Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out what factors can influence customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application, so this research tries to identify using a technology acceptance model, namely the Technology Acceptance Model by selecting the variables ease of use, usefulness, security and promotion in influencing customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the BMT NU Cermee Branch customers who use the BMT NU-Q application, namely 184 customers, while the sample was determined at 114 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that partially ease of use does not have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Usefulness has a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Security also has a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. And promotions also have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Meanwhile, simultaneously ease of use, usefulness, security and promotion have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the role of the Zakat Community Development program conducted by BAZNAS towards the increase in mustahik income. ProgramZakat Community Development in the form of forming livestock groups with funds coming from Zakat, Infaq and alms from muzakki. This research data comes from primary data obtained through interviews and observations with BAZNAS administrators and mustahik while secondary data comes from documents, books and journals that are in accordance with the research. The methodology used in this research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research show that there are two livestock groups formed by BAZNAS, namely goats and rabbits. All needs for forming a livestock group come from zakat funds. These two livestock groups are managed by mustahik who are selected to become members. The livestock group was given assistance in the form of providing livestock, building cages and assistance by BAZNAS in collaboration with Jember University, Bondowoso Campus and the Regional Government. With the existence of a livestock group, mustahik have the opportunity to become a farmer and can increase their income and fulfill their living needs.

Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping platform that is widely used by people from various groups, from the lower middle class to the upper middle class. Shopee has powerful digital services and is accompanied by very easy payment methods and provides many promotions such as discounts and free shipping with or without a minimum purchase, this service is what makes Shopee one of the best e-commerce. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics on Consumer Satisfaction on the Shopee application. In this research, the Purposive Sampling method was used to obtain samples. Meanwhile, for this research method, a quantitative descriptive method approach is used. The research results can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence of E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics on consumer satisfaction. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that there is a significant positive influence of the variabels E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction. This indicates that these elements need serious attention for marketing because these variabels will influence consumer considerations in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) and sharia banking financing on the economy in Indonesia, both in the short and long term. The data in this research is secondary time series data in the form of quarters from 2012 to 2022. The analysis in this research uses VAR/VECM estimation with independent variables namely Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) and sharia banking financing while the dependent variable is Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Indonesia. The VECM estimation results in this research show that in the short term Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) during the past 3 quarters had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), then in the long term Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) during 1 quarter ago had a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Meanwhile, sharia banking financing (IBF) in the short term did not have a significant effect on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), while in the long term sharia banking financing (IBF) 1 quarter ago had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing Murabahah financing in the buying and selling process for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at BMT UGT Nusantara. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. The location that is the object of this research is BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kencong. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques. Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategy of Bank Muamalat Jember Branch in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results based on interviews stated that the strategies carried out by Bank Muamalat Jember Branch in improving service quality were in applying SERVQUAL (service quality), namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy; and strategies for increasing customer satisfaction by Bank Muamalat Jember Branch implementing customer measurement methods, namely a suggestion complaint system and customer satisfaction surveys

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate the impact of applying Islamic values, the company's image, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in sharia banks located in Bondowoso Regency. The research is explanatory, focusing on the relationship or influence between independent and dependent variables. It employs a quantitative approach, sampling 100 Muslim customers of Indonesian sharia banks. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, with the results derived from regression tests. The findings revealed that, firstly, the application of Islamic values does not independently affect customer loyalty. Secondly, the company's image has a partial impact on customer loyalty. Thirdly, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Finally, the combined application of Islamic values, company image, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of macroeconomic factors (inflation, Bi Rate) and Financial Performance (ROA, CAR, FDR) onthe market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study is quantitative with an explanatory approach. The population in this study consisted of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks. The sample consisted of 6Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used panel data regression with Eviews 9. The results show that partially inflation, Bi Rate, FDR variables had a significant negative effect on the market share. ROA and CAR variables have no significant effect on the market share. In addition, simultaneously the variables of Inflation, Bi Rate, ROA, CAR, FDR have a significant effect on market share.

Abstract

This research aims to explore more deeply the suitability of the application of the Rahn Tasjily concept in the BMT UGTN Capem Kencong with the DSN-MUI Fatwa and explore and analyze the application of Sharia Marketing Mix in the Rahn Tasjily contract in an effort to increase the number of members in the BMT UGTN Kencong sub-branch. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research concluded that the concept of implementing the Rahn Tasjily contract at the BMT UGT Nusantara Kencong sub-branch was in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008. BMT has actually implemented indicators in the 7P sharia marketing mix which consists of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People and Physical Evidence thus increasing Rahn Tasjily's membership in 2021 to around 529 members, while in 2022 it will be 628 members. There are also findings that BMT applies the Customer Centrism theory (consumer-oriented), which means that activities prioritize customers so that members become loyal to BMT

Abstract

The supply chain is a series of overall processes starting from the management, movement, storage and handling of raw materials, inventory of semi-finished goods, which ends with satisfied customers. Researchers use the R-A theory (Resource-Advantage Theory) to explain internal factors and the role of company performance. Researchers use quantitative research with survey methods with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. The level of potential for the development of MSMEs in Jember Regency is large and continues to increase based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Jember Regency also has the largest number of MSMEs in East Java with a total of 647,416. In addition, the market coverage it has is already extensive to various cities and provinces. This is supported by data obtained from media such as Jember radar, detik.com, Tv One, and Kompas Tv. Seeing from these data, its distribution and marketing in Mayang District are areas with the highest production compared to other areas. The population in this study were all Mayang Peanut Cake MSMEs as many as 31 Mayang Peanut Cake MSME business actors in Jember Regency. The results of this study used multiple linear regression analysis by conducting a t-test (partial) and f-test (simultaneous). The results of the analysis indicate that partially the three variables in this study, namely the halal supply chain, HR quality, marketing have a positive and significant influence on production performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables in this study have a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSME food production.
