abstract

Cash waqf has great potential as a source of productive waqf funds that aim to build the people's economy and improve the welfare of the community. Productive waqf is the waqf property used in production activities and the results are distributed according to the purpose of the waqf. Many productive waqf designs have been developed by several parties engaged in the Islamic economic sector, such as the distribution of cash waqf funds for the empowerment of small and medium enterprises (SME). As has been done by the Global Action Agency for Fast Responses in Madiun, in which the distribution of waqf funds is channeled to small and medium-sized enterprises owned by the community using a debit and credit mechanism. There are pros and cons to the design of productive waqf like this because according to some opinions, waqf funds can only be produced for the social interests of the people, not for personal use, besides that according to waqf regulations in force in Indonesia, waqf assets may not be sold, given away, used as collateral, and may not be used as collateral. transferred in the form of transfer of other things. Departing from the various problems that need to be reviewed and analyzed in-depth, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive method by describing the actual state of the phenomenon of the object under study and then comparing it with the existing theory. The first stage is to collect data regarding the management and distribution practices of Cash Waqf funds at the Global Action Agency for Aksi Cepat Tanggap Madiun. The second stage is managing the data that has been obtained, then the last stage, the data obtained is tested and analyzed according to Islamic law and waqf regulations in Indonesia, and then finds the results of the research. With the source of the data obtained from the ACT Institution and the party receiving the funds used for the source and SME. The purpose of this study was to find out the practice of managing and distributing cash waqf funds at the Global Aksi Cepat Tanggap Madiun Institute and to determine their compliance with Islamic law and waqf regulations that apply in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pesantren also accompanied the beginning of the journey and development of Islam. As an educational institution that breathes Islam, Pesantren can grow and develop. In this study, the author chose Pesantren al-Jannatu DÄrul Ma’wa Condromowo as the subject of the study. Pesantren Condromowois a Salaf Pesantren that focuses its attention on people who have mental illness in addition to continuing to teach religious sciences. This study aims to see the process of shifting the function of pesantren, what context is behind the change in function, and how the implications of changing the function of pesantren. This research uses historical research methods with stages of topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The historical analysis is supported by literature studies, interviews, and observations. This result shows that several things background the development and changes of Pesantren. In the external context of the changes that occur in the case of increasing the percentage of mentally ill students every year, the impact of modernization, and the view that pesantren is a place of treatment for alternative In the internal context, change occurs due to the science and attitude of the Kiai in responding to the changes that occur. The implication is that there is a new typology in the world of pesantren, namely Pesantren Rehabilitation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interreligious education model in Islamic religious education and identify the concept of religious maturity in the application of the interreligious education model in Islamic religious education. This article was written using a qualitative approach and library research. Sources of data are taken from various library sources in the form of journals, books, theses, reports and so on that have relevance to the target object in this study, the researcher then process the data, until finally making the final conclusions from the research results. Overall, the results of the analysis show that the interreligious education model is able to produce characteristics and values in the concept of religious maturity of students, including: 1) tolerance; 2) dynamic; 3) integral; 4) critical; and 5) love. Thus, educators who apply the interreligious education model are actually supporting the process of religious maturity of students. The results of this study are expected to be used as reference material for educators, especially in the subject area of Islamic Religious Education, to be able to dare to open their eyes to the diversity of religions that will be faced by their students in the future, so that efforts are made to apply an interreligious education model which of course remains constant implemented in the corridor of Islamic law.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the concept of learning design of Bella H. Banathy model, in addition to seeing the advantages and disadvantages of learning design of Bella H. Banathy model. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the Bella H. banathy model was oriented towards learning outcomes. The approach used is an approach based on the fact that learning activities are complex, consisting of several components that are well integrated with each other to achieve the best results, which can be called a systems approach. In addition, there are several advantages and disadvantages to the Bella H. Banathy model. Its advantages include being able to formulate and analyze specific goals, develop criteria based on formulated tests, analyze students' initial abilities, and evaluate improvements. While the weakness is a little so it is feared inefficient.

Abstract

This essay seeks to evaluate multicultural Islamic religious education in the home, examine the issues of multicultural Islamic religious education in contemporary Indonesia, and Identify the modern family's rejuvenation of multicultural Islamic religious education This paper employs phenomenological qualitative methodology using a random sample procedure. Utilized data collecting methods include interviews, observation, and documenting. Multicultural Islamic religious education in the family can be applied in Islamic households that accept religious differences and diversity, equality, justice, togetherness, peace, and respect for cultural diversity both within and outside the family. Multicultural Islamic religious education in the family can be applied in Islamic households that accept religious differences and diversity, equality, justice, togetherness, and peace. The challenges facing multicultural Islamic religious education in the modern era are the level of multicultural Islamic religious education that has not yet reached its maximum level and the diminishing sense of national identity among the future generation, particularly among school-aged children.
